Have stopped by several times over the past few years to visit this quaint and charming collection of shops in Mystic, CT just a short hop off the freeway. Love the eclectic shops and selection, and fun and engaging layout. Great place to stop by for done shopping, gourmet coffee, and strolling (especially when the sun is out!)

Large gift shop located at Mystic Seaport. It's a separate building. The second floor is all books that focus on ships and the sea. Many charming souvenirs to buy on the first floor. Prices are pretty typical of a museum shop. They also have a bakery that sells fudge and locally made jams, marinades, etc. Very cute, worth stopping in during you visit to the Seaport museum.

While visiting Mystic Seaport we stopped in at this store to look for a few novelty items. We expected this store to be the generic tourist shop you would see at any tourist venue, but this store had a ton of items as well as a cafe. We ended up wandering around for at least half of an hour until we made the decision to grab a few products and leave. One of our favorite was their bouy wind chimes which instantly brought me back to being by the ocean. In the end, we loved this store and encourage everyone to go into this shop if you are in the area.

Wonderful shops, easy to walk, shop staff very friendly. Quality workmanship in crafts. Prices were good and found some great buys.

I love it here. After a handful of times being here my thoughts about it have never changed- I grow…read moreto enjoy it more and more. It's in a plaza right next to Mystic Aquarium- the parking lot is a nice size but can get packed in the front so go around back and there's TONS of parking. There's shopping for everyone here. From random items, to themed items, treats, snacks, food, Knick knacks, jewelry, sunglasses, home items and so much more. It gives me hippie vibes and I love that. All the employees in the shops are just so sweet- never ran into a bad one. I enjoy walking around here every single store front has something in it, it's not a dead area with random shops closed. It's pretty much always busy, but doesn't get so crowded you have anxiety. I have brought my mom here a few times and she also enjoys it. We spend half a day here and grab something to eat as well. You might want to plan to spend at least 3/4 hours here. Take it all in. The prices can be on the more pricier side for stuff- but that's location. Have fun!

I recommend shopping, then eating, and then doing more shopping. I somehow always end up getting tea or coffee to go from one of the shops, and also recommend getting one to treat yourself. You deserve it!
