The staff at Nail Club are the best--for those of us with tired old feet, their pedicures are efficient and thorough. I made the mistake of going to a different spa near where my car was being worked on: big mistake. 3 months of painful infection from trimming a nail sharply down at the bed. I haven't been able to wear shoes since september--and have had 3 doctor visits (amounting to nearly $1000) to address the problem. This would NEVER have happened at Nail Club!. read more

I was so excited when I woke up today to get a mani/pedi, after everything has been closed it was something I have seriously been looking forward too. I really hate leaving bad reviews but I left there not happy at all. They charged me 15$ extra dollars without telling me until I paid. When I asked why she said for the length and the shape. Isn't the shape apart of the process? I've never heard of such a thing? Also I asked for coffin which is not what I got in the first place, and then for the length I think my nails are average length and should not have an extra charge? It seriously blew my mind. Will not be back. Or tell my friends that it's open, because what poor business practice. (No way to keep a customer) Getting charged for the shape of the nail is like getting charged for bangs on a haircut. My cuticles have paint on them as well which is unacceptable. I also had to ask her to get my hangnail before painting... she would have left it otherwise. Nail Club is fantastic! I had a mani-pedi and love how beautiful my hands and feet look and feel. The salon is impeccably clean, and the environment calm and friendly. Some salons seem to be in such a frenzy that I leave feeling stressed out and exhausted, but here I actually exhaled and found myself relaxing. Yen did a phenomenal job. She was gentle with my fingers and cuticles and took time to really clean them--no blood, no pain, no red fingers that look like they went through a sander. First time at Nail Club and I really enjoyed my experience. All the workers were really nice and spoke very good English. The pricing is very fair too; I got a full set acrylic with gel and without tip it was $50! I recommend making an appointment but I think they also take walk ins. Henry shaped my nails and did a really good job and was really funny. He got up occasionally to answer the phone but joked that he needed a receptionist. I was fine with that because i u swear and what it takes to run a small business. I live in San Francisco, but wish I could take Nail Club back home with me! I walked in for a gel mani/pedi before our tropical vacay and had THE BEST experience. Here's what I look for in a nail salon: clean/hygienic, kind and welcoming staff, careful attention to my always messed up cuticles, time invested into the leg/foot massage, working massage chairs and evenly shaped nails. Now that I list all that out I'm feeling incredibly high maintenance, but since I treat myself to a mani/pedi rarely, I always hope for the best hour of my life. Nail Club, we'll... NAILED IT. You will experience all of the above and then some. Not to mention they greeted every customer who walked through their door by name and wished me well by name as I left. I forgot to make an appointment and didn't want to drive to my regular place so stopped by this shop that was closer to my area- it was pretty busy even at 5 on a Thursday but they greeted me right away and politely asked if I could wait a few minutes. The sweet lady that did my nails did a phenomenal job in under an hour! (I get acrylics with shellac, almond shaped) Another girl sat next to me and the dryer had messed up her color and the nail technician quickly fixed it and made sure she was happy and had no problem! I've been going to the Nail Club since the beginning of the summer and I seriously can't imagine going anywhere else! I see Sandy for my acrylic fill and gel manicure, she is not only amazing, she is also the sweetest. She is very patient while I decide on the color gel I want and even makes suggestions, which I love. Their online booking is extremely convenient, easy, and organized. I've never had to wait for my appointment, they are always prompt and I really value that in a business. The nail salon is ALWAYS clean, which is so important too. I love that they switch out plastic coverings in the pedicure chairs, and really their pedicures are done so nicely. It is always so mellow and relaxing, even with how busy it can get. This place is quality and good reason why it's not as cheap or offers discounts like other salons. Staff is warm and welcoming and speaks fluent English. They take their time in a very meticulous manner to make sure manicure and pedicure is done properly which is important since I can only get this done once every 9 weeks. This place is really great for regular pedicures. They use individual liners for their basins so you know it is hygenic and take care with their work / it's not sloppy. They are pretty busy which you know is good, but I haven't had any problems walking in. read more

They were really busy yesterday but managed to squeeze me in without an appointment. I immediately noticed that the staff was very committed to keeping things sanitary, always something I look for in a salon. Everything was cleaned between clients and they even had single use plastic liners for the pedicure tubs. Not great for the environment but definitely would make my toes feel safe from bacteria. My nails turned out really nice and I liked the attention to detail they put into my manicure. I love far but will make it a point to go back when I'm in that area. read more

It was my first time to this nail salon with my friend on last week. It was a great customer service with a nice color on my toes, but at the end I was so upset about the lady, who collected my bill. I asked her to give the tip to the young girl who worked on my pedicure, and that lady said, "yes I will". But guess what? She puts the tip into her cashbox and she didn't give the tip to the girl. I don't think she will give the girl the tip tho. read more

I read lots of reviews of various salons before deciding to give Nail Club a try because I have been very disappointed in the salon I was going to previously. I found that Sandy and Henry are delightful, the salon is beautiful and their work is impeccable. I brought my two daughters with me, age 11 and 14 and Sandy painted their nails while Henry was doing mine. They were so gracious and friendly, not to mention the fact that Henry kept the girls laughing the whole time. Henry asked me what I thought about the shop's remodel, if there is anything I would change and I told him that the only thing I would change is that I didn't leave enough time so that I could get a pedicure too! I get the acrylic done and they never break off. when I go and get pedicures the nail polish takes month to actually start chipping. I have been there twice. The first time I just walked in and between Sandy and Henry I got a beautiful manicure and had such a nice conversation with them both, as well as another patron next to me. I loved the friendliness and the quality. The second time I went in with an appointment to have my permanent make-up touched up. Sandy was amazing. I had originally had it done by a traditional tattoo artist who didn't have any experience with eyeliner...he did a pretty good job, but Sandy is an expert. I can't see any of the mistakes from the first time, which was mostly just a lack of perfect symmetry. It looks perfect. I am thrilled with the results.
