We have had Surefire Pest for a long time. The staff are always helpful and friendly. They have made recommendations on how to protect the house from pests. And we have not had rat problems since we implemented the recommendations. Recently they changed to no longer have a way to call in for service. Now you have to text or email. For some reason recently when we had an issue the text for help did not go through. It wasn't until we emailed that we heard back. So be aware if they are not responding there seems to be something up with the text service they have and an email is a great way to get them. read more

My husband and our roommates are currently living in a house and a couple months ago we noticed small black ants in the back of the house. While we tried to do our best our landlord called out Surefire and they were able to be out later that week. Mario was very knowledgeable and made that we all understood what he was looking for and why he was recommending the services that he was. He even offered to check for rodent activity and gave our landlord suggestions on what to do to better seal the home and prevent any rodent activity, and never pressured her to sign any agreements. Great and honest service (even as the "solution" got delegated to actually preserve and relocate the bumble bees from within our bedroom wall). From leaving a request in the middle of the night through yelp, to their response in early morning and assessment and estimate in the mid-morning, Drew was very quick and professional. He stopped by and identified my "wasps" as bumble bees and suggested option to "relocate" them through a different service instead of killing the precious pollinators... Hands down the best pest control company in Snohomish county . We had a wasp problem in the wall that was discovered on a Wednesday night. When the opened Thursday and I was able to explain the extreme urgency of the situation since it was our master bedroom wall, they were able to squeeze us in Friday morning. I am really happy with this company. First of all, they are super kind and super patient. When looking at options for removing wasp nests, I did not want a solution that will kill bees. They told me they be careful with that, so that was the first good news. They were quick to come by and showed up on time. Super respectful, and honest. The guy that came (sorry I did not catch your name, but you were awesome) checked everything, and not only that, he took the time to explain to me what should I be looking for in the future. Once we were done, he even walked around the house checking for other signs of pests that we should be taking care of. I love these people! I have a "bee situation" last summer and they came out asap and took care of it, and even looked around for any other signs of pests. When I call, Alex is super quick and efficient at finding a resolution to my questions. I signed up for a 1 year service agreement, everytime they come to perform the service they give me a little knock on the door to let me know "it's just us", I really appreciate that. They refill our rodent box-thing, something almost necessary living in Bothell with all the new construction and dry crawlspaces for rats to nest in. I'm very, very satisfied with Surefire Pet Solutions and highly recommend it. We had rats in our crawlspace and I was very worried they would get into the house because I could hear them right under my feet. Drew responded to my emails and scheduled a visit right away, and Eric did a great job sealing the house and setting up the traps. I could still hear some commotion in the crawlspace the day Eric was here, but no more since. I know the rats were trying to get into the crawlspace from the outside, because I could hear them scratching/chewing, but they couldn't get in. I was called Surefire Pest Solutions to investigate sounds coming from the attic. They were able to send a representative out the very next day. Eric conducted a very thorough inspection of the house, and mentioned that the sound we were experiencing was probably a raccoon on the roof, and that they could set a live trap, but it probably wasn't necessary (I appreciate them not pushing services). Despite spending close to an hour of their time, the inspection was free... other places quoted us for $250 for just an inspection. All in all, amazing service. Extremely fast and responsive. I was attacked by wasps in my yard without having seen a nest. Drew was able to come and identify the ground nest and kill the wasps within a day. They do a good job taking care of insect and rodent problems. Exterior rodent traps seem to be enough to keep the rodents out after they sealed the holes in the siding. We haven't had any issues with ants and spiders since they've done the exterior spray and spider web/sac removal every other month. Very professional and friendly. read more
