I Liked to come in to this place before and a service was nice also great job every times with couple employees ladies that I like them but can't remember their name but last time was not good so I stoped to come in for a while until today that i think I would give it a try again since a location is convenient but turned out that i had such a very bad service experienced and so rude from the owner also she didn't do a good job at all as she mentioned that she has 30 Years experiences. I asked her nicely for what i need which is so simple, only cut & clean that's all no fancy color or anythings. Instead Of listen to what A customer need and help but she being rude and said that just go to some where else if you want. Wow! This is how you talk & treat a customer especially as you are a business owner, no wonder why your business is mostly quiet. A friend invited me here for a self-care date, and I thoroughly enjoyed myself at this nail salon. They had multiple massage chair stations with built-in footh baths for pedicures, as well as single booths for manicures. There was a large selection of gel and regular polishes on display to choose from, and they offered bottled water as you sat down. I enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, clean interior, fair prices, and no rushing to get you out the door. My friend and I enjoyed catching up as we waited for our nails to dry, and were made to feel welcome and pampered the whole time. Spent $100 bucks on a mani and pedi and by the time I got home both were smeared and severely messed up. They didn't get all the nail polish off of my toenails before applying a new color and it was showing through at the edges. Employees seemed in a rush to leave and sacrificed quality and assuring paint was set to get me out of the place ASAP. Do not recommend. read more

I've been going to her for about 2 years now and they will last through me crying, rain, swimming, heat, cold weather and the retention always amazes me! Second: the style!! She kills the style! I always ask for the same style and she gets it right every time and if I want to switch it up she will always ask what kind of lash I want! Staff is friendly and kind; they pay attention to what you want and any concerns you might have. I like the work they do with shellac nails. I've been here three times and had one hiccup. The other two times got exactly what I wanted. It's a generally enjoyable experience. With that being said, the salon tech who worked with me drilled too close to the nail beds. They seem to favor one side of the nail when filing which can be tricky when using an electric nail file. I went to get my full set removed and I can feel how tender my nail beds are right now. I got a normal manicure afterwards and it has also chipped in a small place. My advice is have a picture or two of what you want when you go to ANY nail salon and make sure you know what you want. Also communicate communicate communicate if you're feeling awkward or uncomfortable. read more

Came here to get a mani pedi done. They get really busy so make sure to get an appointment in. But the wait was worth it! I waited for a bit, got sat on the massage chair and waited a bit. Got my pedicure done quick and moved on to get my dip manicure which was also a quick process. I love the result of both! My nails look so pretty and I feel pretty. The only complaint of this place is even though they have parking lot in a plaza, the parking lot is cramped so it makes me feel really claustrophobic and it gets busy with cars coming in and out, so park carefully. She also has saved me from a few uncomfortable sets I had received from out of town artists while traveling that didn't suit me, not only did she take me at very short notice both times to take care of the situation, because she's extremely knowledgeable her recommendations always look good for all my sets no matter what I come in with. I had a really bad experience. I initially requested powder dip, but the color was completely off. It was supposed to be light pink, but it looked off white. They then covered the powder with a coat of shellac to correct the color. This made my nails totally weak and brittle, which was not the case prior to coming in . My next visit, I asked him to remove the powder and the shellac. They didn't fully remove the gel from my last manicure. When they painted over the old residue, then the new polish didn't stick and started peeling the very next day. I will definitely never ever go to this nail shop again. read more

I took my friend to go get our nails done to have a girls day and by the time we left all we could do was laugh. My acrylics look like I did them myself and my gel polish is all over the place. My friend asked for coffin shape , her nails look all kinds of different shapes and the gel polish is a mess. I asked for stiletto. They are basically almond and they point in all different directions. For my polish I asked for half moon(long French tip) let's just say, it's not cute. My nail technician hurt my cuticles pretty bad. Thank god there wasn't any blood but they are definitely red/super sensitive. She "finished" and I went back and reshaped then. She then painted my nails (poorly), messed two of them up and when I pointed it out she added another clear coat. Not really sure why. Once she was done, she sat me down at the dryer and didn't turn on the fans. So I did, messed my nails and sat there until she promptly asked me for payment and kicked me out. So disappointed in the service here. I came in on a whim for a Shellac Mani/Pedi (a $65 service) and was met with what felt like drive through service. Starting with my manicure that lasted about 10 minutes. I requested black polish which was clearly very thin and don't give a full cover with 2 coats. I requested another coat which was given but with attitude. In addition one of my nails is coming off not even 24 hours later. I opted to go to another salon for my repair as I refuse to give this establishment another penny of mine. read more
