I'm not the flower guy you'd go to ask questions about, but she took the time and talked me through what she was going to make. With the smallest imput of what my occasion was she made something so beautiful and it really got a great reaction went gifted. Incompetent liars and scammers!! I ordered long stem roses deluxe package for Mother's Day, $145 + 55 for the delivery and taxes, total= $200. I have never paid this much. Bouquet has arrived at 5:20 pm instead of noon, as per my request. The worst part that the flowers we're wrapped into some old yellow newspaper without any frills. Needless to say that my mom called me pretty horrified When I called to complain, the owner tried to convince me that she paid extra for such wrapping!?. Anyone else would offer an apology or some credit to compensate for spoiling such special event. This immature Brooklynite white trash just said "thank you for ruining my day". The question is who ruined whose day? I've ordered from this store before but not after this. My advice to go elsewhere to avoid similar situation. read more

Walked over here tonight with my husband for a bouquet. The shop is beautiful and the owner is so sweet and fantastic! We absolutely loved her energy and customer service skills. She gave us great advice on how to best care for the flowers and was extremely knowledgeable about which flowers would do best in specific environments. Look elsewhere if you want your flowers to arrive! Ordered a bouquet of flowers on Saturday for a 1pm delivery on Monday for my wife's birthday. The flowers were paid for by credit card when ordering. Monday 1pm no deliver; 2pm still no delivery so I called the shop to see where the flowers were. The person who answered said there was no record of the order being placed and would have to call the person who took the order and would get back to me after they were contacted. When asked when that would be I was told when she had a chance since she had customers in the shop and was alone. This alone infuriated me, wasn't I a customer who had already ordered and had paid for the flowers and the delivery fee. I was finally called back and told that the order was on the delivery truck which had broken down. I do not for one minute believe this story. Ultimately I had to contact BloomNation about this issue, told them the entire story and sent a copy of the paid receipt. Hours later I just checked the front door for Mail and found a poorly prepared bouquet of flowers just lying on the front porch in the sun. No phone call, notice, or even ringing the doorbell! Now I know why there is no area for customer reviews on the DejaVu website! If you want the items you have paid for to be delivered on time and with care without the hassles GO ELSEWHERE! read more

The other day my mother ordered 2 funeral baskets from this location. When she got to the funeral parlor the next day the flowers were dead. The driver had also lost both cards with the names of who the baskets were from. When my mother called to express her dissatisfaction, all the owner did was give her a bunch of excuses. She didn't even apologize, let alone offer to compensate. Needless to say we won't be using this store for anything in the future, nor would I recommend it to others. read more

I go here to buy flowers for special occasions. When it's not busy, they take time to plan my flowers and I was pretty satisfied. But yesterday for Valentines Day, it was very crowded after work. My complaint is that even though it's busy, you guys really should be professionals and take time to decorate my flowers. Stems weren't even cut so it was super long, I specifically asked to decorate in a certain way, but she didn't listen and she picked some dead roses.
