I mean, VERY last minute- like the day before. I used Yelp to help send my request to four random florists of their choice, one of them being Lapeoni. I was extremely skeptical since there was no website, no reviews, nothing to go off. I didn't expect any replies that night since it was already late because the shops were in New York and I in California. However, the owner Edwin got back to me almost immediately. I loved how quick, polite and clear our communication was. I sent a picture of a bouquet that I had it mind, just to give some ideas. The person gave a quote, plus a reasonable $15 hand delivery fee. The price was fair, comparable to bouquets of other shops that I saw online. I thought it was going to be a very basic version of the bouquet I wanted. I asked that a photo be sent of the flowers before delivery, just so I could see what they looked like and they were absolutely beautiful. They were so much nicer than I expected. When the bouquet went out for delivery, my in-laws ended up not being home. They rang the bell, called and everything but there was no response. I was contacted through text message by the shop about what they wanted me to do. I loved how great the communication was. Almost the entire transaction happened through Yelp. It was so easy and stress-free. I'm so glad that I used Lapeoni. I highly recommend this shop for its customer service, professionalism and gorgeous arrangements.
