No one who wants to keep their job is going to admit to speaking to any customer in an inappropriate manner. And you are doing exactly what I am accusing Nader of, immediately blaming the customer for wrongdoing instead of giving the customer the benefit of the doubt. If after sitting in a brand new chair stains the upholstery isn't a manufacturer defect, I don't know what is. And I am just hearing from you via this Yelp review that the previously promised new seat cushions (actually the entire chairs) cannot be replaced after all. No one ever contacted me and said this. I am just hearing that for the first time via this Yelp platform. Sadly, I've received more information via Yelp than directly speaking with any representative from your stores. Horrible customer service in store and when you call...Horrible quality of furniture, I have a couch for three months and it already lost foam firmness on the foot rest area and the zippers stitching on two of the three zippers came apart. After a month of trying to get it resolved by filing a claim with Naders they said it is my fault that the cushion is no longer firm by a picture they saw and take no responsibility that is was a manufacturer defect, but an easy fix of the zippers they will fix. Customers fault even if you explain the truth on the use of the couch or furniture, it cannot be them because they have sold many of these. Also, sold me a warranty package and said that mud, dirt, pet stains, cushion dexterity and many other things were covered. However, after purchase they will then send you the full coverage and none of these things are covered, plus other things they sell you on and filing claims for cleaning or repair is a pain. Fill out this online, take picture, then mail it in after, then wait for a few weeks to see if they will actually cover it. If you try to complain to Naders about the faulty sell of the warranty they say you should of read the full warranty before purchase but you don't get it until furniture is delivered or a few days later and then they don't refund you for it. SO DONT BUY THE PROTECTION PLAN, not worth the 200 dollars. And if there is problems with the couch they will make you do manufacturer first, which will most likely only fix the simple easy things to fix and then Maybe cover it after the first year. Also to get a hold of customer service and get claims processes started it takes over a month and lots of phone calls and waiting, then they will make it seem this problem hasn't been an issue as long and once again will mostly likely be the fault of the customer, no way they could have a faulty product or they did anything wrong Very disappointed in the fraud of the warranty package sold and lied about to me and the quality of the couch, and the overall customer service of handling problems of their products. Customer service representative insist that they are right and I am wrong by a single picture and basically said can't use the couch how its meant to be used. Foot rest can't be up because then it looks like a bed and thats not use of it, then why have it if I can't use the couch entirely, and there is no way that the manufacturing could be wrong because they sell these all the time. Three months and the couch is already going bad and they refuse to refund or replace it, but sold me a 5 year warranty knowing the couch will not last that long. Also, customer service told me I should talk to the person who sold me the warranty plan, really like she's going to remember now 5 months ago what she said and sold and lied about and will not able to fix it. Of course she will say she never said these things but at the time the salesman say whatever to make a sale knowing that the customer cannot get their money back. After posting this the customer service representative is now try to get things fixed, so we will see what happens next.... read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This is what happened: 1. My salesperson, Raymond told me my furniture warranty was going to be $100. When I went back to the store to purchase it was $150 and he said he told me "about" $100 which is NOT true. With that logic he could have said about $200. RIDICULOUS! I am a very detailed person and would have never walked out with an answer that was "about" a certain dollar amount. 2. My furniture delivery came at 6:55 pm and the order was assembled incorrectly. The delivery driver did not want to do anything to assist. He kept saying it was put together properly and when I insisted it was not, he did not want to assist in getting it taken care of and kept saying he had to go. He was EXTREMELY rude from the moment he arrived. 3. I spoke with the warehouse manager who asked me to call him the next day after I asked the delivery driver to call his supervisor or take the furniture back. The supervisor wanted me to call for a 1 hour delivery window because I told him I could not do a 4 hour window again. This was their fault and I shouldn't be inconvenienced because of their error. When I called today he said he'd TRY to be here between 11-2 pm to fix it and denied telling me he would give me a better time frame and hung up in my face. TRY????!!!! He also kept saying he would have my salesperson call me (who is not working today). I told him I didn't need to talk to my salesperson because he already gave me incorrect information and he's not in charge of someone coming out to fix this, the warehouse manager is. I then talked to someone in their finance office who said the only person I could complain about these issues to is their HR department because Mr. Nader doesn't take calls or deal with this and there is no one else because my salesperson is a sales manager and my other issue was with the warehouse manager. Their managers don't have anyone over them except Mr. Nader. Apparently Mr. Nader does not care about how his customers are treated. Not once have I heard an apology or been offered any sort of accommodation for their errors or their EXTREMELY rude employees I dealt with. I saved about $200 in my furniture by purchasing here and paying cash but it is not worth the headache and will NEVER shop here again. I must say I am extremely disappointed because I am refurnishing my entire home and planned on purchasing the rest of my furniture pieces here. That will not happen now. read more

I called today Carson naders after purchasing several items which we tried to put together to find out one piece was missing called customer service and they advised that they don't put together a t.v. Stand which I bought even though one piece was missing and they want to charge $40 dollars for one of there worker's to come out after 8 o clock this evening so I suggest any one in Carson not too because what they sell may or may not have all the pieces of the item showed so its best that anyone who wants good furniture and good customer service go to another store that cares about there customer I will never use naders in Carson again and neither will my friends and I have allot of friend thank you a unsatisfied customer read more

I received a response from the Naders business owner telling me that Naders offered me to wait for a new stock, that is totally false! I was told by customer service that the sofa has been discontinued and later on, I saw a picture of it on a flier they mailed out to the homes, that upset me again. I decided to take the discount because since I was not going to get a refund, I did not want to go through the same stress I went through again. read more

The fact of the matter is the employees failed to clearly explain the terms of the agreement. You would think that before any customers signs a binding, they would clearly state the exact terms, not just a summary of the contract. The employees here either lack the necessary training or fail to fully explain the terms in order to gain a sale. The most I can do is report Nader's to the Better Business Bureau to further look into the matter. My advice to anyone who is thinking of buying furniture from here, especially to those who lack credit, is to do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Even if this location provides low cost furniture, you will end up paying more for the things you buy because of their insane interest rates. read more

I love Nader's Furniture Store! This store has been around forever, and is still family owned. I bought a great Sofa and Loveseat, and after a year it still looks brand new. The quality is wonderful and the level of personal service is top notch. The salesperson turned out to be a Nader, and his son was there as well. That is 3 generations of hardworking locals keeping money in Gardena. I have a truck and picked up my furniture from their warehouse across town, the warehouse workers helped me load everything up and even tied it all down so I had a safe trip back. I had deep tufting buttons on my sofa, and when one came off because it was caught on my belt loop while I napped one day, they sent someone to make that cushion good as new. They had so many styles it was hard to pick, I'm considering going back there this Memorial Day for their awesome sale and getting something else. Everything was such a bargain when I shopped there on black friday. Thanks a lot Nader's, I get tons of compliments on my furniture. read more
