I have come here 3 times and every time is has been the longest wait which wouldn't be a problem if they acknowledge you. They don't tell you how long of wait and they over charge. The nail work less than par and not worth the price. My only issue isn't the fact that the work isn't worth but the experience either. I went to this location August of 2018. One and only time. It took me a while to write this review because my experience was that bad and up to this day I'm still sufffering from my visit to this location. I had an event coming up and really needed mani pedi service it was a weekend so places were busy. I guided myself by the title I'm like nail academy they're probably teaching so it should be sanitary and sterile! WRONG at this time I was actually working for a podiatrist I work in health care so I look and take care of my feet pretty often kinda religiously mostly from hearing patient stories and seeing people go through things. So at the time this older Asian lady was working on my feet, and I had I very small callus in my big toe, which it was probably woulda gone away on its own It was tiny, so the lady goes hun I have a callus remover would you like to get rid of that I'm like it's sooo small I should be fine but I'm like okay so then she uses her tool instantly just a few seconds however I'm processing what kinda tool is this in my mind then I notice how the part where they grab it as she puts it down was not clean I was like ohh fuck! WEll let's just pray for the best. That was not clean at all I developed fungus within days, multiple little spots on my toe freaked out completely went to my doctor that I worked for he told me I developed foot warts and I cannot get rid if it and due to how sanitary I am with my feet they have not spread after almost a year and a half just controlled to that area this lady used her "callus tool" obviously my doctor told me pedicures loook nice but arent really encouraged realistically because places aren't sanitary or properly clean their tools but this is horrible I am young even though this area is not exposed I am so self conscious. I'm literally considering surgical removal at this point. Do not go to this disgusting unsanitary business!!!! read more

Love this place! Just recently started going here. I am a fan of the no chip manicure , only $25 when typically they are $35 any where else. Everyone is really friendly, great quality polishes , and not a long wait when I go. My no chip lasted it's promising 2-3 weeks. The girls there take their time and do an excellent job. My new favorite place. It's nothing fancy, but it will do :) read more

I love this nail shop.. My nails stay on for so long, I get gel nails and they are very cheap. The woman who does my nails always takes her time with them, she never rushes. I literally don't go anywhere else to get my nails done ever since I stepped foot in this place. Also, when your nails are at the drying station another woman always gives me a back massage, it always nice :D read more

Terrible service, they hurt the side of my toe and even when the lady saw she hurt me she still kept going without apologizing or making sure I was okay. I also noticed they don't sterilize the tools. I've gone before , but his last time the service was disappointing. She was rushing even though there wasn't anyone waiting. When the lady was done filing my nails, I took a look as I usually do to make sure I like the shape. She was being so defensive: "what's wrong? They're okay, they're okay" and put my hand down. This is the second time this happened to me here! Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me! Supposed to open at 10 am and it is 10:25 and no one here to open! I went to get a mani and pedi no chip yesterday 7/19 and had to come back in because one of my nails CHIPPED! I was fine with the idea of going and getting it repaired. Went back 7/20 and as soon as I walked in and I told them my nail chipped Lala let me know "Oh honey not today, NOT TODAY!" I simply told her I'll wait and wait. Right away all the employees were making me feel super uncomfortable talking their language and looking at me. I waited until it was my turn and another customer walked in and said she needed two pedicures no chip, and Lala asked them "Do you know how much they cost?" The environment felt super negative as I finished waiting. When Lala started working in my nail she hardly exchanged any words with me but she was extremely harsh on my nail, she wasn't lacking on doing my nail the way it was I never ever gave her attitude I just simply wanted my nails done correctly. I paid a lot of money to walk around with a chipped nail. As I was waiting I started to question myself why would I go to a place where they made me feel bad and for a place who does not take care of their work area. read more

Horrible nails!!! Very bumpy and looks like she threw the nail polish on my nail. Worst $31 I've spent.

I went there over 2 weeks ago and got a full set. I will be going back this weekend for a fill-in... yes.. that is worth it for me! My nails still look great! I was looking for a new nail place & had never seen the Nail Academy, I went & was very pleased at the service. Nice, quiet place, sincere smiles. I even got a complementary massage while I waited for my nails to dry. Granted it was quick, but unexpected and made me feel great! :) read more
