Tried to give this place a second chance but I was disappointed. The lady was digging into my skin when trimming the cuticles that it hurt. There was leftover gel polish all over my fingers. She did not have me wash my hands before applying the polish so there was nail residue everywhere. The chrome was patted on instead of rubbed so it looks more like glitter than chrome. This was not a great experience. The staff wasn't very friendly or welcoming, or even pleasant really. Seemed as if I were a chore. Stopped working on my nails and switched technicians at weird times with no explanations, no check ins for being ok with shape, length, etc. The technician cut the skin and caused bleeding in several places on both my feet and hands. Again, no apologies or acknowledgement- just seemed exasperated to have to stop and find materials to stop the bleeding. My nails look ok, just ok. The shapes are different for different fingers/toes, they are not filed level, and the polish isn't smooth but I've had worse. I got a gel mani/pedi with one solid color- nothing unusual. They have no respect for anyone's time. I made an appointment for Mother's Day and we planned our day around it. We waited for over a half hour before they started, the water was freezing, and they rushed through us. We scheduled a manicure and pedicure for Mother's Day and hadn't even started the manicure by the time we were supposed to be done, so we had to cancel. The assigned technicians for our appointments took new customers right before we got there. Super disappointing. Not the relaxing Mother's Day experience we wanted. read more

I had been here a couple times before and received good service, however the past two times I came here have been a really poor experience. I made an appointment both times, showing up 5 minutes before it was clear they had overbooked / taken walk-ins and I had to wait an additional 20 minutes. The first time was for a mani-pedi before vacation, and the water was so hot I couldn't put my feet in for 10 minutes after waiting 20 minutes. They completed both services in under 45 minutes and my nails were mis-shaped and missing polish on the sides. I brushed it off, though now wish I hadn't since I got engaged during my trip. Upon returning, I went in for a manicure hoping to get my nails cleaned up before celebrating with family and friends. I have very long nails, and was given the same tech Sofia who did an even poorer job than the first time I came in. After 20 minute wait, she rushed cutting my nails though I asked her to keep them long and they are now nubs. I even tried to stop her and say too short and she just kept nodding and cutting them. They were all mis-shaped and the entire manicure took about 20 minutes. She forgot the top coat at the end and I had to remind her, and once my nails were painted AND DRYING she pretends to massage my hands by literally dumping moisturizer on the top of my hands and leaving it there - I had to wipe my hands on my arms without smudging my nails to even leave. Overall - terrible service and especially terrible timing giving everyone is going to be looking at my hands. I never leave reviews but you need to stop trying to push people through so quickly and give them the time they're paying for otherwise you're going to keep losing customers. Will not return. Wish I saw other reviews. 1.Pedi chairs didn't work. No recline, et al. Broken so that the 'massage' part stuck out into your back. (Many available chairs for options- we were the only ones there. Maybe they are all broken?) 2. Pedi- half assed, at best. Any other salon is better (by a lot), and possibly cheaper. 3. Teenage daughter was ignored for nail requests, even after showing photos of shape and speaking up. (And then charged extra for 'special nail shape'.) (Almond) 4. Was charged one price, then told to 'Venmo more' because the initial math was wrong. The initial math was correct. They insisted the money be sent via venmo, NOT through the business. (I asked them to charge me the extra through the business- they wouldn't.) 5. I double checked all this after I left, called for clarification, and was given different answers and reasons for overcharge. Prices (and excuses) didn't match website at all. 6. Not worth it. Subpar quality, and taken advantage of with $. Too many other places to go to bother with here. 7. We were the ONLY people there. What should have been a great experience ended up being expensive and unpleasant. 8. Anywhere else is a better option. 9. The owner was not there. Perhaps this is why it was such a subpar experience? Came here on recommendation by a friend and would highly recommend it. The place was just recently renovated, the vibe is great, and the staff here is friendly and welcoming. One of the few times I got a pedicure and a massage, and I couldn't recommend it more. There are a number of comfy massage chairs as you dip your feet in the hot water. I hate to give bad reviews... especially for a place I vetted on here, but I had to worst dip set I have ever had. Not even nitpicking- less than 5 days later they were cracking in half (mind you I work a desk job and nothing else with these). I usually have dip sets last me 4-5 weeks. My natural nail beds are bloodied and torn to s#%!. No joke-3 of my finger nails have split in half and start bleeding from the nail bed It will take months to repair my actual nails and I am in genuine pain. I do not recommend this place even for the slightly below average, pricing. I already went to a local nail salon to repair two and now I have another two to "fix". This place is literally making me give up on nail salons to heal my nails for the unforeseeable future. Not even worth a 1 star read more

Just moved to the area. Did a search on Yelp and tried this place, based on the positive reviews. We made an appointment, showed up on time, and they were waiting for us with a big smile. Very friendly staff. The place was empty except for one customer, so we didn't feel rushed at all. Everything appeared to be clean (sterilized packaged tools, etc). I got the deluxe spa pedi and regular manicure and my daughter got a regular mani/pedi. Mine was more expensive than I was expecting ($53), but it was worth it. Daisy did a great job. The massage was awesome. Very relaxing and felt great. Just enough heat, pressure, etc. We will definitely be back! read more

Came here to get my nails done again since i have loved them so much every time! I got the dip powder ombre natural/ pink to glitter and it came out exactly how i wanted it and i couldnt be happier! i dont have good pictures because i didnt take any after i got them done i just have videos and i cant post videos on here. the last two pictures are to show my nails NOW, over a month after i had them done and ive been doing a good amount of landscaping! they have obviously grown out as they should but other than that they are still in tact and not one nail has lifted or fallen off. that shows how amazing the quality of these nails are and how long a set can last you. this place is a 10/10 considering how nice the nail techs are and they are so up to date on all trends and can do pretty much anything you ask! thank you guys for always supplying amazing nails! read more

i am so thrown off by my nails. i looked at this instagram and has how beautiful they did there nails. so i decided to try this place and omg let me show u. i asked for the nails in the first picture and got the nails in the second and third picture. this is horrible. mind you it took the girl 20 minutes to do my nails, she rushed through the whole thing. when i was finished she wanted to charge me 60 for a FILL. i was mind blown, i told her im not paying 60 for nails that are nowhere close to what i asked for. and 60 for a fill? are u serious?! i made her fix my nails and she got all pissed, after she fixed my nails the shape was horrible and my nails were chunky. i was so mad, after paying for nails i asked for.. i had to go home and fix them myself? AND I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IM DOING, BUT I DID A BETTER JOB THEN THE NAIL TECH? crazy. i don't not recommended at all unless you want poor results and people that don't care about their clients. read more

i was recommended several times by friends because of how amazing their designs were. however the manicure i received was extremely rushed and she kept going to answer her phone and go to the front desk in the middle of my manicure the entire time. i asked for flames on my ring finger and they just turned out extremely poor. the gel on my nails had an extremely thick coating and was so uneven. i also had to pick and pee the clear polish off of my skin. probably won't be going back anytime soon. read more

My friend and I chose this salon because it was a half way between our houses. The reviews checked out and the placed seemed really clean when we walked in so I was excited to relax with a manicure pedicure. The pedicure was mediocre and the massage chair was broken. My manicure was fine except my nails were very clearly oval and she cut them and filed them square. My friends nails, however, looked like a child painted them. I can't believe they let her leave with her nails looking like that. Then when we went up to pay, the man behind the desk said the credit card machine "might not work" and asked us if we had cash. I asked him if it was broken and he said he thinks so. The machine looked fine to me. No warning when we came in, and no sign was up. I won't be returning here. read more

My friend recommended this salon for waxing. Said they have reasonable prices, which they do but you seem to get what you pay for. It seemed clean and only one customer getting her nails done so they were able to take me right away. Sweet. I told them I wanted from my knees down waxed and I've never had it done before. The woman didn't really say anything to me and honestly she didn't do a good job. Nothing was gone from my knees and she didn't even wipe the wax off after or apply some cream. Plus she used little strips and completely missed patches of hair. Like everything on my knees and stripes or patches randomly down my legs. So I ended up just going to Sally's and buying my own wax kit. They do have a punch card rewards thing but not really worth it. It's a convenient location for me so maybe I'll go back for manicures but right now I don't recommend it. read more

Jennifer is the best manicurist ever! And with prices super cheap you'd think they would skimp on stuff but they don't! Everyone is super friendly and the place is clean and tidy. Their pedicure is amazing! Good variety of polish colors. Amazing chair massagers. Nice scrub on my feet and then my favorite part... deep muscle massage on my calves and toes, finished off with a hot stone massage and warm towels to dry off! All for $25! Best money I have ever spent on a pedicure. And they don't rush you at all or make you buy anything else. Awesome prices. Awesome services. And they are open early on the weekends.
