The staff was very…read morehelpful and kind while we were moving in, we had a few hiccups but the staff responded fast and efficiently to fix them. Overall the place is beautiful, brand new and remodeled. There are so many activities for the residents there is a gym, PT gym, golf simulator, gaming room for cards, etc., arts and crafts room, theatre room, pool, pickleball court, and library. The kitchen staff is so friendly and attentive. You can tell when talking to the residents they are very happy to be living there and they were all very welcoming to my father. I felt at peace leaving my father in their care, i highly recommend this facility if you are looking for an independent living for your family member

I left dozens of calls and emails for Abby and she would not return a single one. All I wanted was to put down a deposit for my parents. I guess Abby thinks they are too healthy she seemed to only want sick or dying residents to apply for Portside! Maybe she works on commission. Tiffani reeks of smoke and makes incredibly inappropriate comments to staff and residents! It's trashy behavior and she tried to convince me of all her certifications in HR and community living but when I researched there were none - FRAUD! The dining room director blew me off when I asked a question about food allergies, apparently, she does not care! My parents have lots of money and require no assistance, we'll take their money elsewhere! I would not recommend anyone's parents to live at Portside.
