Kim, the owner, is always helpful and there doing anything needed from greeting to sweeping the floors. She truly wants to make sure you are happy. She accommodated call-ins and walk-ins beautifully. Special shout out to nail techs Kimchi, Wendy, and Megan! They do excellent work and are so sweet. My nails/toes are always pristine and they are more than willing to fix anything I notice. If you want a convenient, clean, friendly salon with quality work - this is your place. *Some of the reviews prior to mine are blatantly false concerning pricing etc. They have 4 tiers for all their mani/pedi services with basic mani/pedi starting at 25/32, respectively. Obviously, if you add on things like gel, french, etc it will increase your price - that is standard across all nail salons. I'm posting menu as of today for reference.

First, I have tried this salon twice now (so that you don't have to) and have been dissatisfied on both occasions. The second occasion has made me mad enough to write this review. Also, I get my nails done every 3 weeks routinely (always dip on my natural nail, always the same shape) and have never experienced such unprofessional conduct until I tried this salon. --Bad Quality: I asked for extremely natural color and shape. First time I went, the shape was fine but the dip did not last more than 5 days before it started "crumbling"/breaking near the tip. I work so I couldn't get back to the salon to address this and decided to give them one more chance. I gave them this second chance when I went back less than 2 weeks after the first visit. This second visit, the nail tech (Natalie) said she would do an extra layer of dip (total of 3 layers) to make sure it didn't crumble/break as fast (since dip usually lasts me 3 weeks without breaking)--she did the 3 layers and my nails were extremely thick/globby. She fixed the thickness a little bit with the drill but they were still SO much thicker than any other nail salon I've been to (all other salons have done 3 layers and still managed to make them look natural/not so thick/globby). 4 days later, I've already had one of the extremely thick ones break/crumble--I say "crumble" because it is not a clean break like you'd expect, it's literally crumbling off--this means whatever process they are using to dip is not good bc clearly the chemical agents are not activating properly. --Unprofessional Response: I called the second it broke (4 days later on Monday) and asked if they could fix it after work at 5:30 PM (their business hours are listed as being open until 7PM--they told me that I could "come now" (in the middle of my work day) to which, I told them I could not come before 5:30 any week day since I work full time. They told me that they wouldn't be open at 5:30 and that they'd close at 3 today bc they didn't have any more appointments scheduled to make them stay open until 7PM (their listed business hours). They told me that I could come at 5Pm on Thursday to get fixed. I cannot wait that long as the nail is snagging my clothes. They offered no other accommodation despite me explaining that I work M-F and they offered no explanation as to why their publicly listed business hours were not accurate. I would have never chosen this salon had I known that its listed business hours were not accurate since I work and always look for a salon with later availability in case needed. Their response was not only unprofessional, but their tone on the phone was "annoyed" that I would even ask them to fix the crappy job that they did to begin with. I will not be going back and recommend that you look elsewhere if you don't want your dip to crumble or nails to look like thick-globs.

There was never any mention of CURLING or ingrown nails. and I agreed to leave everything as is. What's unfair is you trying to paint this as something it wasn't. People don't walk out feeling unsatisfied for no reason. And as far as the money, I always paid cash and tipped 30%. I didn't loose anything over this incident, on the other hand you lost a customer. I had such a great experience at this nail salon. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, kind, and genuinely attentive. They really take their time and make sure you're comfortable and happy with the results, which I appreciate so much. The salon itself is clean, relaxing, and has such a calm vibe. I came here the first time because it is close to home. But I didn't settle. I made it a journey to find a nail salon I love. With each time I needed my manicure and pedicure done I would try a new place. I should have just come back here instead! They ladies here are excellent. It felt like our reservation meant nothing, as they appeared to prioritize walk-ins over those who planned ahead. The service itself was disappointing. My daughter's nail technician was unfriendly and completely disengaged, which is the last thing you want when trying to provide a child with a fun experience. While my technician seemed fine at the time, the quality of the manicure was poor, and the polish began chipping within just a few days. Most concerning, however, is that three days after my pedicure, I am dealing with a painful, throbbing, and inflamed infection on my big toe. I am currently unable to wear closed-toe shoes and am having to perform multiple Epsom salt soaks to try and manage the swelling. I contacted the salon to express these concerns, and while the manager has asked me to come in so she can examine the toe, I am wary of returning to a place that caused this injury in the first place. I wanted to share this so others are aware of the lack of professionalism and the potential health risks at this establishment.

I tell them that I want a gel manicure with designs, a deluxe pedicure with color and I inquire how much would it be. I had gel on my nails and toes, so gel removal was extra. And design was extra. They were transparent that my total would be $109. This price didn't shock me but the service and final product did. While my nails were being prepped on my left hand, my nail on my ring finger started to hurt. I was watching tv, didn't think much of it. I look down, the right side wall of my nail is bleeding. He didn't acknowledge it to me verbally. Didn't treat it right away. Just carried on with the prep work and nail designs. I will say my design wasn't easy. I got it from Pinterest. So I appreciate that Tommy (that's what his cart said) communicated with me on how i want the lines, what color for each part, etc. It didn't come out looking good though. And to top it off, one of my toes started burning out of nowhere during the pedicure. I don't know if Nancy cut it too short or the equipment wasn't clean or what. I tried powering through it (I know, I shouldn't have to or even do so at all), but eventually I was like "hey, one of my toes burn". I pointed out the toe. She rinses it. And friendliness wise, they're nice enough. I know nail techs don't have to talk, but just the quiet vibe wasn't for me. If you made it this far, look at my reference picture versus the outcome. Keep in mind I chose hot pink for the french tip. I might go back to press on's.... Five hours later..My finger still hurts. And now my big toe hurts. They were too rough with the nail prep.
