After we agreed on our layouts she came again to confirm all measurements. A week later Bonnie and her team showed up and worked to get the job done quickly but without sacrificing anything in quality. We love our new closets and would not hesitate to recommend Symmetry to anyone. We believe Bonnie really does care about the final product and she proved she was willing to work to make that happen (she helped do the install with her crew).

Two days after installation, I discovered my engagement ring and diamond earrings missing from a box I had on my bedroom dresser (they arrived 1 hour early to the appointment, so I wasn't done removing and putting away all valuables). When I called the next day to report this to the Owner of the Company, I was told "Oh, well it must have been so and so, we fired him the day after your job because he was new and we didn't have a good feeling about him." There was no offer to rectify this and it's awful to know that they are employing people whom are sent into clients homes that are not vetted or who are not trustworthy.

I initially tried to schedule a consultation and was told I would receive a call back. No one ever followed up, so I had to repeatedly chase them down just to have a conversation. After all of that, I was told I needed to pay an $85 fee simply to hold a consultation appointment. The explanation was that it was to protect their time, which was frustrating considering there had been no regard for mine throughout the process. To show I was serious, I even offered to pay half upfront so we could schedule the appointment and I could have some confidence that, after the multiple missed follow-ups, the consultation would actually happen. That offer was declined, and instead of working toward a solution, I was told I could be passed off to a "colleague." Good communication and professionalism are the foundation of any service business. Unfortunately, this experience lacked both. I'm genuinely disappointed, especially since this company was recommended to me. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.

She was incredibly professional, taking the time to understand our lifestyle, needs and budget before springing into action. She cleared out substantial floor space while using underutilized areas to create more storage space. And she arranged everything in a way that made it easy for us to keep it clean and organized.
