I loved this coffee shop! I'm new to Washington and currently live in the Everett area. I'm always happy when I find a well-established coffee shop! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The vibes were amazing![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The avocado turkey sandwich was to die for, and the customer service felt very inviting. But most importantly I loved that it's a faith-based coffee shop--the touches of the scripture on the wall and the Bible on the table, as I was studying out God's word helped remind me that God was present. I didn't get any pictures because I was basking in the beauty of the coffee shop ( also, I don't want to spoil the experience for you) -- it's worth seeing in person. I have been wanting to try Nadine's for a while now and was able to pop in while at the farmers market! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance of this place is amazing. The exposed brick and greenery is so cute, and the playlist was great, with a mixture of soul.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The staff was incredibly kind as well. I had the sweet summer sling which was amazing. I wasn't sure how all the flavors would come together but I knew I liked all the flavors, and I was so incredibly impressed with it!! My husband got the iced lemon roll, the flavors were good but the dough was a little dough so it was probably over proofed (I have no idea if they make their own goodies or if they purchase them from somewhere). What a gem of a place. A hidden frenchy style coffee house. They make some great breakfast and lunch items. Not prepackaged items. Always smells good before you even get to the door. They offer loose leaf teas that they do a Traditional seep with. High quality and taste amazing without sweetener. Speaking of sweaters, they make some of their own syrups, offer HIGH QUALITY honey. They sell their honey too! The Creamed Clover Honey is my favorite! Bought a jar to take home. The Matcha is high quality and perfectly made! Always smooth! No chunks! Not pre-sweetened. They offer a lot of alternative milks including my favorite! HEMP! They use a high quality coffee bean roaster as well. Their prices are right in the middle. For the quality they could definitely be charging more. Staff is friendly and driven to produce quality beverages and food items. Be patient as they can get busy with making food and making beverages. The baristas and owner, do it all! Totally worth the wait! Check the hours, they close before 4pm. If they are open they'll answer your phone calls. PS parking is free, regardless of the "pay" for parking signs. Is not legit at all. We've been going here for 2 years and haven't paid once. We've taken the fraudulent tickets and walked in to the city and was told it's not legit. Definitely a hidden gym in Everett. read more

I came here on a Sunday and the place wasn't busy. I thought I ordered a latte in a mug but it was served in a normal juice glass. Not sure why since the coffee is hot. The drink was nothing special. I cup $8 for 8 oz of coffee. When I ordered I ordered a 16 oz but the barista didn't say it was not that size since I chose to add the smoked honey flavor. Overall I won't come back. TLDR; outstanding meticulously crafted coffee; incredible atmosphere that hits different. Found my new favorite coffee in Washington, coming from Seattle. 1) The coffee is perfect every single time. The attention to detail that Jacob puts into each pour is noticed. The milk is meticulously frothed and poured into perfect art each time and the espresso comes through so well. Feels like someone crafting a cocktail, but instead building a warm, comforting latte. 2) There's something special about this place. It feels different, feels calming, and feels like a safe space I can go to - especially on those rainy, gloomy days. I feel uplifted here every time! I will never be back to this place. My friend and I each ordered a simple americano. The pricing on the menu was misleading. It reflected only one price, $4.50, which apparently was for an 8 oz cup, but it did not specify sizes. It was overpriced to begin with so I ordered the 8 oz. I was suprised that my drink came to almost $6. Come to find out it's because I asked for a little cream in my coffee. Not an alternative milk, not a latte, just a simple shot of cream. They charged 75 cents for what every other coffee shop I have ever been to offers freely, usually in a carafe on the counter. I was shocked and disgusted. What a shameless price gouge. I will never be back and also be sure to steer my friends clear. There are plenty of other independent coffee shops to patronize in Everett. read more

Recently stumbled upon this hidden gem on the Too Good To Go app. It was honestly a little hard to find at first because the entrance isn't facing the main street, but the side. There was warm lighting, comfortable seating, and welcoming staff. I got all of these pastries on the app for only $4.99 total. They were perfectly flaky and full of flavor. What do you expect when coming to Nadines? Friendly, kind owner who is not very talkative but will strike a conversation and serve you a really good drink. Rude and flippant with customers. They also overcharge for drinks. When asked to adjust the price, they refused to do it and said that if we don't like the service we are free to leave. Which we did! Shared our thoughts and feelings with their competition across the street and the curious customers. This was my past experience. This was my third or fourth experience with them after the change of ownership. The other three times I kept giving them chances. The girls that were serving me had no knowledge of drinks, pricing, mixed things up constantly and never provided any customer service. I hope that the new owner will take notice because if one customer notices, I guarantee there are others. I'm so sad the previous owners are gone. read more

There was a brown dog (possibly a chocolate lab or mix) that belonged to the guy that was making us coffee that came after me showing teeth after I sat down near it. I kinda brushed it off at first, until it went after a mother carrying an infant and her dog as they were walking in. This particular dog has no business roaming around unleashed in a coffee shop. Their Brown Sugar and Smoked Honey syrups are made in house. I also tried their Espresso Mocktail- Tongue Tied. It mixed espresso with coke, cherry syrup and lime juice. The balance of it all hits all the different flavor profiles and leaves you feeling refreshed. Usually the coke overpowers all the other flavors but they balanced it well pairing with the coke.
