He's straight to the point, explains thoroughly what you'll be getting prior to him performing or operating on you. I want to give Danielle the Technician a big shout out for taking her time with me and making sure my prescription was on point, before passing it along to DR.PERL as this was a Major step in my preparation prior to surgery Danielle is a great Technician. Last but not least the front desk staff for being polite each time answering phone and in-person. Thanks to Jacqueline as we had our ups and downs with communicational errors and trials. Prior to pandemic Jacque has did her very best working with me pre-op and post-op we're all human. Shes definitely worked in getting the ball rolling as best as she possibly could've. I have nothing but good things to say about her. Jacqueline's direct colleagues were pretty awesome as they made a debut, once I crossed the finish-line in my ICL post-op follow-up. My vision has gone from 20/100 to 20/20. I can now comfortably focus on my career without straining my eyes. They did not offer to try to fit me in today or to make me another appointment. I am going on a cruise in 10 days and needed my contacts refilled before then. Now I have to scramble to find another new doctor and hope my contacts can be filled in time. The office was terrible looking as well. They had giant tarps hanging from the ceiling where they clearly had water leaking through. It was in an old building, with terrible signage and they used a giant paper book to keep track of appointments (NO WONDER THEY HAD NO RECORD OF ME). Both were great and very helpful and reviewed each of our situations. After that, we went out onto the sales floor found some glasses we like, and spoke with Maritza-772895. She assisted us with the purchase. We had NVA insurance which the dr office took but for some reason, the sales floor was not able to pull up the insurance. Maritza was unable to or did not know who else to call to get this resolved. So the only course of action was to pay out of pocket and file the claim manually myself. She gave some discount to assist with the cost. Then both lenses were not in stock and they had to be sent out. That was another frustrating issue. Maybe because this was a smaller store they did not have the inventory IDK. It would be nice if they were able to just send it to another store to be processed the same day. The time spent on it I could have asked to see if they could transfer or purchase the frames there and go to another location to have the lenses completed. Maybe next time I may ask to do that.
