So for nails, this shop receives 5 stars. The 4 stars is for the pedicure. While the pedicure itself was fine, the chairs, while beautiful, are not comfy and almost impossible to get out of! They are awkward and I did make a little dig in my fresh polish, but didn't go back inside once I got to my car and noticed it. I will be back for fills but probably elsewhere for pedicures

I've had several experiences with the male "manager" here. I continued to come back because the ladies that work in the salon are so kind, efficient and they always take their time and always make me feel welcome. Today I called and was told I could walk in because I just wanted a polish change on my fingernails and toenails. I got here and signed in and he made sure to tell me to wait, which I already knew because I am a WALK IN. Minutes after I arrived 2 other patrons came in and he told them the wait would be 20 or so minutes. When an opening came available he asked the 2 women that came in AFTER me if they came in before me. Granted I'm literally sitting right there as well. They quickly told him that I was here first. I was shocked and dumbfounded. I even asked him why he chose to ask them instead of me. I asked for the manager and they said he's the manager. I then asked about the owner and the technician told me she didn't know and that she just works here. He then approached me and asked if he'd done something wrong. I explained to him that I felt he was rude and that I've had several experiences with him that have been unpleasant. I told him that I noticed that he treated people with my skin color differently than other people. He immediately dismissed me and told me it's up to me whether I choose to come back as he made a scene in front of everyone. I asked about the manager and owner and he said everyone is the manager and there's no owner because it's owned by a corporation. I told him I didnt appreciate him making a scene and asked him to just leave me alone. He kept on as all of the patrons watched. I felt humiliated and hurt. He also lied and said he didn't ask me because I had my AirPods in and was on the phone. I had 1 AirPod in and I was not talking on the phone as he implied when he asked the other people if I came in first. He made my technician feel responsible and she apologized over and over and tried making excuses for him. I told her it was absolutely not her fault and to not feel guilty. I am heartbroken that I won't be able to get my nails done by these women, but there's no way I can ever come back here after this experience.

She said yes at 6:15p. I get there at 6:05p. The first thing they let me know is they fell behind. Whatever that meant. I was willing to wait. Then they called me to a chair at 6:45 only to have me soak my sns nails in acetone for over 30 mins still telling me they'd be right with me. I don't think it's even healthy to soak your hands in chemicals that long and I've never had anyone soak off sns. By 7:20p I'm out the bitch! You knew you had no capacity when I called in the first place. You should never make a customer wait that long. It was an inefficient use of my time and a poor experience. I'll NEVER go back! The reviews must be bullshit or they go all out for customers they've already established relationships with.... I'm an excellent tipper and a loyal customer when treated right but this was an attempt to herd the elephants rather than serve an awesome customer! Not to mention I have a film shoot in the morning...gonna have to do some magic to make these hands look right! If I could rate less than 1 star I would!
