It was my first visit and they Scammed me. I asked for a classic pedicure with normal black nail polish. I was told it would be $27. They ended up charging me double because they use shellac instead of normal polish, even though I asked for normal polish. It's crazy they would charge me double the cost of a normal pedicure because they used the wrong polish. They left smudged black gel polish all over my skin to the point it looks like I walked through dirt! My feet are still covered in white patchy callouses so they didn't not really do the callous removal part of the pedicure. I normally do my own nails at home and wouldn't even expect work of this quality from myself. If I wanted something that didn't look professionally done I might as well have saved the money and just did it myself again I only went to a salon this time because health issues have made bending to do my own toes very difficult as of late. So much for treating myself. Now I have to redo major parts of the service myself at home despite shelling out the $$$ for them to do it properly. I will not be back. To top all of this off about an hour after I left my initial review I started experiencing intense contact dermatitis due to the unauthorized use of shellac gel on my nails and due to its messy application and it not being cleaned up from the skin before being cured with the UV lamp. . Turns out I'm highly allergic and now I've got to go to the doctor because the salon refuses to use regular nail polish when requested by client. I will be taking this up with them over the phone tomorrow and contesting the charge if they do not make this right. read more

I usually have no issues with this nail salon. I've been going here for years and I love it however this particular nail set was a disaster. I got them done March 19 for a major event I was attending too, it's March 30th and now 4 nails have popped off. I went there a hour before they closed and I called before hand to make sure they had time to do my nails. When I arrived I even asked will they have time after I showed them my nail design I wanted she said yes. She rushed on my nails and I believe because she rushed they didn't last long. Every set I've gotten from these last up to 3 weeks and for them to be popping off and have cracks in multiple nails is ridiculous. (The nails with the stars are the ones that popped off) Even though I had a bad time this last visit I give this shop a 8/10. They have very talented nail techs. read more

This place is the absolute worst! I don't recommend anyone go here. I will not be spending any more money with them. I requested 2 pedicures and lashes when we walked in. The stones were cold on my husband. When we finished getting our pedicures, I had to remind the ladies I wanted my lashes done. They look at each other and look around, then look at me and say "oh she's gone." I was PISSED! No one said that when we walked in. If you read through my reviews I think you'll see I'm fair and honest... as much as I wanted to like this place I would NOt recommend them for a thorough nail services. Cindy is super nice and wants to fix everything but in her haste to run around doing touch ups she wasn't really listening to my requests. The old lady who did my mani and pedi cut my nails crooked, hurt me by accidentally cutting my nail into my cuticle and not JUST the cuticle and didn't understand English well enough to really acknowledge anything I asked her. I'll start with the positives. I didn't have an appointment but was seated right away. The place is clean inside & is pretty steady busy-wise. Now the negatives. For starters, I got nicked pretty bad and the tech acted like it was no big deal. I went in for a shellac manicure and when two of the nails polishes started bubbling she filed the polish off to restart! That can not be good for my nails. The finished look of the manicure is uneven and messy, definitely not worth the $30 I paid. The manicure felt rushed, almost like she was being timed. I won't be returning. read more

I had an appointment with the owner of the shop Cindy. I showed up to my appointment on time only for her to be working on someone else. Instead of her apologizing for the mix up, she tried to pass me off on someone else and began speaking in Vietnamese being disrespectful when I refused to let anyone else do my nails. I had my google translate on as I always do. So I know exactly what was said. Not only did she not honor my appointment (which I called her cellphone personally and spoke with her to make the appointment as she instructed me to) with her but she also allowed her client whom she gave my appointment away to to verbally attack me and did nothing to diffuse the situation. Let me first start off by saying that this has been my first negative experience with this nail salon in over 5 years. I am very disappointed in my experience which will result in me not visiting this store again. I have had services done with Tina in the past and I will give her the benefit of the doubt, that she was probably having a bad day. I went to the nail salon on Saturday (3.20.21) to get a refill for my eye lashes done. My initial set was put in by Cindy roughly 2 weeks prior (she did an excellent job). However, after the refill was done, 1-2 days later I started noticing that the hair on my left eye was lumpy, indicating that perhaps too much glue was used and some of the hair was curling into my eye. I went in on Wednesday as the work week was extremely busy for me. I was greeted with a defensive response from Tina. Overall, I asked her twice to not yell at me. Being a grown professional women, I was appalled to be in that situation at a nail salon. Granted I did not raise my voice but merely asked her if she took out the lashes, what is her solution. She began getting very irritated and such I explained if she takes off the eye lashes which I paid for a few days ago, I am going to be out of my money with no lashes. I would have gladly paid the difference between the refill and a new set, or any option where I wouldn't feel cheated. Unfortunately Cindy was not present at the time, so I left the nail salon with 1. Being yelled at 2. No eye lashes (false eye lashes) 3. No Refund (Tina yelled, NO, to that request) 4. The staff is usually very nice and gentle. I had a horrible experience yesterday while getting french tip nails. The lady was extremely rough and not careful what so ever. She kept leaving me cuts all over my fingers and she was rushing to get the job done. I've never experienced anything like it before. So I went in yesterday with my two kids. Ages 20 and 18. We opted for the organic pedicure (45$ each). My son wanted his eyebrows waxed and me and my daughter we're getting manicures as well. This by far was the worst pedicure manicure combo I have ever gotten. For one the technicians doing our pedicures didn't do the same pedicure. Between the three different technicians it didn't seem we got the same pedicure. None followed the same procedure as the other. My daughters nail polish looked horrible on both her hands and feet and her technician caused her to bleed profusely. My lady went to give me a manicure and asked me to put my hands in a bowl of cold cold water. When o told her the water was cold she simply said "it takes to long to get warm water from the faucet". She then proceeded to clip the skin from one of my fingers when I said "ow you cut me" as I saw a piece of the skin hanging she said "well you want me to pull it off or leave it". I was like well I guess we have to cut it off now. She then was going to put clear coat on my fingers and I was just ready to go and said never mind. When my sons lady was done with his pedicure she gave me a packet of clay mask that she forgot to put on my son while doing the pedicure. All around a horrible experience. For $162 I expect to get a decent pedicure and manicure. I will never return. If your in the area skip this place. They are distracted and always liking around at the next customer coming in. Which is why both me and my daughter got cut. Avoid this place. You won't leave feeling like you got your moneys worth. read more

Do not go here! My mom decided to go here as she had for years and wanted to treat my grandma to pampering. BIG Mistake- because when my grandma was unhappy with her nails and asked they be redone the broke the nail and tried to rip it off. My mom seeing that was shocked and got up to pay and leave telling my grandmother that they could go somewhere else and get them fixed. When hearing my mom say that the owner grabbed my mom by the arm digging her nails into it and then saying that she was refusing to pay - locking them in. My mom was in shock that she was assaulted and told her she had every intention of paying and told her to let her go because she was going to call the cops. I went in for a pedicure and didn't have to wait which was great. It was pretty busy but it was a Saturday so that's to be expected. The lady who did my toes was nice and made conversation about me being pregnant. These were the only positives. Because it was busy I felt like it was rushed. I might have been in that chair for about 20 min. At one point she dropped the tool she was using on my feet on the floor and just picked it up and started using it again. I thought that was kind of gross. She also wanted me to hold my leg up while she worked on the bottom of my feet. What's relaxing about that? There was nothing in the water...it was just hot. My massage chair didn't work. No drink was offered which I have just come to expect I guess. Bottom line is I came in to be pampered and didn't feel like that goal was met. The price was right but I would rather pay an extra $10 for a nicer place that makes me feel like I'm actually being taken care of like a princess. :) read more

They were trying to get my to get a different color, they sat there and told me that they got rid of the color that they get rid of the colors every week.
