The place was okay! My GPS took me to a place called NINI Nails, which is in the same location with the same phone number, just a different name. I was seated quickly and the woman who did my nails was very kind, but my feet just aren't as nice as usually after a pedicure. My skin still feels kind of rough and it's peeling now. they also told me my nails were dry and to leave, and by the time i got home two of my toes were smudged. I'll probably try a different place next time i get a pedicure! read more

I do not get my nails done on a weekly or even a monthly basis, however whenever I go in, i am greatly warmly, asked about my kids and grands, how. am feeling and what am I reading and knitting. Went in twice this month, once for a manicure and a nail fix and then just Tuesday for a repair and manicure. I come with my own polish, Orly nailtrician which is a strengthener and no one ever says I can't. I gifted a friend a certificate for a pedicure which she loves and also supports Rose Nails. Other customers are also friendly and willing to offer tips on their services. Love the ladies. read more

I have been here before, because I loved how the technician shaped my nails, but today will be my last time. Initially I told the older gentleman doing my nails that I wanted my acrylics rounded, but he kept them as squares. After finally asking 3 times, he tried to make a rounded shape. They looked so bad the younger women working there had to take over. While she shaped them correctly, she cut my fingers in many places. My cuticles were bleeding, and it was very painful. Then I had a 15-20 minute wait between getting my acrylics put on and getting them polished. I should not walk out of a nail salon in pain. read more

I went here to get SNS. If you didn't know, this is supposed to be a thick, healthy, acrylic-like cover on your nails. It is supposed to dry in only a few minutes naturally. Instead, they applied very few layers of the SNS product, proceeded to use a gel polish and UV light! The tips of my nails feel like sandpaper, looks like I'm going to have to fix up the nails I just spent $40 on. On the other hand, my sister had a pedicure and she had an excellent experience. I went to this nail salon for the first time as a walk in on Friday, Oct 20. I got a gel nail and spa pedicure for $50. One day after getting my nails done, two began to chip, and now 6 days after, all of them are chipping or peeling off. This is worst experience I have ever had with gel nails and it is a waste of $50 because my toes are messed up too. What sucks is I was visiting Charlotte, so, I can't even go back. But, I would never go back to this salon and waste my money on a poorly done mani pedi. What really sucks is that I gave the manicurist a good tip. read more

Went to this place again while on vacation and I had the most relaxing pedicure. I'm not sure what happened to the reviewer below which apparently is not happy with got she got, I respect her input, what I don't appreciate is her belittling my review and erroneously stating "reviews from friends" which is not the case, I love this place and every time I'm in Charlotte I visit them. I was getting a pedicure today at 11 am, and all of a sudden what did I see..a MOUSE. Crawling on the side of the wall.

Dirty business practices and basic employees...need I say more? After my pedicure, I went to the manicure table...Kathy came over, opens a cabinet near my feet, removed my toe separator, waited a few seconds, and then got up and acted as if she got the toe separator from the cabinet, and put it on another customer's feet. DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I thought about saying something to the poor customer, but the salon was full so I figured why waste my time and make a big scene when Kathy would have just denied it....that day confirmed that regardless of how much of a hurry I am in, I will never visit this place again. They are nasty and don't give a damn about other's health or what could happen due to their dirty business practices. read more

It's a nice setting, but they tack on charges that they do not make you aware of until the very end. I asked for matte nail top coat, instead of informing me that it would be $5 extra he waited until the end and told me the price AS he was swiping my card. I have no problem paying extra but I just feel like that's something you should either have on a price list (which certain services are not) or tell me before you do it so I have the option to opt out of it. Also when I went to get a nail fixed, he insisted on painting over my other nails bc the white was getting dingy, even when I told him I only had the cash to get my nail fixed, he said it was ok and then charged me the $2 for painting over the nails! Also my acrylic is always extremely thin, which makes the nails crack and break within 1 to 2 days and when you tell them this they make you pay to get it fixed as if that's your fault. Once one of the young ladies even just put nail glue on it and told me it was now "fixed" ( the nail broke within in minutes of me leaving the salon). I don't drive so this is the easiest salon for me to get to seeing as I'm not from around here and walk pretty much everywhere, but I will no longer be supporting this business, I rather take the bus somewhere else. read more
