However, through the years, the neglect of this park is starting to show dramatically. Roads are torn up, overgrown trees oftentimes scratch RVs and way too many stray cats. Our last two visits with friends were ruined due to faulty electrical equipment but worst of all sewage backup into the camp site. This is unacceptable but more importantly, pretty sure the health department would find this to be in several violations. We would be so disappointed to have to stop coming here but these issues are happening at different sites, not sure we want to be part of a crap shoot. SJ Parks department, please do better for your customers. UPDATE: Someone came and sprayed the area. All he accomplished was to spread the sewage leak to a bigger area of the campsite. EWWWWW

The RV Park is very spacious as are the RV Spots! We had so much room around us, it was amazing! The RV Park is so peaceful, it really was nice to sit outside at our table and relax. The grounds are kept nicely with lots of beautiful shade trees. If we are ever in need of an RV stay in that area again, we will choose Thousand Trails Turtle Beach! Large park, we have 43ft class A. they said they'd give us a large pull thru but it was almost $80 for the night. spot not big enough tow vehicle barely fit! Too many large trees so DISH satellite didn't work. Wifi didn't work, no cable so no TV during bb playoffs! Husband had to get out his ladder to cut said trees as they rubbed top of motorhome.

Stray cats every where . Got people walking around looking at people's trailer and running back to snitch to the young gentleman in thr office. The breakfast buffet has gotten better and the customer service is noticeably better than we had experienced in the past. The ready to order eggs and omelette are yum. Something for everyone. My baby loves the fruits. Overall resort is clean and feels relatively safe. It's not unusual to see kids wandering around alone and lots of parents around keep watchful eyes out. It's definitely a resort more for the kids, so bring your inner child. The magiquest game is so cheesy, but my kiddo and husband enjoy it. Lots of kids play it, so you'll feel like you're missing out if you don't. We always end up doing more activities than we initially plan, so next time we'll probably look into trying one of the bundle discount passes. Personally my favorite part is that the water park is indoors. You don't have to cross your fingers for good weather and you don't have to wear sunscreen. I mobile order the lunch and eat inside the water park so my kid can stay in her suit swim still soaking wet.

She said unless one of the employees saw what happened, then there was nothing they could do about it. Then I asked for her supervisor. When she came she said they could give me a discount. I asked how much would it cost. I ordered a dbl Pina colada. Then I saw the girl who made the drink tell her she didn't make it a double. She said the discounted price was $35 big ones. That's more than I paid for the first one. I'm not paying $65 for a drink. The wolf lodge makes plenty of money. I wasn't the one who spilled the drink. 8 hope the lifeguards are paying attention to the kids not the drink. I believe the supervisor was named Dez and the bartender was Alexis. There's a giant artificial sequoia tree you walk through with an artificial rock ridge line in the rotunda with rams on the ridge. This location seems to stock more combo fishing rods. As for the rest of the fishing supplies it's about the same as the Sacramento location. On the outside grounds theres a small pond where you'll see families with their kids fishing. Buy some fishing gear and go fish!!!

I purchased a 2023 Sun Tracker boat from Bass Pro Shops in Manteca and unfortunately my experience…read morehas been extremely disappointing from day one. The boat had ongoing issues immediately after purchase, and despite multiple attempts over several months to get them resolved, the problems were not properly addressed. After significant delays, the boat was finally inspected and a hole in the console was discovered, which was allowing water intrusion into the vessel. I brought the boat in for repair expecting a resolution, but when it was returned, the condition was actually worse. Components were loose, poorly fitted, and the overall workmanship was unacceptable. The original issue was not fully resolved, and additional problems appeared after their service work. At this time, Bass Pro Shops in Manteca still has possession of my boat, and I have been unable to get any clear communication or updates despite multiple attempts to follow up. My calls are not being returned, and I'm being left without answers or a timeline for resolution. To make matters worse, the warranty service department has stated that the issue is not their responsibility and that it falls on the dealer, who they believe caused the damage during service. I am now stuck in the middle with no one taking responsibility, no repair progress, and no clear path forward, which has been extremely frustrating and concerning given the cost and seriousness of the purchase. At this point, I am extremely concerned about the quality control and service standards. For a major purchase like a boat, I expected far better support and accountability. I hope management takes these issues seriously and improves how warranty and repair cases are handled for customers.

The second rental was a 2022 Sun Tracker Party Barge 22 DLX. We had a great time on both occasions. They will hook up the trailer upon arrival and detach upon returning. The staff is friendly and informative. They go over all that you need to rent, operate, and transport your rental. Just bring back the rental clean and unbroken with the tank full and you will have a smooth experience. Pick up took about an hour and returing took about 20min. I will be coming back here when I need to rent another craft. I highly recommend this company.
