Nagoya is a great place to go for a quick, delicious dinner. Me and my family visit Myrtle Beach every year and it is a tradition to order from this place. We usually get chicken hibachi with egg rolls, sushi, rice, and a few others. We pre-order our food so it's ready, and when we get there, it's fully prepared and hot! The chicken is tender, the rice is flavorful, the sushi is phenomenal. When we finally reach the end of our meal, the last few bites of everything are fought over because everyone wants more! I would give zero stars if I could!!! I ordered the beef and broccoli over the phone and was told it would be ready within 15 minutes. Upon arriving to the store, there were many other customers who were complaining and arguing with workers. One girl said she had been waiting for almost 2 hours!!! I finally got my food an hour and 10 minutes later. I got home, ate all of my food which was super delicious and little did I know at this time, I had just been given food poisoning. I missed school and work for 4 days because of this business not quality checking food before it goes into the customers hands. I will never eat here ever again. My boyfriend and I went to Nagoya yesterday and they've taken covid safety to the next level. We really liked it cause it kept them safe and it kept us safe. You order your food through a talk button outside the store and you wait about 15 minutes for your food to arrive. The food was so good. Being college students, we don't have the best meals on campus and this place reminded me of my mother's cooking. It was warm and the portions were big. The place looked like it had been open since the 1970s. The only thing decent was the General Tso. I had the Hibachi and it tasted stale and rubbery, like the meat was sent over on a boat or something. I ate off my wife's plate for the most part. The food was good but my husband ordered lemon chicken wings and when he got home he was given 3 spring rolls instead of chicken wings, but was charged for chicken wings. The next day he went back to restaurant with the receipt and told them he did not get the chicken wings but was charged for them all they said was sorry. This place is the best!!! I'm amazed that it doesn't have more reviews. I was really craving Asian food and couldn't decide where to go. Someone recommended Nagoya's and I am so glad they did. The quality of ingredients is unmatched. The Sweet and Sour Chicken is made using chicken breast and not chicken thighs, a quality I greatly appreciate. Their Chicken Teriyaki is awesome, too, but one item you must try if you ever have the fortune of dining here is the Crab Rangoon. Place two orders, you won't regret it! It's crispy, creamy, and has just the right amount of sweetness. Their rice is pretty awesome as well. I thoroughly enjoyed everything from here!
