You can only open the sliding doors with a code, and there are dollys in the entryway if needed. The elevator is big enough to accommodate a large bed or mattress. There are many units still available for rent, and they come in multiple sizes. On top of great service, they also are giving half off for the first three months. My parents are picky about where they will leave their items, but they have nothing but positive things to say about Ocean Storage!

When we went to the unit today to get the lock, the slip on the latch said that the unit had been fully cleaned out and there were still some items in there, including an old moonshine mason jar, which is probably what was giving the unit itself the hint of the vinegar smell. Someone had also recently gotten sick/vomited outside of the entire unit near the door that you walk into.

When we signed up, we were never informed that the rate would be significantly higher than the standard pricing. This feels like outright deception. We find it hard not to describe this situation as fraudulent. To make matters worse, our repeated attempts to contact the Jefferson Avenue location have been ignored. My wife have called numerous times, left voicemails, and received absolutely no response. The complete lack of communication is disgraceful and entirely unacceptable for any business, let alone one that claims to be a reputable national brand. Out of frustration, my wife finally spoke with someone regarding the exorbitant rate. We were asked when we could vacate the unit and move to a cheaper unit and my wife clearly stated the 19th and 20th of the month. I was assured that this would be acceptable. Now, she is suddenly receiving text messages telling us we have to vacate tomorrow--with zero warning and no regard for what we were previously told. That is not only unprofessional, it is inhumane. We cannot physically move everything out on 24 hours' notice, especially without help. This is the worse facility. Don't do it! Stay away!! The worse!!!!!!
