I signed up for Tony's semi-private sessions which seem like private sessions (his sessions are at Kaka'ako Fitness which is shared with other trainers and patrons of the fitness center). For my first session, Tony definitely took it easy on me. He took me through the stretching routine that I did at the beginning of each session. Also during this first session, Tony inquired about my goals and what I wanted to work on during my training session. During my sessions that followed, Tony helped me become stronger physically and mentally throughout the short time he trained me. There were several opportunities to communicate this - during scheduling, insurance intake, or before the appointment - but it was never mentioned. Follow-up communication was slow, and the response I received lacked professionalism and accountability. No effort was made to resolve the situation; instead, responsibility was shifted entirely to the patient.
