In today's world of technology with numerous scheduling software solutions available, getting an answer that a person has decided to take a 4 day holiday weekend and therefore urgent scheduling can't take place until they return is unacceptable. What if the person isn't there again? Invest in very affordable scheduling software and address urgent issues as they arise. UPDATE: Received message from management who committed to sending technician before the 4 days originally quoted for scheduling and my issue was addressed during the holiday weekend which I'm grateful for. The service for feral chicken trapping was a complete waste of money. It cost $497.38 for one week…read morewith two traps in a small, privately owned dog park. Invoice #1298339. There are three roosters who are in the area, two hens, and six half-grown chicks. Over the course of one week, one hen and a little chick that I had never seen before were caught. One rooster, the smallest of the three, was caught but got back out. The half-grown chicks could go in and out of the trap, eating the food and then leaving at will. The trap has bars on the end that are difficult for the chickens to get into but apparently not impossible to get out of. There were chickens all around the traps constantly, pecking the feed through the sides, but they were not caught. This trap was "contracted" with the City and County of Honolulu. I think that the City and County should look at a different service using a different type of trap. I am not sure how much the City and County kicked in for the cost, but the balance to the customer of nearly $500 seemed like a lot. It would have been worth it if the traps had been at all effective. I ordered a cage from Amazon for about $150. We'll see how that goes to try to do it on my own.

We hired their team for quarterly termite spot treatment of our kitchen cabinets. They were…read moreinitially very responsive and helpful. They provided service for maybe about a year and half, so 5-6 treatments. We stopped treatments late last year. After a few weeks, our cabinets were loaded with droppings. Based on results, it doesn't seem like their treatments were successful. Albeit, I understand that they were doing treatments with belongings in cabinets. It was then I just decided to go with another team. However it is not for that reason I am giving them a 1*. The reason I am giving them a 1* is because of their lack of communication and administrative responsibilities. It seemed that once we were on the quarterly program, they would just charge for the service. However no one ever reached out or attempted to schedule the quarterly service. We always had to chase them down to get it scheduled. Then after we cancelled late last year, we have continued to be charged for the next three services. In which it took forever for them to respond and issue refunds. We were incorrectly charged on 11/03/23 and 1/04/24, in which it took until 1/18/24 to get both refunds. Currently we were charged on 3/07/24 for the third incorrect charge, in which it's been a week and they still haven't responded or issued a refund. If someone with management reads this, please have your team remove my financial information from your system, so I am no longer charged incorrectly going forward.

Our home is a large -6000 + sq ft living area on a 16,000 sq ft lot. The service man said they would come as often as needed. It is now Feb 2022, 8 months into there service , and I've discontinued there service. We still see roaches AND centipedes in the house. Five star company did not provide 5 star service. The customer service isn't there.
