2 YEARS! That's how long I've been searching for a brow artist in Tampa. New Tampa, Carollwood, South Tampa and Brandon... I finally noticed a name that kept popping up in every review... Naglaa. I called to see if it would be best to make an appointment, and spoke with a very professional and kind young lady (who I later discovered was the owner's daughter). I made an appointment. The location was easy to find. There wasn't much parking but it looks like the plaza is small enough where that isn't really an issue. The suite, I think it's F, is a small room that they've decorated well... it is the perfect size and the vibe totally works in South Tampa. Now for the juicy stuff... not only is Naglaa outstanding, but she works with her customers for the long term. The girls after me and before me were first time visitors trying to do the same as me - repair the damage from unskilled brow artists. We all left smiling with a plan to regrow our newly fixed brows. If you don't at least try her once, you will regret it. I've been going to Naglaa for YEARs and she is without a doubt the best person to go to for eye brow threading. I always get compliments on the shape of my brows, even when they are grown in and need to get a clean up! I can go 3-4 weeks in between and they still look great! I've gotten many of my friends to go to her and they are all hooked. The spa is really cute and she always has relaxing music and aromatherapy diffusers on. I've gotten a few mani/pedis from her as well and they are spot on. It really is a great break to go there after a long sat to get a little pampering. She is a perfectionist and cares so much about what she does. I can't say enough good things... her services are worth every penny. Make sure you text in advance because she does hook up fast. I had my first appointment with Naglaa this morning and I am ecstatic with my eyebrows! I feared threading based on a bad experience a few years ago, but decided to try again after hearing and seeing her name mentioned all over Tampa. I let them grow out for several weeks so they could be reshaped and she did an amazing job. We decided we would keep shaping them as they continue to grow in from being butchered at a different nail salon. The price was reasonable for friendly, quality service. I will definitely be back. Interesting that others had a great experience. We didn't even make it past the reservation phone call. I don't know if the receptionist was having a bad day or not, but we saw their groupon and thought to have the wedding nails done there, so my daughter called to make a reservation for 6 and was told they couldn't accommodate because they don't have that many chairs and to call "one of the Asian places." Then my daughter asked how many they could accommodate and was hung up on. We are new to the area and would have frequented a lot in the future, but apparently making a good first impression wasn't on this person's to do list today... read more

I've been seeing Naglaa for 5 years and don't trust anyone else with my eyebrows to say the least! I currently live in NYC and have not found anyone, or spa for that matter that comes even close to the treatment I receive from Naglaa. I trust her, and only her to shape my brows even after having moved away. Trust me, as someone who has at least 10 threading salons in a 10 block radius at all times, they never even come close to perfection as she does :) I am fortunate enough to visit Tampa every couple of months and make sure to book with her every time I'm in town. When I return to NYC, it's a guarantee someone I know will ask me if I had a little 'something something' done to my face while home, and I am always proud to say, 'nope just had my brows shaped and a killer facial!' Naglaa is great! Her spa is comfortable and beautiful. I had been tweezing my eyebrows and had them much too thin and uneven. Naglaa has been able to correct them and they look great. The threading is much more gentle than waxing. She does a variety of beauty services. Naglaa's is hands-down the BEST at threading eyebrows. Her location is small, but it's easy to find and there is parking right in front of the building. The office is very clean and serene, and it smells incredible. Naglaa herself is beautiful inside and out, and it's always nice to chat with her during my service. I've only gone to her for my eyebrows but she always does a fantastic job highlighting their natural shape. I always receive compliments on my brows thanks to Naglaa! She is also quite easy to reach to schedule appointments via phone or text, although she has such loyal clients that you may have trouble finding a next-day appointment.
