The person that did my service did not speak English and this kind of took away from my experience, she was so sweet but we had no way of communicating with each other, she had to pull one of the other techs over to translate. I've never experienced this before, so for me it was a bit frustrating even though she was so nice and did a great job. Because of the language barrier I was unable to get a real time cost estimate of the extra fees and was just taken a back at my total. And because service aren't itemized on the receipt, I couldn't really tell what cost what outside of the basic service like my pedicure. Anyway, service was great but I think I would prefer to be serviced by someone I can speak to, so there is a clear understanding of what I am asking to be done and what costs if any would be associated with it. I finally told her I had to leave because I had a doctor's appointment in Charlotte at 4:00 p.m. and I live in Gastonia, so I needed time to get there.
