Booked an early appointment and was a great decision. There was no one else in the salon except for the technicians. The salon was clean during the COVID situation, brightly lit, and gave a very calming vibe with the low hum of music in the background. They have a separate handwashing station, hand sanitizer at the reception desk, and plastic barriers at the nail stations. There's a large selection of polish colors, which was great to choose from. Rita worked on my nails for the appointment, super friendly and made sure to check that everything was fine throughout the appointment. Originally I only scheduled for a Spa Pedicure ($48), but after checking for Rita's availability, I also got the Classic Manicure ($17). The Spa Pedicure had a separate menu to select the types of scent for the scrub (I believe there were about 7 choices), and I went with the Mandarin and Mango. The Spa Pedicure is completely worth the price and it lasted about 40 minutes in a very comfy massage chair. The Classic Manicure price was average, and took about 15 minutes. I have asthma so I let my teenage granddaughter get her nails done herself and I sat in the car to wait. They talked her into the most expensive nail thing called nail wraps. $50 and she tipped $10 all her birthday money. Three days later six nails fell off and I called them and they said come we'll put them back on. I didn't want her to have wraps again, but that was what they wanted to do. We didn't go back that night the rest fell off. My granddaughter doesn't work or do dishes so she didn't do anything to cause this. I feel They took advantage of her! Never again!! The Go-To salon for all of your beauty fixes! I can't say enough about this salon. Not only is it super cleaned (the floors are literally spotless) but all of the furniture and tools are sanitized to hospital standards. I came in for a pedicure and pink and white full set, was greeted by Johnny, the owner. He works for law enforcement and after working the late night shift, still take the time to stop by every morning and personally greet the customers. Such a hardworking and dedicated owner. Vicky was the manicurist, who happens to be the manager, diligently took the time to make my hands beautiful with a gorgeous pink and white set. Her attention to details made my cinderalla's nails into Mrs. Universe top five constestants. Thank you so much Vicky, I have been to numerous manicurists and nail technicians, but no one is comparable to you! My pedicure was serviced by Helen, a non-English speaker, but her commitment to customer's satisfaction was definitely echoed out through her performance. Even though English is not her native language, she tried so hard to make sure I was comfortable and everything was to my expectations, from the water temperature to quenching my thirst. Muchly respected for all her efforts. My gel pedicure turned out absolutely breathe taking! I walked in with two in-grown toe nails and out an olympian sprinter. I paid for a basic gel pedicure, but the service I received was vip spa package compared to other salons. Both the owner and manager take great pride in this salon and treat each and every individual that walks through the door as an A-lister celebrity! I have been here twice now and love it. It's less than 10 mins from my house, clean, and the service is impeccable. The first time, I got a basic pedicure (comes with a hot stone massage!m) and a gel manicure. My gel manicure lasted about 3 weeks and looked pretty decent before I took them off. I've always had good experiences here. I've only ever gotten classic pedicures and classic manicures so, I can't speak to the rest. They do offer a spa pedicure which includes some other features. I came here for a dip manicure yesterday! It's a really beautiful salon; the decorations are very girly; love all the chandeliers! I get my nails done every two-three weeks and I'm picky about my salons and I was pleasantly surprised! Everything was clean and most of the tools are used only once! Cindy did my nails and she did a great job! She took her time and made sure i was very happy; which i was! They have a great selection of colors and everyone was very friendly! I don't know all the names but the 4 women working were great (Cindy and Vicky were two of them). They are very friendly and were very attentive to the customers in there yesterday! Awful service, went in for a refill on my acrylics (my regular place was closed) which usually only takes 30 mins maybe a little longer, it took two hours. Two hours of having my skin filed around and under my nails, my skin was better sanded then the nails which were bumpy and sloppy looking, had to tell the woman doing the work they were uneven in length AND shape and had to ask for them to be fixed before she painted them multiple times. I don't have enough amazing things to say about this place. The price is very reasonable, the salon is very clean, inviting, and I must add beautifully decorated. There are so many colors from gel, regular, and dip to choose from. All the techs from waxing to nails are incredible. The pedicure is to die for. They use hot stones and really take their time massaging you and using oil on your heels and hot towel wraps. I get acrylic, and I always love the shape and job done by Vicky. I was not planning on writing a review and just keep my experience to myself but I'm not happy at all with my pedicure and manicure from here... To be clear this was a couple of days ago and yes I've decided to write this review now as a feedback. It was this Wednesday that I've gotten my nails done from Flawless. Just want to say thank you for taking me in the same day I called. The salon was very clean and nice, it's a very lovely salon. The feel was right and this is where I want to be at for a nail salon environment. It would have been a nicer touch if there were some "zen" or relaxing music playing as there were no music playing in the background and you can hear everybody's conversation. Maybe the music system isn't working, who knows, but music should have been played. Everybody was friendly so that's great. I honestly think I just got the wrong nail technician that day. I just didn't really like how my nails were polished, both pedi and mani. I also had to repeat to the technician a few times of how I want certain things done because I am picky as a person and I know that. From the way the technician was doing my nails I think she might have been new.. Practice makes perfect and I understand that. However, she didn't really deliver with what I asked her for even when I was being really patience. The way she polished my nails were just very uneven. You can see the paint layers vs just seeing a smooth surface. Before my manicure I did mention that I do not want my cuticles cut, only a push down and buff BUT if there are pieces of cuticle hanging then she can cut it that's not a problem. She did not touch or push down my cuticles. She just, cut, file, then very lightly buff just the center of my nails then asked me to go wash my hands. I thought that the technicians here have a different method, step, or techniques so I just went and wash my hands thinking maybe she'll touch my cuticles after. After I return to my seat she applied lotion on my hands and was ready to polish my nails. I thought she just forgot to cut my cuticles so I remind her but she thought that I didn't want my cuticles cut. I told her I don't want it cut but I want them to be push down and buff, again, cut if needed. She then grab the skin/cuticle push down tool to push down my cuticle. In my opinion she really half ass it. How? Because she used the tool and push from the top of my nail to the center of my nail only. The tool is meant to push down the skin and cuticles but it was no where pushed down to my cuticles. I just know cause I always ask for a push down and buff. She then asked me to wash my hands again. I went to the sink, put on warm/hot water and pushed down my cuticles myself at the sink. Yeah, I was that frustrated. Went back to my seat and couldn't wait to leave. I asked if I can pay now because I did not want to have to reach into my pocket book for my debit card after my regular manicure. She said yes and I handed her my card. She got up and was ready to head to the counter and give it to the lady (maybe boss) that was in charge of payments, but the lady was helping another customer so the technician handed me the card and say to go up there and pay. I was confused. Like did you just hand me back my card for me to go up there to pay? Knowing that the lady that's in charge of payments is still busy? I asked her you want me to go up there and pay right? She said yes. I told her I will pay after. Maybe there was a miscommunication but I did repeat myself to her to make sure she understood and I also repeat what she said to me back to her so I know that I'm understanding her. At this point I was over it. She polish my nails, I dried it for 5 mins, paid then left the shop. Took a closer look at my manicure and it was trash. It was not worth $49 (main and pedi). I could have gotten a better/happier experience elsewhere and pay $30 (main and pedi) excluding tips. If only I had waited a day. I only went here because the places that I usually go to couldn't take me. I did want my nails to be done last minute so I called around. It's okay, again, maybe I just got the wrong nail tech that day, I think I would have been happier if I had another nail technician or maybe she was just having a bad day. I don't know but this was my experience and wanted to share. read more
