this place is dope! i am a huge thrift store fan before covid me and my father would come here every week! huge store and lots of things to do there. they have very nice selection of everything you can get food here and drinks! i've gotten lots of cool stuff here over the past 10 years i've been coming here! i love to hunt for anything i can get my hands on. read more

Would like to share some experience I had at that store the today. Store as a store it's fine cheap good things, however the supervisor kind of short high, sloppy look, dark hair and mustache. I went there the other day, and couple of Hispanic woman was looking for an app to use. I didn't use mine but said I can give you mine. The young rude person that was at self service was literally barking at these poor women who didn't speak English and I felt so sorry for them. I asked him I have the app and I can give it to them. This young men who was very cocky and rude to these two females said No you can't give it to them. I asked Why and he said couse you can't. I have went to that store many times and always was able to give someone my app to use. So I asked since when we can't use it and he said by supervisor said no. I asked to speak to supervisor and asked him why ? He said because you can't !!! I asked what's his name is and he said you can't have my name couse that's a law !!!! Clearly he doesn't know the law couse anytime you are in customer service position and someone ask you for your name its not the law not to give it to them, unless you doing something that is against the company policy and you making your own policy on day that you work. If there is a policy in place about the name asking and sharing app there should be a signs that would stage that. So called supervisor needs to be retrain of basic customer service skills. so sun and mon was 50% off great deal right ... why is it that when i went to the store yesterday 2/22/17 they gave a 50 % off if you had the app in spanish ... is that fare? why is it that was allowed .. do they have if you have a french app ? this is not how you do business...plus i have seen the tv guy tell someone the tv do not work and then in spanish he say to another person something then they walk to the cashier and pay for a working tv... watch what goes on at this store ... right is right and we ALL deserve a good price and fare treatment... read more

I used to go to this store every day that I was off and have been coming here for four years. The prices used to be priced reasonably for a thrift store that receives DONATIONS (key word). I can't believe how the prices have gone up lately by more than 60%. This is an embarrassment. I used to spend money there almost all the time. Now I find I'm getting better bargains at the mall for brand new items. A pair of extremely used Van sneakers at Unique were $59.99. The same sneakers were brand new at DSW for $49.99. How is this even allowed? And the jewelry...‍. $14.99 for used, rusted earrings that are gold plated? Really? I also used to have issues with some of the security guards (who no longer work there), following me up and down the store like lunatics, despite not giving them any reason to do so. This could be a nice store and I'm giving them three stars because of all the nice things I've found since my early days of their more reasonable prices. They've lost two stars because I feel they are no longer catering to the community, but to their own deep pockets. read more

this store is such a rip off they sell their items to there own people they have customers come in that get special treatment while they ignore others until they finish. They only have Spanish workers no one speaks English and they look down on you if you don't speak their language horrible customer service read more

I don't recommend visiting here. Unfortunately, the goods are all quite repetitive and rather poorly made. Instead of selling unique items the Tri-Counry Bazaar fails to produce any significant form of attraction or appeal. The building it is housed within itself is poorly maintained and could use a face lift and major interior renovations. Overall, this location is not worth your visit. read more

Customers should be made aware of the disrespecting security at this location. After making a purchase at myunique I was upstairs at Izzy's Sports Cards when a wandering security guard began to hassle me about my purchase from downstairs demanding where did I get it and then to show a receipt. I had to wait a minute for my colleague to arrive because he had my receipt. After showing the security guard that did not care about the items on said receipt I left. Because I am standing at another establishment in the building with an item in hand is no indication that it was stolen. Your security should have better judgment and be trained to deal with your customers. read more

Came here for the first time today and I must say I'm impressed. This is my second time coming to a UNIQUE location and this location is BY FAR THE BEST ONE compared to the one on Old country road. That place was crappy; I'm not even going to lie. So I came here thinking I was going to be disappointed as I was going to the other location & I WAS DEAD WRONG. So many name brands. When they first opened, they were very cheap. Now they are not. The prices for the clothing are outrageous! I can pay the same price and get new. The only plus I see is the pricing for board games. They are priced fairly and are usually in good condition. read more

I have a love/hate relationship with this store. I love that you can find really good deals. You just need to search, and dig but you will find the best deals. I hate that this place is very dusty and I always walk out sneezing. I'm always allergic to everything so it could just be me but the clothes, the smell, the dust its just everywhere. If you don't mind the smell of used clothing and "other smells" this may be the thrift store for you. It is extremely big with multiple levels. You can find anything and everything if you dig deep. I have the app and I get a 20 or 25% discount on Mondays (I believe everyone gets that deal even without the app) I find that the prices can be a little high for "used clothing" but if you go on a Monday, you can save some money. Definitely go for those holiday items-such as a Halloween costumes or valentines day shirts. Its definitely a place you can spend all day in. You can find some new items as well if you really dig. Overall great store. It is very clean and organized and the fitting rooms are always cleaned by the amazing ladies that work there. Don't go on a weekend its a madhouse. read more

The store used to be awesome, lots of deals and good items, but as of late most things are extremely overpriced and not very good in terms of quality for the price. Why pay 19.00 for worn shoes when I can get new ones for the same price or 20.00 for an extremely worn bag just cause it's designer or 24.00 for a plastic necklace or 14.99 for a worn dress They're getting donations so paying crazy prices for donated items kind of reminds me of exploitation, especially given that many people thrift as they can't afford new items. Also it's just an observation, but lately I've had to conduct my interactions in Spanish with store employees for quite simple things like my phone app thing not working, this is not a problem for me as I speak some Spanish but many of their clients don't so I've seen many frustrated people with the language barrier, and usually the employees are more polite/helpful if spoken to in Spanish so I think the language barrier frustrates them too. read more

Hi. This MyUnique store has some good deals, but you have to dig for it. The cloths could be $$, and all in all they are used clothes (most of the time). I wish there was more artwork, mordern pieces, just not all clothes would be nicer. DO NOT use their clothes, I have seen how the clothes are, ripped, or are too worn. I really love shopping here. I've decided I'm going to buy clothing here from now on. All the clothing there smells like cinnamon, which washes off after a wash, and I can laugh about that. The store has gone downhill. As a longtime customer, I was used to better- better prices, selection, and customer service. Lately it has been depressing going there, and I find myself shopping there less and less. The employees are extremely rude specifically the women who put out new merchandise. I have been called all kinds of nasty things in Spanish- and yes I do understand Spanish. The majority of things put out are junk, and the nice things either disappear out the back door, or are horribly marked up. The Unique chain of thrift shops used to be a place for amazing bargains. It looks like management picked up on this and hiked up their prices so much you're pretty much close to buying a new one elsewhere but with better selection. Yeah it's a thrift shop. I know.
