I've been looking for a self-service dog wash for a while now, and I'm really glad I found Selfie Dog Wash! I know a lot of the time, most dog wash businesses require an appointment, but I drove over to this location today at noon and was greeted by Kristen. I asked her if they accepted walk-ins, and she was more than happy to accommodate. Kristen was awesome and got everything set up right away and was very helpful throughout the whole process. My wife has a dog allergy, which I informed Kristen of, and she was quick to recommend a type of shampoo to quickly combat that. The bath tubs are large enough to accommodate dogs of all sizes and the best thing about the tubs.....they raise and lower! For someone like me with a bad back, this is a most welcome feature as I can raise the tub very high where I'm not leaning over at all while washing my dog. The water was super warm, which was great, and the shampoos worked wonders. Included with the wash as well was oral care and ear cleaning. If you have a big fluffy dog, fear not! I've always taken my dog to Bonita Dog Grooming next door but now that I've had some extra time on my hands I've been able to bathe her myself and I take her to their Selfie Dog Wash next door. It's so convenient to just call, usually Kristen will pick up and let me know what time I can come through depending on how busy it is and when I get there she provides me with everything I need. They even give me specific shampoos and conditioners to cater to my dog's needs from deshedding shampoo to an oatmeal one. Today was our first time ever doing this with my dad's big dog, who's a bit skittish and so we needed guidance and Kristen was wonderfully friendly, patient and super helpful. Thank you Kristen! The facility is beautifully decorated, designed and laid out with electrically adjustable height tubs (no back aches) that are super easy for dogs to get into and feel comfy with. All the fixtures and equipment are top shelf and work nicely, and everything you could need is supplied. First time going here after doing a quick google search and i'm so glad I did. For self wash it is an appointment based service so make sure to book a time slot prior to coming in. There is a full service grooming salon attached to the self wash that is ran by the owner as well. Everything was included (shampoo, face wash, industrial dryer, towels, ear cleaning solution, brushes, and aprons) and was very reasonably priced. A really big plus was the adjustable wash tub and drying stand that saved my back and also made it a lot easier for my dog to get in and out without having to jump on/off a high surface. For context, I have a 70+ lb. german shepherd that usually takes around 2 hours to get fully bathed and dried at home (not including the clean up time lol) but here I was in and out in under an hour which was a first for us. They do the cleanup after every station so all you need to worry about is your dog. The owner was extremely kind and explained everything that was available to use which was super helpful. Couldn't recommend more, Nacho and I will definitely be coming back for our next wash day! :) read more
