I purchased a $65 pedicure and was very disappointed with the experience. No toe separators were used or spa shoes and instead the technician unbuckled my Birkenstock sandals, placed the buckle under my toes, and had me walk to the front of the salon that way. She then insisted I put my shoes under the heat dryer while she painted my nails at the drying station, even after I expressed that I was uncomfortable with it. There was also no proper nail shaping, filing, or other basic services that should come with a pedicure -- especially at this price point. Overall, the service felt rushed and incomplete. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. Think twice before booking here. read more

Appointment, she kept apologizing and telling me the owners were supposed to be here at 9. And that they frequently don't show app on time. I witnessed the same thing happened to another woman. My mom and I went to get our nails done after not having them done in a while. We scheduled a manicure and dip powder with tips. We got no manicure after verifying multiple times that we were here for a manicure and dip with tips. My nails are uneven not only in length but also shape, they made zero conversation and seemed to rush through the service. Definitely won't be coming back here. I made appointments for me and my daughter to get mani-pedis. Her service was flawless. I got the guy with glasses. I asked for a squared French pedicure. He started to do it rounded and I asked him to fix it . He flicked my feet. He again attempted to do the pedicure the way he wanted. I again told him I did not want it rounded. He got up and left. The manager attempted to fix the problem but it was too late. I had been there for over an hour; still no nail polish. I moved on to my mani and the manager did a fantastic job. When I cashed out she told me I would have to pay for my FULL pedicure. I told her I was willing to pay 1/2. She said no and I was free to come back for the rest of the pedicure. My first visit was okay. I had the dip for my nails, and the gentleman whom I believe is the only one who does dips, acrylics, etc. serviced me. I found how some of my nails were oddly shaped especially when looking from the side view and my point of view. The staffs were nice, so I thought of maybe going back and give them another chance. When I went back for my second visit, The same gentleman did my nails. I chose the dip because my nails from my first visit actually lasted long. I was nervous most of the time he was doing my nails because the tool he used to shape my nails hurt me a few times. The results did not really meet what i was hoping for. Made an appointment for Monday March 20, 2023 for 9:30 am for both my daughter and me. We arrived right on time. No one greeted us. They looked surprised to see us, and slightly annoyed. The salon had very obviously just been unlocked and opened up for the day. Staff were still putting their coats away, the front room was chilly. I said we have an appointment for dipped nails. We were directed to sit down and were handed color books. I thought this was a complete service, nail and cuticle trim, removal of any natural oils, etc. My nail tech began prepping my nails by using the Dremel to prep the nail. He barely spoke with me. He had his air pods in and was talking on the phone to someone during the entire process AND was watching videos on his phone at the same time he was doing my nails!! My daughter's nail tech was not on the phone nor was he watching videos on his phone. He did not chat at all with her. Both nail techs used the primary container of dip instead of portioning out a small amount for our application. This practice of dipping everyone's nails into the same container is unsanitary. AFTER my base, color powder, and top coat layers were applied THEN he went around each nail with nippers and cleaned up the cuticles. My daughter's nail tech cut her in two places, drawing blood. I was finished first. I paid and used their ATM to obtain cash for a tip. $45 per dip manicure comes to $90 total. 10% of 45 is $4.50. I chose to tip despite the issues. I considered not tipping but then thought nail techs make so little to begin with. I tipped 20% per nail tech so $9 per nail tech for a total tip of $18 but I only had a 20 so each nail tech received a $10 tip. My nail tech cashed me out and said, "what about for him?" as he took the 20 and indicated the other nail tech. I told him I tipped more than 20% EACH and said $45 cost with a 20% tip is $9 tip each but I am tipping you each $10. He said oh and did not look happy. We won't be back. The mail stations were not very clean. The employees' attitudes, and the comment about my 20% tip did it. Too bad. Our nails turned out nicely but the experience ruined it. read more

*LONG BUT DETAILED* I decided to try this salon as it is between work & home. I visited on 12/22/2021 prior to the holiday for a manicure & pedicure. I asked for my pedicure first so my polish would be dry by the time my mani was done. I recently finished breast cancer treatments so my feet are very very sensitive in a painful sort of way. I had a petite sweet older woman & informed her I needed her to be gentle. She did an excellent job (i have been going to my regular salon for years (15yrs) & I remind them of this every time I go & they are still not gentle enough). I was very happy with my pedicure & polish & my nails were dry when I was ready to leave. I moved out front to have my manicure & asked if they had just opened. I was told they had been open for 4yrs which surprised me as I've never noticed the place. The girl was kind but when I told her I wanted dip on my nails as that's what I had on & always get she told me (while removing what I had on) that I didn't have dip. She insisted I didn't but I insisted I did. I now feel that should have been a red flag for me. I was distracted while she did my nails & she cut them shorter than I asked but when done I thought they looked... ok. I had broken a nail so she did give me 1 tip. I paid $30 for the pedicure & $50 for the manicure & tipped each woman $10 = $100. On the holiday- 3 days later I washed dishes after the big feast & used a scrub brush- so no aggressive scrubbing. When I wiped my hands afterward I had 5 broken nails! Let me correct that... 3 nails had chips out of the corners of them (dip & real nail chipped) & 2 nails had big cracks in them that- over the next day- completely broke off exposing my real nail. Needless to say I was not happy & had to pay to have my nails completely re-done 3 days after the holiday- the soonest I could get an appointment. So I'd recommend a pedicure but not a dip or anything similar for your nails I think. A quick manicure might be fine tho. Others have said staff was unfriendly but the 2 woman I dealt with were nice- no one else spoke to me. read more

Was not impressed they had one very sweet man working tall with tattoos who took time to fix my daughters nails but the other two men did not do a good job and had dry personality my tech was watching football on his phone the whole time paying more attention to the World Cup I paid left even tipped but not going back.. was more concerned with my daughter being happy then myself to complain there .. spent 2 hours fixing my own by myself at home. Took a chance by trying this place and I am glad i did! Beautiful, clean salon. I got a shellac pedicure that came out great and dip that is flawless. I saw Yuki for both services and she really is a perfectionist. The only reason I do not give 5 stars is they are EXPENSIVE. One of the most expensive spas I've been to. Now this is BEFORE the 35% off that you get (this deal ends in November) my gel pedi (normally $55.00) was 33. From other salons, 33 is more on the realistic side for a gel pedicure so it put me of that I'll be paying $55.00 the next time I go. Too expensive for me. My dip was $30 (normally $45.00). Now, I have never paid $45.00 for a dip manicure in the 2 years that I've been getting it, and don't ever plan to pay more than what I normally do. We may be relocating to NH so of course one of the first things I have to find is a nail salon. Luckily this one is right down the road from where we are temporarily. I came in early for my appointment today and they gladly accepted me. The place is newer, clean and nice. The pedi chairs are awesome. Great mix of luxury and comfort. I am a sucker for a massage chair. My technician was attentive and did an awesome job with my Spa Pedi ($45). The best parts were the sugar exfoliating scrub and the paraffin wax. The exfoliating scrub was exhilarating!! We moved on to my nails. I have been using dipping powder for years now and I was not disappointed. The cost for nail dip was $40. Since it was my first time in the salon she had to learn my threshold...meaning I cannot do a drill at max speed;) She automatically adjusted and my nails turned out perfect. I was eager to try this nail salon as it's so close to my house and from the outside it looked really pretty on the inside! I wasn't disappointed! I walked in without an appointment and didn't have to wait that long to be seen for my manicure. Michael, the owner, was so kind and welcoming and he did a wonderful job on my nails! When I didn't love the first color option I had originally chosen, he had no problem wiping my nails clean and changing it to make sure I was satisfied with the final outcome. He is still running a promotion for opening of 20% off for the rest of this month, so I felt the price was great! I was so happy that I booked an appointment for a pedicure the next day, as they were closing for the night by the time I was done. This is a great new addition to the Merrimack area! The salon is clean and everyone is very friendly and accommodating. 4 stars only because the price is a little higher than a place I go in Bedford. $40 compared to $35 but it's closer to home and they were amazing! Went here for the first time today. I went in with long healthy natural nails and left bleeding with short, boxy, u-shaped nails. She cut them way too short, way too quickly. They can't be shaped anymore because of how short they are. I complained and they ensured me it would look better at the end if I stuck with the gel manicure. They look atrocious. The edges are pointy and uneven so she had to file and cut them after the gel so they no doubt are going to bubble in just a few days. They said if I stuck with it I would get a discount - which ended up being five dollars off (instead of at least half off which is what I expected based on how bad they were). So I paid 25 dollars to be upset, bleeding, and likely need a redo in a week. When I was there another girl was upset and crying over what they did to her eyebrows. This past week I had read that NH nail salons were allowed to open back up on 5/11. Looking through some websites for nail salons, I saw that they had COVID percautions in place. (mostly in Salem area). I found Myrilux and was pleased because they had online RSVP. I made 2 appointments for my friend and I for today. She lives in Providence and I live by Foxboro so we met and drove up having both email and text confirmations for the appointments. Imagine our suprise after driving 1.5 hours to find the salon closed. When you call, they say that they are "closed until 5/4". What gives? Seriously, I understand the COVID and reopening is wishy washie but there is even a sign inside on the counter of the salon listing the new proceedures that need to be followed. Awful. The woman Kim who did my nails had no idea how to take gel off and aggressively scraped at my nail to the point where she broke it and couldn't understand why that would upset me. The application is almost embarrassing, my nails aren't fully covered but I walked out with blue from the polish all over my hands. She got annoyed when I requested a third coat because the color was not as dark as I had thought it would've been. Overall, I walked out with my fingers in pain and the polish job looking awful.
