She did a good job honestly but I went to pay and the "menu" they give you when you pick out what you are doing had this @ $25.00 Lady charged me $28.00 and when I brought this to her attention she acted like she did not understand me! The Debit card they wanted to charge 4% more to use so they send you to the ATM there (they get a kick back) so yes I paid cash, rushed chair did not even work well for that comfort. I mentioned it to the nail tech because he was going to just do gel polish. I hate gel polish. besides the point, I had needed a pedicure as well but I couldn't wait any longer. they charged me 65 for a gel manicure and my polish wasn't even fully taken off from my last manicure. he rushed and didn't even take his time. The first time I had an appointment I was impressed. She had an actual dust machine that prevented all the acrylic dust from flying into the air (SAFETY FIRST). Her demeanor was extremely professional and pleasant. I love the fact that she always practices very sanitary methods and is punctual about keeping clients on time. I always get numerous compliments about my nails from strangers after each manicure. I never have the same look when it comes to my nails and I'm very adventurous when it comes to trying new styles. Gigi is able to give me the latest trends and looks without any hesitations. Her creativity, continuous education in cosmetology and superb client hospitality are amazing.
