I ordered the braided beef pappardelle (insanely flavorful! Thank you chefs!) with the side pear salad (minus blue cheese crumbles). My friend ordered the turkey melt with fries. So tasty and we were given hefty portions! I definitely recommend their coconut curry chicken soup if it's on the menu! I tried it the first time I visited, and I crave that weekly. read more

Not a 3 and not a 5. So, 4 it is. Start with the 5 - service by Lizzy was attentive and friendly with a great smile. Food - had the prosciutto with Brie and fries with a bowl of tomato soup. The soup was creamy and I'd order it again. The sandwich was delicious but very messy. Had to hold it in a napkin to eat it without spilling contents all over. The fries, however, was 1 because of the "old" oil taste as if they are using the same fryer for the fish and chicken. Should change out the oil! Carrot cake for dessert was covered with whip cream. Not sure why except perhaps to cover the fact it didn't have any frosting on top?? All in all, I might try again. But this really a "local" place as it has the feel of a chain. Wasn't sure until I learned the owner has other restaurants and so perhaps he is sticking with same concept from one place to another. read more

We will definitely be repeat customers. The place is decorated in a very unique and eclectic way. It's fun yet cozy & relaxing. Music was great, too. Our server, Hope, was absolutely wonderful... great personality and a hard worker ! Hubby ALWAYS orders the BLT when we try new places... and he loved it. The shoestring-style fries with a rosemary herb touch were AMAZING ! Imagine your standard "garlic fries", but make them shoestring with a rosemary infusion instead! Oh my goodness !!!! The fry sauce was great too. Dip everything in that ! I had the turkey melt with their sausage, kale, potato soup. The flavor was great. Loved the decor and feel! We sat outside because we had our dog. They do not have table service outside, but they still served us exceptionally. The food was super good too! Amazing menu. Decided that this morning we were gonna hit up Waffles N More for Breakfast. Their parking lot steered us right down the road to Mystic Cafe. Glad it did. First impression of this place was very positive. A quick look around to take in the sites and sounds set our expectations high. Prompt attention to the table with coffee all around not far behind. We decided on a few Chicken Fried Steaks, Eggs, Mystic Potatoes and a Denver Omelet with Mystic Potatoes, all with sourdough. Coffee was better than most, food was great, service was friendly, and we left the place satisfied and stuffed. What else could you ask for? read more

Pork Chop was absolutely amazing. The service here is wonderful. Don't pass up a chance to get coffee, it is so good that you will want one even with dinner. I have k my been here once before, and that was about 7 years ago before they remodeled. I absolutely love how they have expanded building and still keep with the original funky rustic artistic theme. I was with a party of six and there was not one complaint about the food. Between the six of us we had ordered the Cuban sandwich, the lamb burger, halibut street tacos and the prosciutto and Brie sandwich with the rosemary fries. I had the lamb burger with a beet salad. Probably the best lamb burger I have ever had. The mint goat cheese really set it off! The beet salad was not the best and I probably should have had the rosemary fries instead. Other then the outstanding food, I would be remiss if I didn't give kudos to the best service I have had in a long time from our server Ricard! He was knowledgeable and friendly, had great recommendations, and kept our drinks filled without interrupting our table conversations. Wowzer!!! This gem of a place is spectacular. The vibe is chill and the decor is a mix of rustic yet modern. Our server Lane was excellent. Very friendly, attentive and when I could not decide on an entree he offered a great suggestion that I ended up ordering, and it was an amazing choice. We started with polenta fries. They were baked in olive oil a nf served with fresh minced garlic and served with a sriracha aioli. I will forever try to perfect this appetizer for home. Seriously delicious!!! I chose the gnocchi with chicken. They breaded the chicken and cooked it to a crispy outer crust and moist inside. They cut it up and put it in my gnocchi with mushrooms and sundried tomatoes. Oozed with a perfect blend of flavors. I can not express enough the pride and talent these chefs put into the Mystic Cafe's menu and it shows in the taste and exquisite flavors of their food. My son and the Greek veggie burger, he is picky about his food and he loved his burger!! I chose the roasted coconut curry soup with my entree....enough said! This was our first meal on our college visit weekend with our two 18 year olds & we all loved our meals! I ordered the spicy California burger with a pear bleu cheese salad & they were delicious! Our boys ordered the black & bleu burger & the deluxe burger, both with rosemary fries and they loved them! Our server, Cassie (sp?) was so great! She was nice, friendly, fast, professional & helpful! She even suggested & described the lobster stuffed mushrooms so deliciously that we ordered them & would love to have them every day til we die. We stopped here for lunch today on our road trip to Spokane. The interior is quite large and it has nice hardwood throughout the restaurant. We order the tuna baguettes with the kale salad. Our waitress was amazing but what a disappointment the burgers were. I sent mine back while the other two at my table just put up with the dry overcooked patties. The burger I got back the second time around wasn't any better. Thin on one end and thick on the other but gray and dry all the way thru the middle. Usually we love the food at Mystic Cafe, but this was not good food. The waitress gave a discount - that was appreciated, but we left wishing for a better meal. read more
