While we were still gathering our items and trying to complete our purchase, she seemed impatient and tried to push us aside to help another customer. Instead of politely asking us to step aside or giving us a moment to finish, she argued with me and made us feel unwelcome and embarrassed front other customers. Good customer service requires patience and respect, and unfortunately, neither was shown during our visit. I have always enjoyed shopping at Bath & bath works, but this interaction left a very negative impression. I hope management addresses this issue and provides additional customer service training so other customers do not have a similar experience. But, she also carries suits in all styles for those of us whose bikini days are over. She was very nice, had the best prices, and wouldn't charge for traveling to our hotel in Lawrence because she's based in North Andover. Awesome! I did my trial with Grace a few months before the wedding. She has a lovely home studio fully equipped, just like a salon. She was super friendly, easy to talk to, and also very professional. And, the trial went great - I loved the style! Cut to a few weeks before the wedding when I had my final wedding dress fitting. I realized that the trial hairstyle wasn't going to "go" with the dress or the rest of my accessories. I felt awful! I emailed Grace right away, asking if we could change it so last minute, and sending some pictures of new style ideas. She emailed me back right away and said it was no problem at all. Whew! On my wedding day Grace and her second stylist arrived in my hotel room on time and got to work. They were super efficient! First of all they brought everything they needed, we weren't in desperate need for a last minute bobby pin or curling iron or anything like that. Second, they worked fast! Don't mistake fast for lack of quality though. Our moms, bridesmaids, and I all looked lovely! They did such an amazing job. All night we were complemented on how stunning our hair looked (and how it didn't move/fall/wilt!!!). All told, for 2 moms, 4 bridesmaid, and myself the cost was $500. Totally reasonable for an on site job and for the beautiful work they did. I couldn't have been happier!
