Went to the new Wellness Facility in Henderson, NV, not the lipo clinic. Everything was clean and nice inside but there was a weird vibe there. Not just with Trevor but with his wife and staff members too. There was something behind those smiles, couldn't put my finger on it though. Maybe I asked too many questions? I already had some experience with what they offer there so I'm no novice, perhaps that was the issue? I thought just maybe my instinct was wrong so I tried to contact them to arrange an appointment but it seems no one is responding. I was really nervous about doing this because whenever I had seen videos of Lipo it looks so rough and painful. After much research I feel like I made the right choice to go to My Shape Lipo. I did alot of research and went to 2 plastic surgeons and Sono Bello. My main problem area was large hips and thighs and large thigh saddle bags. Plastic surgeons wanted to cut large wedge sections off my legs and leave me with giant outer thigh scars and Sono Bello turned me away in 5 minutes because I'm size 16 and a not size 8, needing 2 inches of fat removed. What drew me to Trevor was some of the large volume lipo I had seen him do on instagram. I always joke with him that he is BOLD and Brave. He is confident in his skills and because he specializes in Lipo only, he has perfected his techniques. The procedure consisted of 4 small holes on each outter leg followed by insertion via canula, of lidocane and fluid to numb the area. This is the most painful part but honestly it was not as painful as I had expected. Then small canulas are inserted to remove the fat and fluid. I had 8 liters removed from just my hips and thighs. I did add the "Smart lipo" the morning of the procedure and I'm glad I did, because I felt it helped with the texture of the skin after. Is my skin texture perfect, no because at over 50 years old with prior weight loss and loose skin it was not perfect before the lipo. BUT, it is Much Better than it was before the procedure and most importantly my thunder thighs are gone and I feel so much more proportionate. I only have one constructive thing to say and that is the office staff is a little disorganized in their communication between each other and its not clear who handles what and they defer to each other without great follow up. However now that I'm done, I don't care about that. I got the shape I wanted and that's all that matters. Some people may find Trevor a little brusque, but now that I know him a little better, I realize it's just confidence and swagger that it takes to do this bold, transformative work. After the procedure, they give you a list of possible side effects and what to expect. I wish they had overviewed this with me verbally, but the list was very helpful in that I knew what to expect and pretty much had all the listed items. Soreness, swelling, bruising, light headedness, nausea, drainage, etc. But because I knew to expect it, I could deal with it. They give you meds and a good compression garment. I recommend you take 1-2 weeks off to give yourself time to heal if you have large volume lipo. It is a big trauma to your body, but you do heal pretty quickly. My life saver was Arnica gel and pellets for the bruising. I was deep dark purple, but I could put the gel on and see bruising reduction the next day. This is over the counter at a pharmacy or amazon, so make sure you have it before your procedure. I was concerned about the hard lumps in the treated area that I had heard about in my research. From what I can tell they are areas filled with fluid trying to fill in the space that was filled by fat before. I was diligent to gently massage these areas with a little roller massager every night. By morning they were softer, but by the end of the next day they would fill up again. So I would massage them again every night, just a few minutes over my compression garment. They are pretty much all gone now. I'm about 6 weeks out and feel like my swelling is pretty much all gone and my bruising was gone after 2 weeks. My entire life I had to wear A-Line dresses and boot cut jeans due to the shape I had. Now I'm thrilled to be able to wear sheath dresses and skinny jeans. I'm down 20 lbs and 2 jean sizes and can soon go down another jean size. If you look at my before and after pic, you can see the prior swell in my hips that is now smooth and narrower. Lipo is not easy and you must take care of yourself, Thank you Trevor for helping me achieve the shape I wanted! Please get a Pro-Nox machine asap (nitrous oxide). It would increase your revenue as well as patient comfort. I pay $95 to use it as an add on when I visit my pain specialist and he is doing a procedure and it makes an incredible difference. I think this alone would give you a lot more happy customers and positive reviews as well as increase your reputation and boost your bottom line. My procedures are scheduled with you for December and reading what these reviews say about pain has been scary. This place is just trying to make money. I booked a consultation the consultant was an hour late. There was no call to inform me that she was going to he later I just got tired if waiting and called. I spoke with Dr Trevor and he seemed nice. The work I was interested in was 360 lipo and BBL. The price I quoted was ridiculous. I was told 9k for abdomen and 8k for my back. This price did not include my BBL. By the time we finished the call my lipo on both front and back including my bbl was quoted to me at 18k. YES eighteen thousand. Which is absolutely crazy. Something very weird is going on with this facility's communication. Last summer I tried constantly to get in touch with them after the doctor NEVER called me for my appointment. I even resorted to leaving comments on their IG Page. A part of me is now very relieved I didn't go with this doctor. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT WARNING Knew a person who had gone here so I decided to check it out because they are marketing $1299 for an area and it sounded like a good deal. When I finally had my consult I was shown a form with completely different increased prices. I drove all the way from Sumerlin to basically be part of a "bait and switch" sales pitch tactic which I find incredibly tacky, pretentious and unprofessional. They also state on the papers you fill out that you will be filmed and recorded during your consultation. I found this weird and uncomfortable. So basically the doctor explained after I had came all the way there is that it is $1299 per area but they can not do your lipo unless you are getting a minimum of 2 areas done. Bringing the total costs way over 2,600 dollars. Because it's not "profitable" to them in his words. On their website and Instagram it was deceptively different. As a model who has had multiple plastic surgery procedures done, I just got bad vibes. If they can't be honest about the pricing from the start how would the results be, quality etc? I received smart Lipo on my lower stomach and love handles (hips). Before I begin, let me just say, I gave this company plenty of chances to help me before writing this review. They have failed me multiple times. To begin, the first problem was with the consult. Which was with someone other than the surgeon, who had no title other than assistant. Then they played a video to tell me everything. I didn't even meet the doctor until the surgery time. It was extremely impersonable. To my understanding after researching, smart Lipo means you're not being put under, you're awake, but can't feel what they're doing and, they tighten the skin afterwards. This was not the case. I was still awake and I COULD FEEL EVERYTHING! In no way was it painless. It was quite painful and no tightening was involved. When I asked for more freezing, they wouldn't do it because it would only start to kick in when they are done. In my mind, obviously id be happy to have them wait so that my treatment wasn't painful. The fact that they prefer to save time rather than make me comfortable and not in pain was the first part of the surgery that went wrong. The second part, was that they didn't even cover the entire space that I was mainly concerned about. The area I was concerned with was right below my belly button. They did a small amount and forgot to do the whole thing. So now I am left with a bulge of fat above my pelvis, then it goes in, then back out again with a long hard lump of scar tissue directly below the belly button, which as noted before, was my highest concern and the reason for going in for lipo. Everyone who worked there told me different post surgery care. Which was quite confusing, as well as their generic write up they send you away with. They didn't reply to my emails and I live in Canada, so it's not like I could just walk in to consult them. I had to figure out apps so that I could call and get the answers I do desperately seeked. They wouldn't and still haven't provided me with my before pictures. Probably because they don't look good. The results are very lumpy!! I had two massive bumps under my stomach. Which is not attractive. I started with one large bump of fat, and now have two, one fat, one scar tissue. Lipo is supposed to make you feel confident. Mine is embarrassing. I told them my concerns. They said a revision is an option, but would cost $500 and probably cause more issues. First of all, if they didn't do the entire area, why would I have to come back and pay more for part of the area they missed? If I was fifty pounds heavier, that area would have been taken care of, but because I was smaller and said it hurt. It wasn't? WTF So they expect me to fly down, pay for accommodation, then pay them again to do the same job? Why would I do that when I paid them thousands already and they messed up. I feel like it should obviously be for free. Especially since their other option to fix my problem was Venus legacy to help the lumps. After my 10th treatment nothing has been resolved. And that costed me an extra $2000 after already spending around $4000 + for the Lipo. My hips, are fine. But my main problem was my stomach. So if you want your stomach done. And you're already kinda small. DONT GO THERE. Finally after this post, the surgeon follows up. Which makes me wonder if his staff ever consulted him about the problems I was having and how unsatisfied I am. Finally after a few weeks of playing phone tag with the surgeon he tells me that this is extremely common to have problems with surgery and not get the outcome you desire, and I just have to live with it. I'm sorry. But what!!! What are you getting paid for? To offer some half assed job. If someone pays you for product then you deliver the product or you give them their money back. Now my body is screwed up and the only reason I spent money on this was to have it looking great for my upcoming beach wedding. Clearly that's not going to happen. read more

Let me first start off by saying any of the reviews left on here do not seem credible to me. Lack of photos to show proof of the end results does not sit right with me. And for the "false advertising" is bologna too. $1,299 per area is very reasonable when you are going to a private practice. With a facility with zero deaths. And great results. And hasn't changed their facility name to avoid those "bad reviews" that's integrity in my eyes. Everyone's body heals differently. Trevor will do his job. It is up to the patient to recover the body the right way with the proper aftercare. Also, he using a rod to suck fat. Of course your going to have scars. Just no where near as large as being cut open from hip to hip. He does it under local anesthesia so your life is in better hands and if any pain in present that just means you're alive and will remain that way. So I researched online & schedules an appointment. Upon arrival they have you fill out personal information, then listen to a short video, & told the Dr would come on afterwards. But he never showed for the consultation at all. Instead was a female with an unknown job title. I was told to show her my trouble areas, again, no license Dr in room just her. Very unprofessional! I setup a procedure being fully aware of the deposit and subsequent details regarding rescheduling and such. I am a very busy person, who barely has time to make calls, so I emailed Amanda to reschedule my procedure as I was having an issue with my ride for that day. Instead of emailing me back, she called twice asking me to call her back but by the time I have time to call, their office is closed. I just received an email informing me that I just forfeited my deposit due to it is not within the week timeframe of my procedure and I have not called her back. If she would have done what I asked her to do, via email, none of this would have happened. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and just out for themselves and not their patients/clients. Sorry this is a long review: Today I am almost 24hr post op from my second procedure: hips lower back, love handles and some bra roll I wanted to come on here for anyone that is thinking about Lipo but has doubts or anxiety about it, you should DO IT! I am a person that is scared of pain and personally I said "I could never do that, specially being awake" after following on Instagram and shortly after joined this group and reading and seeing everyone's experiences, before/after pics - well I said why not? I made the decision to fly to Vegas from Arizona and I don't regret it Both experiences for me where a bit different: 1st time was abdominal 4 areas and the nasty fold I had. I expected to be in a lot of pain - it wasn't so bad, my belly button and ribs were painful but nothing I couldn't handle (maybe about a 5-6- they give you more numbing medicine and keep going. 2nd procedure: what a difference! I still had so much anxiety but Kayle talked me through it, Coryn let me squeeze the heck out of her hand ‍ but overall this procedure was much easier for me to get through, when Kayle was working on my lower back most of it actually felt like a deep tissue massage and then there were those spots that were like whoa! For a split second. Time went by so fast having great conversations keeping your mind off the procedure, Trevor came in to finish the project put some good music on went at it a little more. I can already tell I have a tiny waist and omg they found the butt I didn't know I had!!!! I look like I had a BBL but didn't; this was hiding under all that fat both Kayle and Trevor are the Lipo Gods in America, they're both so patient and super cool and very professional. If I had to do this all over again I definitely would! Pls pls do your research... In January 2018 I had gone in to My shape lipo for cellulite reduction. Brandy and I had an over the phone consultation with pictures I had paid for my deposit for such procedure. When I got to my appointment I paid the full amount due and then I was taken into a room where Trevor walked in with two other providers I was a little embarrassed but I thought OK I'm just nervous. This was the first time I had ever seen Trevor I told him what I was therefore and he told me that The cellulite procedure I wanted would probably not give me the results I expected. He circled a few areas of cellulite in the back of my leg and they weren't that big and he suggested some lipo my head was spinning I had already paid in full I didn't want to loose my money and I told myself oks he's the expert and it's not a lot of lipo( this is something I regret with all my heart I should of walked out even if I would have lost all my money) Well I agreed we went into the procedure room and what caught my attention was that Trevor started working on my right leg and the other provider started working on my left leg and I remember telling them how do you know they're going to look the same Trevor told me we do a pinch test and I figured oh oks they know . Well Trevor was done with my right leg and left the room ten minutes later he walked in an took over relieving the other practioner with my left leg. I come home and about 6 weeks later I was super depressed he reshaped my body my butt looks smaller and my waist doesn't look as small as it did because he got rid of my saddlebags something I never complained about I had even told Trevor the day of consultation how I liked my body that it was just the cellulite that bothered me. I called left messages and they weren't very interested or quick to respond they kept telling me to send pictures and that they'd get back to me they never did. 3 months later in March I ended making an appointment to see Trevor I showed him my over agreesive lipo and by the way one thigh looks smaller than the other.. he told me I looked great love love myself the way I was. Funny why didn't he tell me that when I was complaining of my cellulite right . Long story short. Do your research revision surgery is more expensive I'm looking at 10k to get this revised. I can't stress it enough don't save yourself money find a good BOArD CERTIFIED PlAsTIC SuRGEON do your research. Apply for care credit make payments on ur surgery if u have too. I've read reviews on here saying don't listen to all these negative yelp reviews of my shape lipo.. gRl my experience is 100 percent real.... I just got 4 areas of lipo done at Myshape and I couldn't be happier! I just went I'm yesterday, but everything went so well, I had to write my review now. (I will also post father along in my results.) From the moment I found them everything was easy. Over the phone the girl I had spoken with was super informative and definitely answered all of my questions and more. The office consultation was quick and informative as well. They got me in 1 week after I my consultation, which was awesome. The day of the procedure everything went smoothly. They explained everything that was going to be going on, took before pictures, and talked me about what the best way to deal with my problems areas would be. Trevor was doing the actual liposuction itself. He was funny and made me relaxed. The worst part was just the numbing, which is expected. After that there was no pain or discomfort whatsoever. People who work here are so weird. especially Brandy all she care is money. I was scheduled for Jan 2nd with Trevor for 360 Lipo at 10 am. When i got there Brandy did the consultation and quoted me almost 8k for adding other small areas, which was more then i was told before i made my appointment with the client coordinator, anyways i was there already so i paid and signed all the docs and waited for the procedure to be done. i went to this place at 9:30 am still hadn't seen the Trevor lipo specialist till 2pm. he finally walked in the room, marked me on the areas that i was gonna get treated, took pictures and gave me some medicines from a zip lock bag from his pocket (some of the pills were broken in half) and he left. After this i waited for another hour in a freezing cold room with blood stains, yellow stuff on the floor. I can't believe i was still there after all that but some random guy came in the room and said he will be doing my procedure and Trevor will come after and check everything was fine. i was already in the bed laying down butt naked and freezing cold ice all over me when this guy walked in the room and lipo me like nooo you're noot!! At this point i decided to not go with the procedure because i don't know who that guy is and i was never signed up for that and also I'm not sure if he even had a license to do Lipo even if he does they should've consult me that before i sign up for anything, totally unacceptable so walked out, but before i walked out of this place They were trying to convince me to stay. Telling me it's okay to catch a flight right after the procedure like it's nothing but nope i would've leaked all over the airplane and other who knows what would've happen to me on the 5 hour flight right after. I even asked before i make an appointment if it's ok to catch a flight after they said it's fine they have people from out of state all the time. I don't think so. go ask a any Board certified plastic surgeon. At myshape lipo they don't even do drainers so i would've probably leak all over but of course not their concern didn't even warn me about it. just take a little time to do your research. now they kept my deposit $500 and still fighting with me about it so desperate. yeah i did sign the nonrefundable agreement but why do they think they have the right to take people's money like that. super tacky place! i don't think they should keep the deposit because i was initially signed up with Trevor not he's friend or he's assistant under training. wt wasted my time and when i call to solve this Brandy was on the phone arguing with me how they lost money that day and they could've booked other people for my spot. like whaatt 1st of all they double booked me that's why i had to wait in a freezing cold dirty room for 5 hours. so she was saying you can't get your $500 back lol it's not about the money they should really concern about making their clients feel comfortable and really care about what their concerns are. not just robotic lipo specialist and money hungry cold staff. That's why i'm not letting them keep my money! anyways don't let their advertisement fool you! I don't know if this is the best place for Lipo! It's been almost 6months since I got Lipo on 4 sections of my midsections. I still have OBVIOUS lumps and bumps in my stomach! My lower abdomen is flat but around my belly button sticks out at least 2 inches! I was supposed to receive Lipo foam after and didn't and staff said it wasn't a need! The pain of the surgery was almost unbearable.. and Trevor wasn't the nicest. When crying on the table he said should I just stop. They numb you with ICE PACKS then injects this stuff that HURTS just as bad as the procedure! I felt pain the ENTIRE surgery! And I read on line from several different people that Trevor is not actually a license doctor. I remember asking him where did he go to school and he brushed me off with a joke. He played rap music for 3 hours and rapped during my entire surgery! I don't know if that was supposed to relax me because I'm African American but it didn't work. Overall I would say do your search before settling with this place just because the pricing is cheap. I'll most likely have to get another procedure done to fix what this company has done! I got my lipo done august 2011. I love my results and im happy. I was not fat, i just had a little extra belly fat i could not get rid of by exercising. I got my upper and lower abs done. Now my belly is flat. I didnt believe it but you really dont gain wieght where u get the fat sucked out of you. Now i have a tiny bit of fat going else where to my sides and back. No big deal though. I had no idea how much uncomfortable it would be getting it done awake -con i knew what i was getting into but wow! It's been a little under a month since I had Lipo on my love handles and at first I was a little concerned that the results wouldn't be as I expected and I am pleased to say 3 weeks later and no more swelling my results are EXACTLY WHAT I EXPECTED. Office called same day as appointment to ask me to come in within 30 mins as there would be no one there at my scheduled time. This was at 11:00, appointment was scheduled for 3:30. Expected consult to be with PA, thought at least he would meet with me, nope, consult was done by front office staff. The "consult" was pretty much me in front of a mirror while she held hip fat back and told me how much nicer I would look without hip fat. Also, pricing is very misleading, website said $1, 299 per area, I even confirmed price over phone while making appointment. Turns out it is minimum of $2,100. When I asked about pricing difference she said that price was only when you got more than two areas done, she said it says that on website. It does not address that on front page of website. I have had similar quotes by board certified physicians. I would never recommend anyone get a medical procedure done by any individual that wouldn't take the 5 mins the consultation lasted to talk to their patients. read more

Worst experience I've had. Had lipo done on my lower abdomen and hips. I'm a young girl, in shape, who realistically didn't need much done, and I am now regretting my decision. Staff was kind but the quality of the work was awful. I wish they would have told me or explained to me that by getting my lower abdomen done and not top and bottom that there would be such a visible difference. I look disproportionate, my scarring is awful, I look larger, and the pain during the whole surgery was awful. I was in such extreme pain the entire time. It's been well over a year and I am so unhappy with my results. From the side and front view my top abdomen looks larger while my bottom half is sunken in. I went to Myshape lipo in April of 2019. It's now October of 2019. First, please do your research. This place is way more expensive than other places, and they do not have a surgeon or even a doctor performing the procedure. Trevor is a PA, which is a Physicians Assistant. I could have purchased an entire mommy makeover elsewhere for the 8000.00 I paid him for liposuction only. I went in to have my abdomen done. When I got there I waited almost 2 hours past my appointment time. When Trevor came in, he gave me the "numbing" solution. First of all, putting the numbing solution in HURTS, badly. But I gritted my teeth and waited for the numbing effect to take place. That Never happened. The entire procedure was just plain agony. I felt like I was being stabbed, viciously, over and over and over again. I told Trevor, REPEATEDLY that he was hurting me. He replied that I should "think about my results, and just get through it". I was literally shaking and in tears, it hurt so bad. I actually asked him to just stop touching me mid procedure, and told him that the numbing didn't work and I needed more. He said "no, that won't help, because it won't kick in for 45 minutes". First of all, if it takes 45 minutes for the lidocaine to kick in, why would he administer it and then IMMEDIATELY start the lipo? Secondly, so what if it takes 45 minutes? I paid over 8 THOUSAND american dollars for this, a 45 minute delay in his day was not too much to ask for. He finally gave me more lidocaine because I was sobbing hysterically at that point. It had no effect, the pain just got worse and worse. After the procedure, I was given an abdominal binder ONLY, no foam or abdomen board or any of that. The binder was too small, and wearing it caused hard, horrible ridges to form in my skin. I called Trevor, and he told me to wear Spanx instead. He didn't tell me that I needed to wear Spanx 2 sizes too small, so I didn't do that. Because the compression was not adequate from the Spanx, I started to swell up to larger than I was pre lipo. It was painful and uncomfortable and it could have been avoided. Trevor also performed lipo more aggressively on one side of my body than the other, so that now my proportions are visibly asymmetrical even with clothes on. It's embarrassing. Trevor also performed lipo higher on the Right side of my torso, so that the left side has a lump of my fat that bulges out and the right side does not. I paid extra for "smart lipo" as well, 600.00 per area, in order to ensure my skin tightened up. That didn't happen. All I got for that extra fee was visible furrows in my skin where the smart lipo was performed. Furthermore, he actually CREATED what appears to be cellulite on my stomach. I never had cellulite on my stomach prior to this procedure, but now i have this awful dimpling everywhere he performed lipo. I talked to him and his office staff multiple times about how my body looked and they simply did not care. I asked him to fix the mistakes he made on my torso, by evening out the two sides, and was informed that he would be happy to fix it-as long as I paid another 1295.00 for one area of liposuction as well as paid to travel back to las vegas. After he screwed up, he expected me to pay him to fix it. I will say this, my abdomen is SIGNIFICANTLY SMALLER than it was pre lipo, and I do look better in clothes than i did before. But I look worse with my clothes off, though, because my stomach is a mess of sagging skin and new cellulite. I posted a review on his facebook page, post surgery, which he asked me to take down. I did not. He told me to wait six months and see how I looked. I did that, and I look like crap. I now have to pay a surgeon to fix what he ruined, and that is so unfair. At no point did Trevor offer any help. He was smug and sarcastic and I sincerely regret with all my heart ever letting him touch me.
