Cleanliness should be a non negotiable standard in a nail salon, especially when it comes to personal care services. On top of that, they require a minimum 18 percent tip, which feels completely unjustified considering the poor quality of the service. The prices are already high, and for such mediocre results and questionable hygiene practices, it simply does not make sense. I will not be coming back. It is a real shame because I was hoping to find a high quality, professional nail salon, but this was definitely not it. Edit : I think you should remind your employees about the hygiene more than remind me that I can ask about tipping options

I had Melissa who has since gone to one of the Seattle locations. I LOVED her. She quickly greeted me when I first walked into the door and was able to see me right away. Our conversation was great and she didn't make me feel awkward. I loved the results I had after this first appointment. And I honestly didn't need to come back as soon as I did, but I needed a touch up before my husband came home from a long trip. The second time I wasn't as impressed with my esthetician, or the customer service, but the results are keeping me intrigued. I can always switch eestheticians for my next appointment so it's no big deal. I do wish on Saturday's though they had a little more of a flow. We waited for at least 10 minutes to see someone to check us in. We all actually went and sat on the couch it was taking so long. But again. I'm here for the product. And so far I really love it! It included mask, exfoliation, hydradermabrasion, nano pen, and oxygen infusion. Nicole was very knowledgeable and it was super relaxing. She showed me the sebaceous filaments and dead skin removed in the water afterwards (see photo - gross and cool!). Are you kidding me? I go to this establishment on a fairly regular basis. They know me by name and if I happen to be a few minutes late they don't have an issue. If you are a good customer you'd do your best to show up on time or even earlier as THEY have a schedule to follow and if you are late then that puts them behind. They are the ones who need to stay on time and can't do that if the CUSTOMER is late. If you find you are running behind then have the courtesy to call and let them know. Your being 10 minutes late affects the rest of their day.....instead of putting them down, you should be the courteous one and apoligze for your tardiness. I know the previous customer's review is over a year old, but it is still an unfair comment to a well established business. I continue to go to Nail Club. They do their best to fit me in on even a moments notice. read more

I came to remove acrylics (from another salon), get a gel manicure and a pedicure ($62 total). I think Helen (i am not sure i heard right her name) did a good job at removing the acrylics. I'd like more care in cuticles. The pedicure was good too. I liked the place but if it gets a bit renovated or take care more the tools they use (the lamps etc) it will look great! I was concerned about wearing close shoes after a while and the woman who did the pedicure (i'm sorry i didn't asked her name) offered me to come back and painted again in case they where messed up. I have been going to this salon for 5 years. I can afford to go to any salon I want to go to and I choose this one. I see Henry and he is the BEST for nails. They last FOREVER! Everyone there is kind and the pedi's are the bomb! It is owned by a husband and wife and all of the employees are family. They are all very friendly and treat their customers excellent to say the least. I have no idea who the person is that said they got "yelled at" but I can assure you she is probably an overall angry person who had a bad day and decided to take it out on the Nail Club. read more

I work at the Desert Sun in this block and thats why I went there and now I wont go anywhere else! Henry is super gentle and does exactly what I ask for Im very picky about my acrylics I like them really really short and its hard to do without it being painful but he does an amazing job. I highly reccomend it, and I never make appointments I walk in and they always help me really quickly! read more

I get compliments on my french manicure all the time Everyone who works there is very friendly and welcoming and seem to make friends with their customers.
