The service was pretty rushed and my nails are pretty damaged after it - would've much rather been turned away for not being able to take on the removal than have my natural nails hurt by it. Lots of light rings of fire on my nails. It was claimed my nails were weak to being with but I know when nails haven't been removed properly vs. when they have. Their manicure / pedicure deals and prices I can't speak towards but that seems to be more positively received. Seemed clean and friendly and professional otherwise. read more

The ugliest nails I've ever gotten. I got gel x paid 80$ for a plain white short set . My pedicure was fine it was rushed to say the least . The nails are horrible won't ever be going back. Don't recommend going for anything other than a gel mani-pedi even that will be rushed . Went on a whim to get a mani/pedi. The place was pretty empty and I was helped right away. The spa pedi was super relaxing. My heels were super rough from boots all winter and rock climbing but they feel really soft and nice now! A note: they don't use bath liners in the pedi baths. Unlike some places, they did my Pedicure first and *then* the manicure. I appreciate that because it give some more time to relax. Manicure was super great, the first time in a long time that ym nails have been filed perfectly. She asked before she started cutting! Weird how that's become a luxury... Also, she didn't mind applying a third coat of varnish at my request to make the color really pop. In all: not the best spa I've ever been to, but a solid mani/spa pedi for $39. Made an appointment the day before for two. Appointment was at 10am. My mom and I came here because of the great reviews. Three minutes until 10 and it was still closed. I called just to make sure they were actually open. A Latin lady answered and I had a difficult time understanding her. I called again after she hung up. She began giving attitude about our appointment was at 10am(it was 9:59am)and how she's still folding towels, etc. Came in, she barely acknowledged us and I had to ask which were held and which colors were regular . Again a little past 10 at this point and it was just her. I said we made an appointment for 10. Instead of apologizing she gives more attitude about how the rest are coming in from Queens and she lives here. Working in the hospitality arena myself, I first off don't understand why the attitude was necessary and for her to act as if it was my issue her staff was late . Read the rest of the bad reviews. Welp....They've done it again. I visited this place for the first time in February B.C. (Before COVID) and am glad to see that they survived. I went in for the first time yesterday A.C (after COVID) and was not disappointed. Another basic mani but this time w/clear polish. I made an appointment with the same person I had such a pleasant experience with the last time and had ANOTHER great experience. Service wasn't rushed, she was so gentle with my cuticles, no tugging or bleeding like at other salons I've been to and she is the sweetest. Seriously, if you're considering coming here, just go!! So this review is going to be pretty short. I was in the area and really wanted a pedicure and came here. The place is all latina ladies which is really nice, good community feel. Not the typical rush to pick a color. Their prices are pretty good- $30 for a spa pedicure. The only problem is I am not sure what made this a spa pedicure. My normal place does more, including a 5 minute leg/foot massage with clay and its $39, and thats a regular pedicure. They were pretty fast and the spot itself was clean. I prefer places that use new nail files with each pedicure but i havent come across another spot besides my regular that does so. Very friendly. Cash or Card. Patti, you need to get your ish together. I made an appt here last night for 1215 today. In my message made via yelp you at first told me to call the Salon, which I couldn't, since I was at work. You replied that it was fine to come in. I came in today to find not only was there no technicians available for me, not appt made in the books for me, but TWO other customers ahead of me in line. Even if you did come back from your errand in twenty minutes (what your technician quoted me), it would have been an hour before I even got seen. So... basically that's not how an appt works. They did an awesome job on my Mani pedi and when I accidentally ruined one nail during drying, they happily helped me fix it. THANK YOU! The prices may be good but, this comes at a price: * They don't make appointments * The manicurists seem more concerned about who's coming in/out of the salon, than with the manicure/pedicure in front of them * This is not a place you can go to and relax - they always have lots of children here, either getting manicures/pedicures themselves, or waiting for their parents to finish their mani/pedis. I go to get a mani/pedi to relax, not hear screaming children crying, or being rambunctious!! The last time I was there I had an appointment and still had to wait over 15 mins to be seen, all while hearing screaming, crying children right next to me!! The second time I went I watched people walking in way after I arrived get serviced before me with zero acknowledgement. I nearly walked out. Based on the abundance of great reviews and price, I decided to give this place a try. I had a manicure done two days ago so I wasn't planning on spending much however still wanted my mani to match my pedi. Well, the staff is nice and friendly, on the contrary the service almost left me in tears. Not that I would let this ruin my day but here is a mini overview: My feet weren't filed evenly nor scrubbed properly (my toes and pads were not even touched), then as I was getting a massage, her hands were shaking the whole entire time. Once I moved over to get a manicure, I realized that the woman doesn't speak a word of English. I questioned "is she even licensed?" And to be frank, I don't think she was. My manicure looks horrific. The color was applied unevenly, and edges of my nails have spikes... I had to ask her to fix three nails. I let the owner know of my experience and she was nice enough to offer me a complimentary manicure so I will give Patty a try next time but be aware of the shaky hands, and escape before it's too late! read more

Loved my nail technician, she was helpful in picking out colors that would match well since I was getting a gel mani and regular pedi. Their pricing was $57 total for both which I thought was very reasonable especially for the quality of service. Mani, pedi for $23 includes a small massage and wonderful service. The ladies couldn't be nicer and it was so sweet to see them all joking around and having fun- they are obviously very close. I usually get gel polish but my regular manicure is 5 days with no chips so far. I'm a nurse and constantly using alcohol rubs and washing my hands and this is absolutely incredible! Very highly recommended! The color selections is primarily Etsy with some OPI. The massage chairs are nice and new! They did my manicure and pedicure separately which is absolutely prefer! read more
