Extremely Disappointed With Our Experience…read more This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. Approximately 2 1/2 years ago, after spring cleanup, we reported that our fence was deteriorating and falling down. The issue was investigated, and it was determined that the fence needed to be removed and replaced. Unfortunately, approximately 2 1/2 years passed before the fence and other unsafe structures were removed. During that time, communication was difficult, calls were not consistently returned, and getting updates became an ongoing challenge. Our primary point of contact, Phyllis, has been extremely difficult to reach at times. Getting a response or having a simple issue addressed has often felt unnecessarily difficult, which has added considerably to our frustration. After we consulted an attorney, the situation moved forward and the unsafe structures were finally removed approximately two months ago. We are now being told that the replacement fencing is on a two-month back order. The timing is extremely frustrating. Had the replacement process begun when the issue was first reported and addressed, we would not be facing the possibility of entering winter without a proper fence. We have been paying our monthly maintenance fees for years, and we simply expected the issue to be addressed within a reasonable time frame and to receive clear communication throughout the process. At this point, we are having a suitable replacement installed ourselves rather than continuing to wait. Phyllis and the management team should understand how difficult and frustrating this process has been for us. We simply believe homeowners deserve timely communication, reasonable follow-through, and transparency when dealing with an issue that has been outstanding for years. Hopefully, someone in management will take this feedback seriously and improve the process going forward.

DO NOT (and I cannot stress this enough) DO NOT rent a property managed by these people. for the duration of my rental period my toddler and I have been harassed over (harmless) sidewalk chalk drawings. after years of harassment and after our lot was numbered (meaning each unit had a parking space) we resorted to me moving my car to a visitor spot so she can play with chalk. since the numbered spot is affiliated with my condo and I was required to register my vehicle. yet the harassment has not stopped. most complexes cater to their younger tenants and provide a playground. you'd think that'd be the case since our development is surrounded by busy roads. in addition to this I continue to receive fines for things such as my child's father parking in a VISITOR SPACE upon his visits with our child. these people take no accountability. they prey on children and mothers. their greed fuels them above all else. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

Someone referred me to RPPM and I called them kind of skeptical bc I've had bad experiences before with management companies that just take your money and don't really do much. But these guys are different. John was straight with me from the jump, explained everything they do, didn't oversell it. They handled some violation issues I had pending and I didn't have to stress about it. Communications with my tenants have been way more professional than when I was doing it myself lol. I used to just text my tenants which I know is not the right way to do it. Only thing I'd say is sometimes I wish they responded a little faster but honestly when they do get back to me everything is thorough and correct so I think its just they are busy and doing things right rather then rushing. Not really a complaint just something I noticed. Overall very happy. Would def recommend to other landlords in NJ especially if your portfolio is growing and you cant manage everything yourself anymore. 5 stars from me

We were told to sign a 6 month contract and if we were to rent the apartment without their help we would have to pay 1 months rent to them! I thought we would have no issues, trusted her and signed immediately. BiG MISTAKE!! In the 6 months time span, I may have had 6 showings in total, all of which were scheduled by other agents, not once did my agent bring someone to view. No open house, no help at ALL! Realtor would take a long time to respond to my calls and emails and sometimes not return my call at all. Very disappointed by this real-estate and will NEVER recommend or use them again.
