They were able to get me in without an appintemnI always get a dip manicure, usually with a design and my nail tech (I believe her name is Lynn) did an AMAZING job! I can't stop looking at them (I think they look even better than the inspiration photo). Lynn helped me pick the perfect colors and did an amazing job free handing the design. She worked very carefully and made sure everything was perfect! Very fair price as well. read more

On 2/17/2020 I thought I'd get a pedicure since it had been a long time and my wife suggested I try this place. HUGE mistake. I do not know the woman who performed the service and I do not know the woman's name. She was older than the other ladies and wore reading glasses. Long story short she used the instrument which looks like a pair of wire cutters and hacked my left big to up really bad as well as another on the left foot. (she did fine on the right foot) ***It did hurt when she was doing the hacking but I figured it must have been necessary and put the pain out of my mind for the time being*** I really could not see it well but after paying my $55 and even a cash tip of $20 I went home and showed my wife. She was horrified at the sight of my left toe with a big gash in it. For a couple of weeks, I had to treat it with hydrogen peroxide to kill the infection and it hurt to walk. The skin died off and as of today ( May 13, 2020) it looks nasty and I will need to follow up with a podiatrist to cut all the dead flesh away from two toes. I have the initial pictures my wife took and some from today but don't know if I should post them here. I wanted to go speak to the woman but they closed shortly after my visit because of the C-19 we are all dealing with. When they do open I'm considering a lawsuit...long story short...beware of the woman with the reading glasses. read more

Got refill on gel nails with tips and pedicure. Paid $120 for both and waste of money. My pinky nail broke off with 2 hours of job being completed. Should of known it was going to be a poor job because the nail tech rushed through my service and did not take her time to ensure nails were perfected. Especially paying that amount of money. The pedicure suppose to of included callus treatment and it did not! My feet look like I never got a pedicure will never be back! read more

Got to say I'm a little disappointed that they increased their prices- but the service is still great. Now the lowered deal prices for paying in cash are only valid Monday through Wednesday and they take credit cards for the remaining days. A gel mani is now $26 and a basic pedicure is $23 plus $15 if you decide to do a gel pedi (I found this incredibly expensive...a $38 dollar value). Regardless, I always get great service and I love the owners and the friendly vibe of this location. The staff really cares for you and keep you engaged or leave you alone if you want. Definitely still a regular customer (although might have to treat myself to a gel pedi every blue moon)! read more

I've been going here for over 4 years now and even since COVID -19 pandemic struck a nation. This is the friendliest and the cleanest place you'll will ever go to. I felt that way before the pandemic. Now I've sat and watch them closely on how they clean before & after each customer. But any service is done you go straight to the sick and wash your hands. Awhile ago I noticed a girls nails and asked her where she gets them done, and she pointed me to L.E. Nails. I have been on the hunt for a nail salon because I'm getting married next year, and while I don't get my nails done often, I don't want bloody and cruddy nails on my wedding day. I was in the Holly Springs area and thought I could try to drop in. I WILL be coming back! They were very nice there and while there was a little confusion about the color polish, the older gentleman that was taking care of me was kind, very precise, and really did a bang up job on cleaning up my nails, shaping them, as well as with the polish. It's not the fanciest of places, but I don't care about that. I went to a fancy nail salon in Holly Springs before with an appointment, but that place didn't even have a spot for me when I came in on time for my appointment and I left with super bloody and uneven nails. It was my first time here and last. I had an women do my nails. When I walked in they asked me what i wanted and i said gel acrylics they said okay and i waited the women would do something to my nails then leave then come back. she started to do regular gel polish and so i said i'm doing acrylics, she got mad and said you shouldn't have waited this long to tell me. I was uncomfortable the rest of my time there. She asked me what length i wanted and I told her and she made it way shorter than it was supposed to be. She also did not ask me what shapes nail I wanted. I am very upset with the outcome. Will be going back to envy nail spa. read more

After moving to Holly Springs, I was nervous to trust someone with my nails. I happened to call L.E. nails and got an appointment with Lynh. I have now been going every 3 weeks for the past year and a half. Not only did I gain a knowledgeable manicurist but I gained a friend. Lynh is so personable, bubbly, and always makes you feel welcome. I can't recommend requesting Lynh enough. Fair prices, excellent service, and long-lasting nails. read more

I've been here before and it wasn't as bad. This time- It reeked, had no fan or ac on (88 degrees out!). One toe is stinging after and the Polish was messed up when they put my flip flop on and they didn't fix it. My toenail is now completely detached from the toe on one side (big toe) - that's the one that now stings. I'm worried because you cannot tell if they had recently sanitized the tools and when I went in the back it was as badly kept and unclean as Ables bar in Cary (a nightmare experience). Burned the hell out of my feet w the parrafin, like no where before. I screamed. I just had wax 3 weeks ago and it was pleasant, much unlike this experience and my feet are still red and burning hours later. Weak massage and they don't put a towel to protect your pants you pull up, got oil on my work pants and now they are ruined. All in all the worst pedicure experience of my life. I will not ever be going back despite it being in my new neighborhood. read more

L.E Nails next to food lion. I went in there today with my 8 year old and a gift card she received as a birthday gift. Told them about the gift certificate before getting a kids pedicure. After the service they refused to honor it. They said it was more than one year old, when I pointed out that it was less than one year old, they still refused to accept it and said it was issued by a former owner. They knew I had a gift card before I came in. The business and gift cards are both in the name of L.E nails with the same address and they never mentioned being under new ownership or that it was a possibility that they would not accept the gift certificate. I am furious. I hope this post costs them more than their dishonesty and greed. read more

Whatever they did to my calluses, they were gone for a month, and the pedicure is still going strong after 4 weeks. If I lived anywhere near this, I would be here every 2 weeks to keep the toes in tip top shape. Was in town for a wedding and needed my nails done. They were able to take me as a walk in. Their ultimate pedicure is fantastic and well priced. Got a gel manicure which was decent. They are however a little slow. My mani/pedi took two hours, so be mindful of that if you're short on time. read more
