I got French tips Put on, they put them on so close to the end of nail that within a couple days they looked out grown. I was charged full price even though I brought in my own tips. When I returned to get SNS they were not only cut too short, then filed crooked, then I had to ask the girl to polish the entire nail not just half. Then I was charged $10 more than I would pay anywhere else. I will not be returning. Guess I am still looking for a new nail salon. Oh and during the week they have min staff so if the girl that does what you are there for is busy the wait could take awhile. Not my vibe, I have limited time when I'm able to pop in.

The atmosphere is clean and fresh - I love the lighting accent wall they have. I get SNS nails because I am so hard on my hands - from playing with kids to lots of cleaning, etc. At first I tried any technician available, but for some reason every single time my nails lifted and broke or chipped or something. I would go back in and get it fixed for free. However, when I see Jade they stay. She does my nails a little bit thicker, so maybe that is it. Most people like their SNS thinner so maybe that is it. Before starting, I was informed that the extra nail on my big toe would be an additional $10, which I understood and agreed to. However, when it came time to pay, my bill was about $50 higher than expected. I was then told there was an extra $10 charge for the coffin shape, even though I had been told beforehand there was no additional charge for that. I was also charged $10 for length, despite my nails being short, and another $10 for the French tip, even though the package I selected already included French tips. When I questioned the charges, it seemed there was some confusion among the staff. Instead of correcting what appeared to be an error, the charges were explained in a way that still didn't fully account for the total. I left feeling unclear about where the additional costs came from. Unfortunately, that experience lost me as a customer. It was disappointing because I had just moved to the area and was hoping this would become my regular nail salon. Paying $120 for basic short French tip nails, with so many unexpected extra charges, did not feel transparent or professional. Out of respect for their business, I didn't make a scene in the store and still left a tip. However, I do hope they improve their pricing transparency so future customers know exactly what to expect.

However this morning I was in a pinch and needed to get a quick manicure before flying out to a wedding. My nails were decently short to begin with but the white tips were showing. I was never asked about shape, or anything really. Next thing I know she's putting the finishing gloss on and this was the finished product. Filed down so short and bulbous. The polish doesn't even cover the sides of the nail in some cases. I was on a phone call while checking out but called the manager as soon as I could to explain the situation. I sent photos and he tried to convince me there was no issue. So when I explained the issues, which to me were obvious... he came up with two solutions. 1) I go back in and they try to fix them. How? There is no more shaping because you've filed them down to nubs. 2) he offered 20% off the next time I come in. Come again??! There won't be a next time. Had they simply refunded the $50 I grossly overpaid for a crappy manicure, this review would not exist.

I have brought my daughters here with me, and we have always had a good outcome and a luxuriously relaxing pedicure. It doesn't matter which person works on you- they all do a great job, are attentive and courteous. The owner is friendly and makes sure the atmosphere of the place is peaceful for clients. I have had the manicure service as well, and it was excellent- but I only do regular classic polish (so can't comment on gels, etc). I had to go back to Ohio for a period of time and tried going to my old salon. While it was the best I had gone to there, it could not hold a candle to Top Nails! I realized what a special service they provide. No bored, half-hearted work there! Only caring, efficient, and excellent work.
