When it's a front tooth it is an emergency to me. They are all wonderful people that work here and reasonably priced too.

I was not contacted about this apt and because of her mistake I was dismissed from her dentist office and all my future appointments were taken away. I have Medicaid and it's about impossible to find a dentist that accepts it in Bristol and even the ones several miles away which is only two are not accepting new patients. I think it's very unprofessional. The secretary is very rude and because of her mistake I do not have a dentist. But besides that you should not be taken off the list completely for your other scheduled appts that are made a year in advance. I'm giving her one star only because I have to give her one. I would give a minus ten stars if possible.

My two children had their appointments this week, one of which has severe anxiety. The staff was so patient and kind with them, making sure they were comfortable throughout the entire process. They do not allow parents to go back with the children, but they did come out and give me updates as to how it was going. My child with anxiety said it was the easiest dental appointment they've ever had! I will absolutely recommend them to others.

Instead, they put on a bridge and filed down two of her permanent teeth without my permission. A month later the bridge fell off, and only then did they tell me what they'd done. By November, she developed severe pain and facial swelling. She ended up in the hospital for 3 days, needed surgery to drain a serious infection, and doctors confirmed it came from the tooth they had filed down and a poorly placed bridge. She now needs a root canal and a new bridge ($5,400), plus almost $50,000 in hospital bills. When I asked for records, they claimed they tried to call me about her X-rays. My phone records show no call. This was preventable and parents deserve transparency. I would not recommend this office especially if you have children that cannot explain to you what treatment had been done.

He is very good, he takes care of my teeth so well. He listens to my concerns (if I have any) and addresses them to put my mind at ease. The hygienist are also excellent. The lady in the scheduling and payment department is also nice and sweet. I highly recommend this practice.

I just called to get an appointment and was asked what insurance if any. Yes I replied I have insurance. Said I have... . The receptionist replied we don't have room for Medicare united health after asking if I had united though my employer. As she tried to word it had I had anything other than Medicare insurance I would get an appointment. So I said so its not the insurance company, you just a problem with people in Medicare. After the total polite conversation it was a PREJUDICE OF OLDER PEOPLE who has worked all there lives to be turned away for not being able-bodied anymore. I know I am not the only person this has happened to by these people.

I then asked nicely if she could describe their product and what made it special to justify the cost. I told her I wanted to compare it with a less expensive mouth guard product I had purchased from another dentist. While she was describing their product she started to speak in a smart aleck tone. I told her that she was not be very professional speaking like that. Her response was telling me that I should just buy the mouth guard from the other dentist and then hung up.

It can be very hard to get an appointment with any dentist in less than six months, but I went in for a cleaning on short notice due to a cancellation. Then, he arranged for his staff to come in a for a few extra hours the following week so he could see my wife and three kids. He and his staff have been great, even helping sort out some weirdness with insurance sending checks to me instead of to them. One review of one star here is not a basis whereby anyone makes a decision. Grace Dental has a five star average with over 600 reviews over on Google. That's the real story, not a review that frankly, I find suspect in its description. There has to be some other thing going on there. (She even says she had been going to Dr. Thomas for years.) I'm adding mine because Grace Dental doesn't deserve the rating shown on Yelp right now. I give them an enthusiastic thumbs up.
