I really appreciate their complimentary services outside of the quarterly ones if it's a particularly bad season for pests. Their technicians are great, and they try to send the same person every time, which I appreciate. My current tech, Kevin, really goes above and beyond. He noticed an area near my front door where rodents were potentially hiding, so he put down some wiring to protect the area without me asking. He also gives me at-home spider traps I can use and even disposes of them during his visits since it rather grosses me out to do so :) Also, during my most recent appointment, I was totally frazzled due to meetings happening at work, and I told Kevin to go ahead and spray my garage area, and that I'd close the garage door later when I could. What I discovered later is that Kevin actually closed the door himself without me asking, which just shows that he actually thinks about the customer and what's best for them. That defines good service. Finally, their customer service folks are also great. Whenever I've had to reschedule or have questions, they are always easy to get a hold of, prompt, and friendly. Parker Eco is the kind of company where you don't have to think too hard about using their services because they're really good at what they do. That lack of mental overhead makes it easy to recommend them!

We chose Super Attic Solutions based on their strong BBB rating, positive reviews, and the sales pitch that emphasized thorough follow‑up and post‑project support. We received three quotes for our attic and basement work; Super Attic Solutions was not the cheapest, but the promised inspections and customer care were the deciding factor for us. The crew that performed the work was respectful, efficient, and left the space clean. However, everything that happened after they left has been the opposite of what was promised. The sales rep assured us that an "inspector" would return a few weeks after completion to verify that: No rodents had re‑entered the home All work met code Any questions or concerns would be addressed He even mentioned a 6‑month follow‑up to ensure long‑term satisfaction. None of this happened. When I asked the project manager to walk the space with the crew, he was hesitant. I'm glad I insisted -- four ceiling lights were sealed incorrectly and left hanging an inch from the ceiling. I was told an "inspector" would come fix them, so the crew left and I was left with blue tape holding up my lights. A week later, our AC wouldn't shut off. I discovered the furnace (located in the attic) had been wrapped in insulation -- a fire hazard and not to code -- and no clear path had been left for HVAC access. When I called urgently, I was asked to send photos and then told a "supervisor with tons of experience" reviewed them and everything was fine. It wasn't. I had to pay an HVAC company to confirm the hazard, and only then was I told they might reimburse up to $500 because they didn't think they could send someone out. When the "inspector" finally arrived, they were not inspectors at all -- it was two members of the original crew. They fixed the lights (well no disrespect) and removed the insulation, from the furnace just laying on the air ducts. However, as we were communicating via technology translator, I could not get any answer to any questions and was told to call the office. Since then, I've left multiple messages through their AI system and sent two emails. I have given this company over 4 weeks to uphold the customer service they say they hold themselves to and I still haven't gotten a single phone call, let alone an "inspector" to look over the work, but they my check cashed. Bottom line: The initial work was fine, but the promised follow‑up and customer care simply do not exist. Once the crew leaves, you are on your own. Additionally, getting a hold of anyone on the phone is impossible these days. No one calls you back when you request it. Instead 2 days later you get an email claiming they couldn't get ahold of you or leave a message (cell shows no missed calls, voicemail is not full). I'm so disappointed I ever paid this company. Total rip off and want to make sure my neighbors don't get taken advantage of either. Best of luck to you with your pest problems! But this place is no solution.

Better Air NW's proposal was not only the least expensive by a fair margin, but also offered the highest quality machines and best warranties. Normally, I'd be pretty skeptical at that combination, but all of the positive reviews on Yelp convinced me to accept their offer. A few days later, as I write this I'm basking in the warmth of my new heater. The installation was smooth, painless, and well done. Despite some unexpected challenges in the home's design to figure out and overcome, they charged exactly their estimate; there were none of the kind of headaches or scams that one often expects dealing with contractors. All in all, great experience, these folks deserve their lofty reputation.

Better Air NW was the only one who didn't give us pricing or a plan and the only one we had a negative experience with. During our in-person consultation, Jered focused on our HOA almost the entire time. Our HOA does have requirements in this area that we don't think are enforceable anymore, and in any case, that's our issue to sort out once a proposal is in place. We reassured Jered we would handle the HOA ourselves and wanted him to treat it like any other job: propose whatever setup his experience would call for and walk us through a plan and pricing. He kept coming back to the HOA anyway, and we struggled to get him to focus on the plan instead. He even told us one of the rooms was "impossible," and when we asked why, the answer was the HOA. It really felt like we were grasping at straws here. By the end of the consultation, our time had been wasted and we still didn't have any pricing or a plan. Later, he texted us that they couldn't do the job, without giving a reason. Since we never got one, we were left to guess: to us, the constant focus on the HOA came across as an easy way to pass on a job they didn't want to take on. No other contractor had trouble coming up with a proposal and pricing. Either way, our suggestion to Better Air NW is to be upfront.

But also not underselling the cost of what needed to get done. To me, there's nothing more valuable then getting accurate information. Don't try and overinflate or udnerflate what costs will be. Just say it like it is and let me decide how to proceed. I will absolutely be using 4 Seasons for future Home Inspection work and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a home assessed.

My inspector, who did get on roof, discovered extensive damage to roof to include water leaking into attic in several places. This inspector noted that roof needs replacement immediately. This damage was never listed on Titan report. Also, furnace was not Ok. It had not been inspected for 2 years and needed to be replaced. In addition, Titan report never mentioned water under house and some repairs needed there. While Titan used pictures and report looked good, I would have bought a house that needed thousands of dollars in repairs had I relied on their report.

Awesome, awesome, awesome job. Chris is the man and adds a personal touch. We had just moved to a new house and the crawlspace was infested rodents. Orkin came in and said they had gotten rid of all of the rodents however, within days we were still hearing scratching rodent activity. We contacted Myzzer and within minutes, Chris discovered that there were many opening that were not plugged which allowed the rodents to come in and out of the crawl space with ease. One in particular was a construction flaw by Schneider Homes (that's another story) which left a gap between the siding and the foundation of the house. It didn't help that my neighbor had an outdoor bird feeder to boot. Chris and his team removed and replaced all of the rat piss and poop contaminated insulation, replaced the destroyed barrier, deodorized all of the piss smells, blocked all of the rodent access points including the siding / foundation gaps, and set traps. Within 2 weeks all rodent activity stopped and on the follow-up visits, Chris and his crew cleaned out the remaining dead rodents. One in particular was a huge rat about the size of a chinchilla. I highly recommend Myzzer. They get the job done for a fair price and they stand behind their guarantee. We have not had any rodent activity since Myzzer took care of our problem and I am happy that we were able to find them. I don't usually write reviews but this company has inspired me to do so with their amazing service, knowledge, and hard work. For the services I paid for, I have received above and beyond help. Chris, the owner, arrived very quickly at my Seattle home and got to work as soon as we discovered our rodent problem while in the middle of a construction project. We had to coordinate schedules of our many contractors...but didn't have to worry about Myzzer cause they were here and gone in a flash. They screened up all open spaces that rodents could get in, removed all rodents and their nests, and left our basement smelling fresh and clean! Since their first visit, Chris has quickly responded to any follow up questions and was back in a heartbeat a couple more times when the tricky buggars found their way back in. And for the multiple follow up visits and updated screening that needed to be done- no charge! I will be turning to Myzzer for any and all unwanted visitors from now on. When we were replacing one of the flex ducts in the crawl space, the worker mentioned that they had noticed some rat droppings in the area. I set up an appointment with Myzzer to have them make an assessment of the situation. Chris was the person who came in for the inspection. He said that those droppings were from years back which probably was on top of the old duct and might have fallen down during the replacement work. He confirmed that we had no rats and neither was there any indication of rat damage. This was so satisfying especially since I also had the crawl space inspected by another well known pest company who lied to me that our crawl space was infested with rats. That company showed me some pictures of the infestation and I doubted at that time if those pictures were of my crawl space or not. I am very thankful to Chris for giving an honest opinion of the situation. He also had a very friendly demeanor. After thoroughly inspecting our house--including the scarey crawl space--for entry holes for rats, Chris reported that there was no evidence of rats or new openings (several years earlier we had worked with another pest control company that had sealed holes); he explained that the smell we noticed in our basement was from old rodent-soiled insulation that was becoming more odorous with heat and age. He gave advice on clean up. Another company might have taken advantage of my concern and invented the need for sealing and trapping services. I greatly appreciate his honesty. Was a little freaked out by the critters, so left them a message to see if same-day appointment was possible. Chris made it happen and was prompt. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Chris is friendly, professional and honest. Below is my story. I caught some mice in my storage room. Being worried that the condition would get worse, I called Chris for help. Chris checked my house carefully, and told me honestly the mice issue was not serious. I asked him if he could help me seal my roof to prevent mice from coming in. He gave me the reason why it was not a good idea. During the entire process, Chris was professional and honest. My father, living in a small town in Eastern Washington, had an ongoing mice problem. He would hire local exterminators and set poison boxes. An occasional mouse would get caught, but the problem persisted. I called Myzzer to go over there in November of 2011 and the problem has been eliminated! Some mice were caught in the first couple of days, and nothing has got in the house since. There had been evidence of rat droppings, probably a visitor, but we wanted to nip any possibility of rat problems in the bud. Since the weather is getting cooler I scheduled a routine inspection to see if any rodents had dug their way into our crawl space. I was able to have someone from Myzzer come out the next day. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and brought the good news that all the cracks and crevices in my basement are sealed. They are careful with my pets and my property. Their customer service skills rock! Their prices are more than fair. They solved my issue - quickly, efficiently, and thoroughly. Not to mention, they are a family-owned, local business, so they actually have a vested interest in making me happy! How cool is that? YAY!

Shortly after that I received a text message response asking for my full name, address, and email so that they could enter my information into the computer. That struck me as odd, but given the situation I was facing, I gave them the requested information. After that they told me that the earliest they could talk to me was Monday at either 9:00 AM or 4:00 PM. It was unfortunate to have to wait two days just to talk to someone, but I assumed they must have been very busy. We scheduled an appointment for 9:00 AM Monday morning over text. However, when 9:00 AM came around I didn't hear from anyone. I tried calling the number that had texted me, but it went to voicemail. I tried calling the main number I had called on Saturday, and it also went to voicemail. After nearly an hour of waiting, I texted the number explaining that I had to go into a meeting at 10:00 AM and asked if we could reschedule for the 4:00 PM time slot. At 9:57 AM, the person responded saying they were "just getting ready to call", but that we could talk at 4:00 PM instead. Now imagine my surprise when the person from Pest Fighter tried calling me at 3:37 PM. Then again at 3:40 PM. And then texts me at 3:44 PM asking why I was not answering. I responded to the text immediately, explaining that I was in a meeting until 4:00 PM. I asked them to call me at 4:00 PM, like we had agreed on previously. After that message I never received another text from them. When I called shortly after 4:00 PM, my calls went to voicemail. To this day, I have never received a response from anyone at Pest Fighter. No texts, no calls, nothing. I debated posting this review. Maybe Pest Fighters provides good service if you can actually talk to someone, but I wouldn't know. After playing an unprofessional game of phone tag, I contacted another service who was not only able to talk to me, but who was also able to make it out to my house at the time they said they would.

No real problems or issues and they have good customer service when we've rarely had to call their office. We don't actively have any major invasive pest problems so we use this company for exterior preventive protection. The come by on a monthly or quarterly basis depending on the contract and check on the bait stations and spray the exterior grounds next to the buildings. We like their report that is available after each visit which itemizes details of each bait station serviced and recommendations for preventative steps we can take to minimize unwanted pests (mainly rodents in this area). This company says they've been around since 1921 so that's pretty good.
