I've come here for about six or seven months consistently and they've been good, clean, pretty good service and they're always busy which is a good sign. What I've noticed is that their dip powder colors do not match their actual powders and whenever I have raised this to them, they always get upset and then tell me I'm looking at it wrong or something of the sort. I'm attaching a photo to show side-by-side of the 176 powder they used on my actual nail and the 176 color I actually chose. While I have noticed this before, this is the first time it was this bad. unfortunately, I have to write a very negative review of this place. My friend was coming in to have an appointment before her wedding. I sat with her for support. The nail technician named Pinky was doing her nails and had EarPods in, no problem, right? WRONG!! Pinky was watching a show on her phone!! could you imagine going anywhere for a service and the person with drills and files watching a show!! During the whole appointment Pinky watched a show. Then when my friend asked for pointy nails Pinky started poking and pushing my friends arms and fingers very aggressively! Finally my friend asked for the same red color that was already on her toes from this same place a few days prior and Pinky was so rude and said they don't have that color! We eventually found a color to match and her nails were finished and looked nice, but the damage had been done. We will never go back to that place. This is based on service only. I arrived without an appointment expecting to wait a bit. One person was ahead of me and taken fairly quickly after I arrived. I'm not sure how long she had been waiting. I was acknowledged within a couple of minutes. All 10 stations were full. So far, so good. Selected my polish and proceeded to wait for about eight minutes. So far, still good. The manager waved me over to Station one for my pedicure. At the same moment, another patron walked in. Waited at station one for about another five or six minutes, then the person who walked in after me was seated at station two pedicure. They immediately started working on her, forgetting that I had been there for approximately 20 minutes at that point. That gave me enough time to look at the photographs on the website and determine that it did not seem like they were gonna do a good job anyway so I left. read more

Very unprofessional and shady business practices. I treated my 16 year old to a basic spa pedicure that was $47.00. When she went to pay they charged her $71.00. When she questioned them they offered no explanation. They also handed her a tip sheet that stated $30.00 was the appropriate tip amount. After I questioned the manager, she told me that it was an extra $15 for gel color. I asked if there was a sign that stated that. She said yes, but there was NOT. She then stated the nail tech told my daughter. My daughter negates that! Lastly, when I did the math and told her $47 plus $15 doesn't add up to $71 she took $10 off and told me the tip sheet isn't mandatory. I just had the BEST experience at this nail salon. My regular nail salon was fully booked so I called this place last minute looking for a gel manicure & pedicure and they told me I could come right away. When I got there they took me right away even though they were busy. The place is super clean. Becky did my pedicure and she was amazing, she even kept massaging after the timer went off (I'm 7 months pregnant so I needed that lol)! Abby did my manicure and she was amazing too. They are definitely a bit pricy but SO worth the price I've never been happier with a nail salon experience. I will definitely be going back!! read more

This useto be my favorite place. I had a wedding to go to today and I asked for acrylic nails and she basically forced me into getting the new anc powder or whatever it is. She started putting the tips on and cut them down way to short. Then they looked square I asked for them to round them out and she did but left me with no nail left basically. I was so unhappy and asked if she can just redo them with acrylic and told me no and wouldn't redo putting the tips on but had no problem charging me out the ass !!!!! I deff will not be back. I was looking for a nice quality nail salon with my mother, so we booked 2:30 appointments on a Monday. Upon walking in at 2:25 2 crazy employees SCREAMED "it's not 2:30, wait in your car". We understand it is a pandemic, but the way she yelled which resulted in every customer looking up was embarrassing. We came back in at 2:30 and was told to sit at the pedicure seats. Well, we sat and we sat. It was then 2:45 and no one came over yet to start the water for our feet to soak or acknowledged our presence. They were clearly overbooked (and unfriendly), but they should have at least started the water or said they would be with us shortly. To tell you the truth even if they did start the water I would have been creeped out because there was rust in the foot tub. We ended up leaving and going to another salon because this place has NO people skills and were very unprofessional, especially to first time customers. read more

This evening my mother and I decided to get our nails done after being regulars for quite some time. My mother left May, my technician, a tip. May did not deem this tip sufficient and literally THREW the money in my mother's face and said, "I don't want your money!" When we finally got a response from her after asking what we did to possibly offend her so that we can apologize, she was very rude. The entire staff was apologetic but she was the opposite. While we will be returning we will definitely not be dealing with May. If you are looking for a nice trip to the nail salon, I suggest avoiding her at all cost. read more

I went two weeks ago and within one week all my tips and gel filling came off so I went back and they didn't give me any discount so I was like whatever its okay I'll just pay so I go on a Thursday I get UV gel and it's now Sunday, three days later and the UV gel is chipping which should NOT happen to UV gel and has never happened to me before so I called and said can I come tomorrow to get this fixed for free because I was just there and the woman on the phone was extremely rude and inconsiderate asking me "what do you want from me we can't help you" she also said if " "you didn't like it you should have told him" and I said I liked it but it's now chipping and that shouldn't happen and this is the second time in a row I have had an issue and from the same technician Matt. And she said I can't help you, refused me any discount and hung up on me. Today was my first time here. I've heard from 3 separate people that they do great work here, certain techs can be rude, but they do good work. So I figured it was worth a shot. I made an appointment for 3 people on Friday for today at 2pm. We arrived and called upon coming in at 1:54 and were told to wait in our car. No problem. 15 minutes go by, I call again to ask how much longer of a wait it will be, they told us to come inside. I understand it's Sunday, pandemic is ongoing, staff may be limited and occupancy is also limited BUT my sister was not started until 2:45 and I was not started until about 2:30. We were told that they were not doing designs today because they were too busy. My technician, Chris, was VERY rude, I was huffed and puffed at and had eye rolls thrown at me for asking to see the length of the first nail she cut, and for asking if I could keep the lotion on my hands rather than washing them, and I was given a massage with one hand as if she were annoyed that I said yes to the massage when asked. I know what it's like to work in the service industry, I work in it myself, tensions can run high, especially under busy and restricted circumstances but this experience? Completely unprofessional, needless to say, I wouldn't even think about giving a second chance. read more

I went here yesterday for a pedicure. The girl who worked on me repeatedly caused me pain by pulling out my skin. The water was way too hot and so was the towel afterwards. She left the burning hot towel on my foot too long and it caused a burn. I told them this and asked for aloe to apply it to my foot and they didn't have it and they seemed completely unconcerned. When I was waiting for my nails to dry I noticed an inconspicuous sign that said tips are only accepted in cash. This was a problem because I only had my American Express credit card. When I told the girl this, she started speaking harshly to others in her native language in a nasty manner that made me uncomfortable. Finally, when it was time to pay I handed her my American Express card to which she said, we don't accept Amex even though there were American Express signs all over the walls and on the front door when I walked in. When I questioned them about this they said that those signs are old. I didn't have any other form of payment so had to call my husband to get his credit card number. I couldn't get a hold of him right away and it was nothing but a huge hassle and waste of my evening. I will never go back there again. read more

The tech was very rough handling my feet, cut into the quick of 1 toe causing it to bleed and kept trying to sell me services I did not request. She seemed very disinterested in finishing, a another tech took her place and He was replaced with yet another tech! All of this for 1 cracked toenail!
