Ccard company identified the transaction of possible fraud. After confirming it was Tracy Girl, funds were released, unintentionally for the +$200 amount. Tried several times to correct the error with the owner who ghosted me. I truly felt I was being scammed and never believed she would show up. DAY OF THE WEDDING, wedding staff informed me she was a no show, one half hour late for set up. They called and it went straight to voicemail. Shortly after she returned the call to the wedding staff and they were rude to her. Come to find out, she emailed the bride, during the reception, as if she had her phone on her, promising a refund as her truck broke down on the way?! Once she was met with rude staff she ripped off another email saying we broke the contract, which was cookie cutter from somewhere, by not allowing her to tow the truck to the event. Contract clearly states if truck is not available because, "An act of God". Clearly, mechanical issues are not an, "Act of God". Long story short, I tried to correct the issue after the wedding. I was met with a defiant attitude, as if WE had done something wrong!!?? Definately......if you value your hard earned $, don't hire this truck. She still owes the deposit of over $500 and when recently contacted via text, she ghosted again. Terrible customer service and a thief!!
