I cannot give a recommendation to this place of business! My Lipo is a mess my stomach area has big mistakes of fat not removed I have questions about this since my 2 week visit with no real answers. You never see the doctor afterwards only the assistant who is not a nurse she cannot answer your questions. You call with no return calls on concerns. You want Lipo done go to a plastic surgeon who won't charge for their mistakes while at My Shape Lipo you are charged for there mistakes $500 per area. This is not fair please if you had work done here response I would like to know how many redos they complete to get extra money. I had my buffalo hump removed today and couldn't be happier!! The staff was great and kept me informed before during and after the procedure. I cried tears of joy when I saw the result! I did not expect it to look so good. The pricing, I'll have to admit was a little bit confusing but the girls answered my questions. Overall, I am amazed at the ease of how it all happened. No sedation needed and only a moderate amount of discomfort during the numbing process. I think the worst part of all of it is the compression garment you have to wear for two weeks afterward. The staff is very friendly and the facility is very clean, during the procedure there was music playing and the doctor and staff kept a conversation going to help the time go by. After care videos, reading packets and supplements were made available to me and I was able to take pictures with the five bags of body fat after the procedure which was a real eye opener of what I was carrying around with me. To everyone reading, I waited around 7 months before writing my review. Most reviews I found were within days or weeks after their procedure, but for myself, I was mostly interested in how the results further down the road were expected to be. I can say 7 months later, I am very happy! I am so extremely filled with joy that I have a flat stomach and no love handles anymore. This is something I feel much more confident about. I love that my workout clothes are too big. I love that when I'm at the gym, I am very pleased with what I see. My friends and family have noticed too! Funny they noticed more in the last two months than ever! This is something I would recommend. In regards to the staff, everyone is so very sweet. I come from custom service where name recognition is extremely important. I would arrive and they would greet me by first name as if we all have known each other for years! I remember being somewhat apprehensive for the procedure (not sure if I even mentioned it to any of the staff) but they put me at ease! I've never had any type of surgery so this was the first for me. I had some slight pain in one area that wasn't fully numb, but Trevor instructed me to let him know if I feel anything. I did and he stopped immediately. That was probably the worst part of any of it, and that was nothing! After some more numbing fluid, I was perfect. The recovery process isn't too bad either. Wearing the garment didn't really bother me. Taking it off the first time is the most memorable part...I was in awe in my shower. Bruising was minimal for myself. Recovery time didn't take much. I was scared at first but Trevor and his staff but me at ease. We laughed and told stories throughout the procedure. I felt a little pinching in areas while the numbing solution was being introduced. I had FOUR areas done and although day 2 was extremely painful (stomach). Day 3 was 100% better. Received a call the day after to check on me. Super Nice. Arnica gel helps with bruising. There is still tons of fat on my legs and my hips. Bottom line, if you are already thin, do the Coolsculpt. They will get all the unwanted fat off you & no scars. I had my procedure done on the 28th of this month. I was very impressed with the treatment I received. I had been planning this procedure (inner & outer thighs, knees )for sometime. I worked with MyShape on payment arrangements , and I paid a great portion of my procedure via the payment plan. Yes,you heard me correctly; they will work with you to make the procedure affordable for anyone. But don't be deceived because they make the procedure affordable, they still make sure you receive the most professional service available. I'm a military member and I never thought I would be able to afford the procedure, but MyShape made it happen. OMG the procedure was so comfortable, there was very little discomfort. The only intense time was the numbing, but it was quick & fast. I felt a little discomfort during the procedure when he progressed to the area's that weren't being done. But he immediately stopped and numbed the area before proceeding. I talked through out the entire process, it was awesome. I'm really thinking about going back to have my stomach done at a later date. Trevor was very knowledgeable about the process, and his professionalism put me at ease. The way he proceeded,made understand that he had done many of these types of procedures before; and he was very experienced. It just calmed me down, and made the procedure even more delightful. Went in for a consultation expecting to talk with the physician or PA. Instead has the office manager with no medical expertise suggest what I needed! WTF kind of place is this... I had this procedure done on Dec.27th, 2011. Sadly, the end result isn't much different than when i went in. I have waited 5 months to see if I would see any meaningful results. Everyone in the office was very nice- procedure was interesting to me - measurements were taken afterward that I absolutely do not believe - yes, I have lost a little weight but can't say anyone has noticed any remarkable difference - especially me! I had so much hope for this procedure but basically feel like I threw the money away - my upper & lower abdomen look the same and although my back looks a bit better, I can still see pockets of fat - even right around the lipo entry points- scars. Corryn thought the pants I wore home wouldn't stay up on me anymore when all was said & done - unfortunately, that is NOT the case. My husband and I both had procedures done May 16 2014. I had 6 areas done including, front and back bra rolls, u&l abdomen, hips and saddlebag areas. My hubby had his chin done (and added smart lipo... do this ... he has NO BRUISING and his points of entry healed in 3 days ) and his U&L abdomen. From the moment we decided to start this process from Canada to the moment we walked out the door after the procedure we knew we were in excellent hands. Brandy was so helpful and answered my many many many (did I mention many) questions and concerns and made everything as easy as possible for me to organize at a distance. Trevor was obviously very skilled at what he does and I felt my nerves melt away.... I wish I remembered her name but one of their newer staff members and clinic assistants was so nice and offered to hold my hand ... she was so sweet and made me feel calm the whole time. After the procedure ,my husband was a little sore and chose to lie int eh hotel room for the night but after a short nap , I was up and at the casino for a few hours !! The next day was a really good day for us and we were able to walk around the strip to take in the sights.. 2 days later the swelling did start to show and we were feeling a little more tired but still managed to go out for a few hours .. at this point, 6 days in.. our worst day was 3 days after .. the bruising was at its worst and the swelling made flying a little uncomfortable but still VERY tolerable and nothign that made us feel even an ounce of regret. I wouldnt hesitate for a second to recommend Trevor and his team at My Shape Lipo ! Great experience overall and happy with the outcome thus far.. One week ago I got my U&L abs, love handles and back done after a YEAR of comparing, researching, consultations, etc I have never been so happy. Trevor is beyond skilled, experienced and a perfectionist about his work. He has been honest and direct about everything. His staff (Brandy & Stephanie) are compassionate, professional, warm, caring, personable and efficient. So accommodating, that his Office Manager, Tiffany, put on her scrubs for the first time in a year and personally held me hand and comforted me because I was "afraid" to be awake during the procedure, along with Coryn, who is the most gentle and kind spirit I know. There are NO hidden prices, NO hidden expectations about the procedure. Everything that has happened and I have experienced is what I have been told. Even a week out, with still being swollen and slightly bruised, my sister calls me Barbie. In a couple months I am going back to get my thighs done and I can't wait. Had my procedure done on Friday.9/8/17 Dr. Adams did an excellent job. He took his time, was gentle and made sure I was comfortable. Trevor collaborated, he made sure the job was finished off right. Trevor style is a bit agressive, but he did make sure everything was smooth and well contoured at the end. I am very satisfied with the work that was done here. All Staff, was supportive and knowledgeable and made my experience a good one.. Would of given a 5 stars, but there was a discrepancies in the areas I was getting performed. When Trevor reviews my chart, The paperwork was not marked for six areas that I paid for. I almost thought I was going to pay more. Luckily, this was just an error and was resolved, as I had proof of the six areas that I paid for and needed treated. Thank you Trevor for taking the time to assest my body shape analysis, and recommending to change one of the areas for my lower back. It has made a huge difference. Now, I have an hourglass shape! Post lipo update so initially I was super excited about getting the smart lipo my experience was awesome & staff was very friendly so overall customer service was good. Now here comes the BUT I had lipo done 4 months ago I have completely healed and have no more bruising or swelling. I also have NO POSITIVE results. The smart lipo seemed to have had the opposite effect on me instead I have gained 14 pounds and am now at my highest weight of 143. When I had the smart lipo I was 130 and that was my highest weight which is the reason I wanted the smart lipo to begin with. My clothes don't fit anymore I had to shop for new clothes in bigger sizes. My waist is not tight or slimmer I am bigger all around. My family and friends have noticed they said I look puffy and rounder all over. I emailed Brandy at my shape lipo cause I was disappointed with the results I feel like a paid $4,000 for nothing. Her response was results are not guaranteed but to see my physician cause it's not normal to gain weight after lipo especially in such a short period of time. My physician ran blood work and a physical and said I'm completely healthy no reason for my recent weight gain. The only thing I can think of that could have triggered it was the lipo because I've never been this big. It's unfortunate that they do not guarantee their results. overall I'm very Disappointed and wish I had gotten the procedure somewhere else. read more

I had chin and chest Lipo. MyShape Lipo was the most excruciating painful thing I have ever done in my entire life. Which includes a hyperextended knee and a torn ACL and numerous facial skin cancer removals. MyShape Lipo does not have a real doctor performing the procedures, which appears to be the problem. With a normal doctor when you are in pain they stop what they are doing to address and alleviate the pain before proceeding. I am guessing this is a function of the oath they take to do no harm. Prior to the procedure they said they would give me essentially Valium to relax during the procedure. After numerous reminders, Travis pulled some lose pills out of his pocket seconds prior to starting the procedure. They never did anything. I am guessing they were some vitamins he had in his pocket. At MyShape Lipo, Travis appeared to take actually take pleasure in causing pain and just ignored my screams of pain and kept going. I thought MyShape Lipo was cheaper than a real doctor but in hindsight you could have a board certified plastic surgeon in St. George Utah do the same procedure with anesthesia, to prevent the sadistic pain of MyShape Lipo, for the same price. I should have known something was wrong when a lady came out of the office as I was going in and she was sobbing so uncontrollably that her husband had to speak for her and he was markedly upset. It has been 10 months since my procedure and it looks like nothing was ever done so the office girl told me to come back and they would redo it, but after meeting with Travis he was not interested in doing it again, I am sure due to cost, as well he was not interested or I am sure not licensed to provide any painkillers to redo the procedure. Check out the Internet as I have, though after the fact, and you will find numerous issues of MyShape Lipo sadistically traumatizing others at the same time not being able to provide a professional procedure with positive outcomes. Which to be fair to Travis he is not a licensed nor Board certified Doctor nor plastic surgeon.
