Other cute options in stock were a cactus, unicorn, dia de los muertes girl, etc. They receive new piñata shipments from Mexico every Friday, and the contents of each shipment are not known in advance, so you'll likely have the most selection on Friday/Saturday. Possibly the worst experience I've had with a party rental service. Summary: Below average service, incorrect delivery windows(no one knows), TERRIBLE and UNUSABLE rental supplies, IGNORES calls and messages. I found Pinata Factory through a Facebook post raving their positive experience, so I decided to look into them and gave them a try. I saw most of their information on Instagram and I went back and forth a bit with the customer service representative(daughter of owner) and she was mostly helpful throughout the process. When it came to finalizing the delivery and rental of a jumper w/ dry slide, tables, and chairs, they were quick to assist and helpful on the phone. They requested a full payment for their services including delivery fee of $56. A little steep, but decided to go through with it for my party set out 10 days or so later. Delivery details are VERY vague and also incorrect. The daughter, who managers the Instagram page, her the mother(?) on the phone, told me delivery would be Saturday, 8 am to 1 pm for my party on Sunday Afternoon. Mind you, I rented a venue, so I don't live at this location. I told them to give me a call as soon as they get a ETA so I can prepare and leave my house to the venue. I get to the venue around 10 AM because I'm not entirely sure what their delivery schedule is and I was preparing other party things as well. It wasn't until around 12:20 PM I called the business and the lady (mother?) picked up and told me to call the driver, whom I did right after. He then told me drop off is actually 4 pm to 8 pm. Hello? Such conflicting information with your business! At this point, I am running back and forth trying to ensure I am available for the delivery while organizing many other things. At 4:45pm I call again to ensure we're on the same page and for them to give me a more accurate delivery window, or call me an hour in advanced but there was a lot of noise and static or the driver could not speak clearly. Around 5:20 Pm they call back but still noise and static, cannot understand anything. At 6:30 PM, I'm already at the venue, mostly just waiting for the delivery, so I start calling the driver asking for an accurate delivery window, they must've ignored my calls over 10 times; each placed a 5-10minutes after each other. It wasn't until 6:59 Pm that a younger male called me and told me they're 15minutes out and to ensure i had power available for them. First off, I asked at least one hour notice because I need to go to the site. But thankfully, I was already there setting up. They come around 7:20 PM and back into the area and start unloading. By this time there was still sun, so I could see clearly what sort of items they were delivering. Completely. Unusable. That's putting it lightly. The jumper w/ dry slide had dirt, grime, grass, and even motor oil on it! The chairs and tables were all rusted and still VERY dirty. The gentlemen setting up just took small dirty rags from their pockets and started wiping down the jumper. And I'm just watching them flabbergasted at the the condition of the products and their measly attempt at wiping it down. The driver and us start arguing about the quality of the product and... Ultimately, I sent them away with their goods. I was able to find someone else to service our party at a much lower cost AND better quality products. Even better, I contacted them for a refund, they ignored my calls and messages on Instagram, and the message shows as SEEN. Please, please look elsewhere for your party rental supplies. I'm not one to go against a small business; in fact, my wife says I'm a sucker for small businesses, but the effort must be mutual. Pinata Factory is not a business I can recommend at all. In fact, I would even recommend to STAY AWAY from them. I hope my review may help others along the way. read more

We only had rice krispy treats and stickers in it so it was very light weight and it was maybe 1/4 of the way full and the hook kept on coming out because there was no reinforcement on the cardboard where the hook was . Ughhh I hate to change my number of stars but idk what happen this last time we rented from them. I believe they over booked. So on August 12th we were having a birthday party for my daughter. My Step Mom is the one who made the arrangements for the canopy, table and chairs. The Thursday before the party she was asked if they can come on Thursday and deliver. That worked out perfectly because I wanted to have the canopy, table and chairs set up no later than the Friday before the party. Because I had a bunch of things to do the morning of the party and didn't want add another big thing to my plate. So Thursday came and went and we didn't get a phone call or anything saying they are coming. On Friday we were told they will be delivered at 5pm. 5pm came and nothing. Finally we were told at they could come at 10:30pm on Friday or 6am on Saturday. Either way I was screwed because I would have had to set up the tables and chairs on Saturday before the party. When I was only planning to put table clothes and centerpieces on Saturday. So they come at 10:30 but the thing is the canopy takes time to set up. I was irritated because what should have been a smooth with the table and chairs wasn't. Since I had to pick up things the day of. And after that set up tables and chairs. It was hot so that was a plus!! Not only did that tap into my getting ready time and other set up things. I know people have been saying since the new owners took over things haven't been the same. I came in looking for a unicorn piñata for my daughter's birthday. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a nice lady. This place has a huge selection and it can be quite overwhelming. Nonetheless, she was able to find 3 different unicorn piñatas for me. She also informed me I could have one custom made and that it would be ready within a few days. I purchased one medium piñata, and ordered a large one with a matching stick. When I came to pick them up I was impressed at how well made they were. Very sturdy. The kids had a blast but early in the breaking of the smaller piñata the stick broke in half and we had to scramble to find a new one. My husband ended up sawing off the handle of a broom for the kids to continue. First and last time customers. We rented 4 Cocktail Tables, 6 Rectangle Tables, and 50 Chairs. Placing the order was easy, the store clerk was friendly and answered questions regarding delivery, etc. Upon setting up the morning of the event, we found the tables and chairs extremely dirty. There was everything from dirt to dried drinks and nacho sauce found on them, each one required being sprayed, scrubbed, and dried, this was an unexpected delay in our schedule. Yes, we covered all the tables with linen, we would never expect anyone, especially our guests to eat at a table that still has dirt or dried food/drinks on them, covered or not. Nor would we expect our guests to sit on dirty chairs. If the owners/staff read this review, as good business practice please take the time to do a cleanliness quality control check prior to delivery dropoff or customer pickup. read more
