Just wanna start off by saying taking account into everything it truly is a five star but just based on food it's a four star. Started off very strong with great service by the single gentlemen running the floor. We got the roti, papaya and tom yum soup to start and it was all perfect. However, the papaya salad could use a little bit more shrimp paste and more of that funk too it. We then got the drunken noodles with beef, which was so flavorful and tender in terms of the noodles and meat and the barbecue chicken which paired well with the sauce they provided. The Thai tea was also one of the best restaurant Thai teas I've had. Definitely a gem in the sugarland area.

come support this family owned place :) weve been coming here for so long and its always been amazing. we especially love the tom yum soup, crying tiger, red curry, and thai tea. the stir fry entrees arent as good; i wouldnt recommend them. service can be a bit slow sometimes. our favorite thing about naha is that theyre actually spicy since we usually find thai places too sweet.

There was a T-Mobile Tuesday deal for uber eats and I took advantage of it as finals season was occurring. I ordered from Naha Thai in sugar land, which had a bogo deal for their drunken noodles. I got it with chicken and medium spice. The containers didn't look too big but when I opened the lid I saw that they were loaded to the brim. They also put in sooo much chicken so this is worth it for the protein alone if you prioritize that. I turned these two take out containers into 4 meals. The only thing I was left dissatisfied about was that there was not a single hint of spice at all, I would definitely go spicy or even super spicy level

My husband and I love Thai foods, we tried many places and this one definitely stands out. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant is not as aesthetically looking as other Thai restaurants but the foods were delicious and authentic.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They have the best tom yum soup (5/5) i have ever had, definitely a must get!! Drunken noodles (5/5) and angel wings (3.5/5 - good sauce but a little dry) were good as well. We also ordered Crying Tiger beef (4/5), i love that it comes with steamed/boiled vegetables too, however, i wish they cut the steak into thinner slices and cook to medium rare. Ours was thick and overcooked, the flavor was there though. Mango sticky rice dessert (5/5) is a must also. We will come back for sure!

Come give this place some love!! This is a great thai spot that is super reasonably priced! Food is excellent too! Whenever I go to a thai place I always have to get the panang curry, and this place did not disappoint. I got medium spice and it had a good kick to it. The portion sizes are big - the curry itself was full of chicken and had a good bit of bell peppers in there. For some reason this place was almost empty when I came in on a tuesday night. A handful of people were doing takeout only, but I think this place deserves more in-person love! I will definitely be spreading the word about this place and hope to come back someday

The best thai restaurant I've been to! The lunch deal at this place (ends at 3:00 PM) is unbeatable, you get a salad (the peanut sauce dressing is so good), an egg roll, and an entree for just $10! I recently went for dinner and I was still pleased with the value. The lunch portion size for their curry fills me up, but the amount you receive at dinner for an additional $5 is more than enough to justify the price increase. The food itself is very good, I tried some of my friends' entrees like the drunken noodles, thai basil fried rice, and crying tiger, and everything was SOOO good. I regularly get the beef red curry or pineapple curry, but after trying my friend's panang curry, that may become my new go to! All of their curries are on the thinner side except for the panang curry (I prefer the slightly thicker consistency). The spicy fish is also SO good! Very crispy. I would also recommend the roti with yellow curry lunch special. The service is 10/10, everyone is so friendly and attentive! I was in a party of around 20 people last night without a reservation, and they were very accommodating and everyone loved their food. Of course, we left a hefty tip! This is a great place to dine with friends who are partaking in Ramadan, they have extended hours (close at 10PM) and their meat is halal!

Really enjoyed Thai Thumbs!…read more They have indoor and outdoor seating and we were given the option to sit outside until something opened up inside. They offered to move us, even if we had already ordered, which I thought was nice. There was about eight of us and I thought they did a really good job of being friendly and accommodating. I ended up getting the glass noodles meal with tofu. My only issue was that it was supposed to be mild but was a bit on the spicy side! But otherwise it was delicious. I ended up with a to go box. My friend also got this coconut Matcha drink that looked really cool. I snapped a photo even though I didn't get to try it. But I want to try it one day next time I come back! I think if you like Thai food and you're in the Sugarland area, this would be a good place to go try. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff.

Our server was very attentive, checked in often and noticed when we needed refills and our appetizers cleared. We started with the egg rolls and Heaven Beef as appetizers. The Heaven Beef was served with sticky rice and a flavorful dipping sauce that paired perfectly with the beef. My only suggestion is to eat the sticky rice right away, as it hardens quickly once it cools. For my entrées, I ordered the Drunken Noodles with chicken and the Lobster Curry. Both dishes were packed with bold flavors and spice. It was my first time trying lobster curry, and it definitely didn't disappoint. The lobster was cooked perfectly, buttery, and not tough at all. You also have to try the Thai tea! It was refreshing and complemented the meal perfectly. Whether you're looking for lunch, dinner, takeout, or a date night spot, this restaurant is a fantastic choice. Its cozy bohemian atmosphere creates the perfect setting for great conversation and a relaxing dining experience. I'll definitely be back to try more items!

Second impression: Price was a bit higher than expected. Final impression: Food was delicious, flavorful, and portion size very generous. My husband and I really enjoyed The Nines. Yes, the first time we came the place was bustling and food took quite a long time to come out. However, they brought us water even though we were just taking to-go, that was very kind of them. Once we got home, the food was delicious! We were both impressed by how much veggies and meat were in our dishes. My green curry wasn't mostly curry but it was FULL of chicken, peppers, and bamboo. I wasn't just scooping plain curry at the end. This is such a different experience than most places. A few weeks later we came back with some friends and were not disappointed. My friend's 7 year old got a pad see ew by himself and it seriously looked like he hadn't eaten at all at the end of the (that's how big the portions were). My friend only ate half of his food too and said he didn't realize how generous the portions were. We all enjoyed our food and left satisfied. Yum! Highly recommend!

However, don't be fools, this place is authentic and has pretty good food. Service is with lots of patience, recommendation for customer without judging, and very kind though my feedback is based on slow customers volume day. Food: Roti - 10/10 it's delicious, the best we had compared to other places. Crispy roti and yummy sweet coconut yellow curry is a good appetizer to start your Thai food journey Basil Thai fried rice with chicken - 9/10, the taste is on the sweeter side and a tad oily for my taste. However, still pretty legit. Add on citrus to cut down the sweetness and will be delicious. Or eating with fermented radish will complement this dish. Khao soi braised beef - 10/10, this dish grew on you. It comes with 2 noodles texture - crispy and yellow egg noodle, braised beef is good quality tender beef, kinda like from beef stew, spicy curry sauce taste on point and made you crave for more. Overall, we are glad to try out this place and will plan to come back when we stop by Sugarland.
