The samosa were very good. Service was not good. There was a guy walking around with a spray bottle cleaning the cloth tablecloths with Lysol. This place presets it's plates and silverware on the table so how is he not getting spray all over the plates? At first glance this place looks great the menu is awesome. But this was a weird thing. Also my table cloth was dirty. Which is off putting. I don't think they have enough to change them out. I went when they first opened so there is no reason for them to be dirty yet for the day either way it's a bad practice. I should have just left but I really wanted my samosas. The coriander chutney tasted like water. The plum chutney was good. The chicken app I got I ended up not eating. Counter to place our order looked like an afterthought. Place wasn't dirty, but just lacked good atmosphere. That's the bad. The good is the food was amazing. Go to the counter, place your order. They bring the food out to you. We ordered nana, chicken biryani, chicken 65, veggie dish and some curry stew. The food was prepared fresh, hot and very tasty. Had a craving for Indian food and found this place in Duluth and had to try this place out. I was feeling rather lazy so I got the food to go after getting off of work to spend the evening bigbacking and pigging on food while I watch Netflix and this could not have been more perfect of a choice with my cravings for Indian curry and spice. I ordered some Chicken Tikka Masala and another menu item that was on sale with garlic naan bread. The food does take a while (25-35 mins) to make so i highly suggest ordering online ahead or calling ahead to order the food. While I was waiting, so many customers came by to pick up their orders and I could understand why when I tried the food at home. The naan bread was very well baked where it was not overwhelming or burnt or greasy. I felt like I could snack on it all day. The chicken tikka masala was very very tasty. overall amazing food and taste more authentic than other places I have tried. However, the food generally makes up for this. So the Nihari was rich, flavorful, and authentic. It was my favorite part of the experience here. The lady at the desk is helpful. Food comes out warm. You can grab onion from the fridge on the side of the front desk. You have to order at the counter but they have a big sign with pictures of the dishes which always helps me make up my mind a bit quicker. We went with an obvious classic, chicken tikka masala, and daal tarka. The dishes don't come with rice but 1 order was more than enough for both of us. We also added samosas and garlic naan. Obviously this was way too much food for 2 people so we ate what we could and packed up the rest for tomorrow. Both our dishes were delicious with just the right amount of spice. I've NEVER had an experience like the one I just experienced today. This guy named Anubhav for one has the most HORRIBLE ATTITUDE I've EVER seen from this place. The owners and managers are all so nice and amazing. Never had a bad experience. As I'm in line waiting he yelled at his co worker telling her to "wait" then when I had asked him about pricing he said to me "double check the prices before you order" then proceeded to say "don't order if it's too much" . He did not expect for me to say anything back but I sure did and started with his attitude because this is horrible performance especially when I know management and owners are not rude at all. He consistently checked on me making sure I was good, which I appreciated. The main thing I wish for the host/any worker to do is to greet the guest upon immediate walk-in. Decor/Aesthetic: 7/10 I'll be honest, running a business let alone a restaurant is a difficult task. So I am always going to try to extend grace when it comes to business owners because I am one, myself. I always thought asking for the chicken tikka masala to be mild, but it always being spicy was not to my taste. However, after going to a different place where it was mild and originally thought that was my favorite, I realized I actually like this spicier one after all! I prefer it with the butter naan rather than with the white rice though. JA always gets goat karahi, which she prefers with naan too. I think we might start ordering like 6 naans bc 3 of us like it so much. And JA gets the mango lassi. I don't know how she and K can drink that, but they like it. This is an Pakistani food place. Their naan is huge. 1 order can be enough for 2 people. I call it pizza because it looks like a pizza. It's probably cooked in their tandoor and has nice charring and flavor. Their entrees are spicy. I didn't realize how spicy they will be. Luckily, I'm used to spice, so I liked it. The entrees are also very oily. You can tell they overloaded them with ghee, canola, or whatever oils they poured in there. I did take out and the containers were seeping oil. This is not a healthy place. You'll be packing on calories and clogging your arteries here. Most of the stuff I ordered was good. The Daal Tadka tasted too burnt. It's supposed to have a nice, toasty, smoky flavor, but I felt they cooked the spices a bit too much. Speaking of spices, I felt their dishes had a good combination of flavor.
