Overall, I was generally satisfied given the price and the relatively quick turnaround time of 2-3 hours. Unfortunately, the groomer who did the best job with our dog no longer works here. Today was the last straw. I made a grooming appointment for my dog (a rescue who understandably has a difficult time with grooming), weeks in advance. They refused to take him today because he was not medicated. I'm absolutely all for keeping the groomers and dogs safe, and I understand their reasoning. However, their lack of communication was extremely disappointing. No one informed us at our previous appointment or when we booked this appointment weeks ago that medication would now be required. Like many people, we have busy schedules and planned ahead specifically for this appointment. Rearranging everything at the last minute is not easy for us, and we cannot simply come in another day on short notice.
