I don't think it's even healthy to soak your hands in chemicals that long and I've never had anyone soak off sns. By 7:20p I'm out the bitch! You knew you had no capacity when I called in the first place. You should never make a customer wait that long. It was an inefficient use of my time and a poor experience. I'll NEVER go back! The reviews must be bullshit or they go all out for customers they've already established relationships with.... I'm an excellent tipper and a loyal customer when treated right but this was an attempt to herd the elephants rather than serve an awesome customer! Not to mention I have a film shoot in the morning...gonna have to do some magic to make these hands look right! If I could rate less than 1 star I would!

I went back to the salon, and the manager asked if it had been 48 hours. Her son immediately responded, "No," and even remembered that I had just been there recently. Needless to say, they fixed my nails, and I left thinking everything was taken care of and that I would have nice polish for my upcoming trip. Well... the very next day, while in Mexico, I got in the pool for maybe 10 minutes, and multiple toes were already missing polish. By the third day of my trip, I had NO polish left on my toes. When I called the salon to discuss what happened, I was told that it had been more than 48 hours and that I would have to pay for a "new" service. At this point, it's not even about the money--it's about doing what's right. As a returning customer of a year, I expected better customer service and for the salon to stand behind its work, especially when the same issue had already happened once before. Needless to say, I'm now looking for a new salon--one that understands that sometimes wrong is wrong and values its returning customers.
