Even though we have given them plenty of time to fulfill their commitment to their customer. This weekend we went into the store with the paperwork To use the credit to get something else because we didn't want to wait around anymore. Even though we had paperwork that came from that store the owner said that our story wasn't adding up and and if we were lying she was going to charge us with fraud. My wife was very upset that anyone would accuse her of this. We were then screamed at, told to get the f*** out of the store. They have a little of everything for everyone. the staff is friendly and knowledgeable on the ways of the craft. they are always willing to help you out, if you do not see it in the store , they let you know they can order it for you. What a horrible visit!! The Cashier was a "know it all" little twit. She thought that her answer was the only right answer (she was talking about something she was obviously not knowledgeable about). She was totally rude, muttering under her breath "fine don't listen to me" because a few of us disagreed with her blanket statements of nonsense. She was actually trying to deter customers from making purchases! What kind of customer service is that? It doesn't have a price "oh it's not for sale" BS - right after it was recommended by multiple people that the customer find out who the owner is the little idiot cashier got a price for her. This store is amazing! The associate was super helpful with assisting me. I wanted something specific that they didn't have but she offered several equivalents that were just as good. It's super quiet and cute in here. It's nice to have a new age type store in my town, being from Salem MA they're literally everywhere but very hard to find in NH. definitely stop in and check it out, it's totally worth it! read more

SO RAD. This little shop is the perfect place to go for all your magical needs. They have small sections of dragons and fairies etc. they also have cool stones, awesome incense and so many natural herbs. it's so worth checking out. read more

Friendly, welcoming little shop... A pleasant surprise in this part of Manchester. A great selection of stones, candles, pendulums, chalices, and more, all reasonably priced. Good energy. I LOVE this little shop! It is always so surreal and dreamlike. The atmosphere is super relaxing. You can get all of your metaphysical needs here! There are also beautiful statues and novelty items as well. The owners Debbie and George are very friendly and awesome people. This is my favorite store in the entire world.
