We finally got too hot and quit, opting to do our own self guided tour. It was Sep--so not even peak heat times for Georgia--and I could feel my skin burning from not enough sunscreen like I was a vamp without my daylight right. It didn't really give you street addresses, just GPS. It would have been much easier with both, as much as possible. Maybe all of that could have been handled with better knowledge of the GPS options and apps on my phone, but I and my two teenage kids kept thinking we each knew what we were doing better than the other two. Finally, there was a mutiny and I had to abandon my "fun, easy" tour after half an hour or so. Instead, we walked around the square and then got addresses online for the other locations we wanted to see. Maybe if we had purchased the driving tour we would have been happier, but after shelling out money for the abandoned walking tour I just couldn't see spending that much additional money. I've done the Vampire Stalkers tour years ago and next time I'll book in advance and take my daughter on that one. We live close by, so it's not a big deal.

I reached out to her and did not get a response for MONTHS. I finally decided to stop making payments and cancel my trip because I felt like I was being scammed and I no longer trusted the travel agent. After more months of waiting I received partial travel credit and the rest of my refund was put in someone else's card. I still have not heard back from Michele about this oversight and still have not received my refund. Please please please avoid this company.

My driver Debbie was amazing. A total pro. The called me the night before just to verify that she was going to be picking me up. Then as she was on her way I got a text alert that she was on her way. She showed up 10 minutes early which I truly appreciate because nothing is worse than when a driver is late... The suv was super clean and Debbie is such a lovely person and a great driver. She's been with the company for many many years. She even text me the next day to make sure I was okay after my appointment. I'm telling you it's the little touches like this that makes companies like Action Limo beat uber or Lift any day of the week...and twice on Sundays.

I would NOT recommend this company at all. They were over a hour late picking us up. Then there was…read moreno heat on the bus and it was 25 degrees outside. We could see our breath it was so cold. The Wi-Fi also did not work and half of the charging ports. The bus did not look like any of the buses in pics we saw and looked like it was from the 80's. We were then left at a QT station for almost 2 hours while they had to go do a driver swap that was not clearly communicated with us about. Then we were once again left at a Chick-fil-A for a hour while they had to deliver a part somewhere. We arrived at our destination 4 hours later than we were supposed too due to them doing things that was not on OUR schedule and not taking our time into consideration. Then on the way home at about 2 am, we again had to stop at their yard for a driver swap and was there for almost a hour because the owner decided he needed one of our particular buses for another job. Therefore, that bus had to clear the bus and unload all their luggage and instruments and load it all on another bus. I definitely did not feel like a valued customer on this trip by this company.
