Sally was extremely accommodating, professional and friendly. When I hadn't showed up 5 minutes into our appointment, she reached out with a very personalized text message to make sure I was not lost. Their studio had moved about two blocks down the street, but I still had the wrong address (completely on me). She made sure I knew how to get to the new location and even which side of the building to park on. Even though we started late, she was still able to perform my full one hour massage. I was extremely relaxed the entire time. The music was gorgeous and had me picturing beautiful nature scenes. I had to fight the urge to fall asleep a few times. I left feeling calm and serene. I felt more limber. The back and hip pain I had before going was gone. I would absolutely go back. If you are looking for a less commercial spa feel and more of a crystals, chakra, warm vibe, this is a great place for you. The parking is ample as well, but is metro accessible too.

Clothes stay on, and they use lotion on the arms, neck, and legs/ feet. But I got a one hour massage for $60 which is a very reasonable price. I walked out feeling much lighter and with the knots in my back and legs soothed out. They open at 11, but I arrived around 1040 and was helped right away. So it might be possible to come earlier. They have a small under $2 fee for using card, so if you have cash definitely recommend. Great option of convenience, quality, and price.

She checked on me periodically while I sat in the sauna room. She even brought me some water and some of the green juice that she makes to give to you as part of the body wrap program.
