During the massage, the therapist was kind, but she talked the entire time, which made it difficult to relax. As someone new to massages, I didn't feel comfortable asking for silence. I also felt like there wasn't enough focus on the areas I specifically mentioned--I was hoping for deeper pressure and more attention to those spots, but each area seemed to be worked on only briefly, and the pressure overall was quite light. I also felt a bit uncomfortable during the repositioning process. When I turned over, the therapist lifted the sheet and covered my chest in a way that didn't feel very discreet, and it didn't seem like much effort was made to maintain privacy. After the massage, I overheard one of the staff members in the lobby loudly ask the therapist, "Did any of them tip you yet?" which felt unprofessional. I paid $135 for the service and left a $10 tip, and when I handed it to her, she responded with "Just 10?" which made me feel awkward and uncomfortable.
