I rarely leave negative reviews, but people deserve to know what they're walking into. I was never clearly told there would be an additional $20 charge for gel until it was time to pay. Had I been informed beforehand, I could have decided whether I wanted the upgrade or not. Instead, it felt like the extra charge was conveniently mentioned after the service was already done. What upset me even more was the way the situation was handled. When I politely questioned the charge, I was met with attitude and defensiveness rather than professionalism or any attempt to understand why I was frustrated. Good businesses communicate pricing upfront and treat customers with respect when concerns are raised. This place did neither. I don't mind paying for quality service, but I do mind feeling misled and then being treated like I'm the problem for asking a reasonable question. There are too many nail salons out there to spend your money at one that lacks transparency and basic customer service. I left disappointed, frustrated, and with no desire to ever return. My advice: get every single charge explained before they start, because what you think you're paying may not be what ends up on the bill. read more

I am so disappointed.. I have come here for pedicures and the ladies are amazing! Hands down best pedicure! But today I went in to get my nails done.. I got an older tall gentleman! I told him multiple times that my finger was hurting and burning, and I don't know if he just did not care he just kept going about my nails. Normally if I tell the nail tech something is burning on my finger. They will spray something in or put anything and it calms it down, he did not. I told him multiple times it was hurting, and he was still very rough with that one finger. It was getting to the point where I thought I was gonna pass out because of the burning in the pain. And I am not a wuss when it comes to pain, so for me to feel like that it's bad! Another thing every other place I've gone to they have you go and rinse your hands after they are done shaping them before they put the gel polish on.. he did not have me wash my hands as soon as he was done filing and drilling and shaping them. He just started painting them with the gel paint. This paint job looks absolutely ridiculous. I am so disappointed.. The shape is awful, the paint job is horrible literally all over the place, and he did not use the stick drill to clean underneath my nails.. so I still have dust and gunk, dirt all under my nails. I have chunks of acrylic and gel paint. I will honestly never be back this totally ruined my love for this place for their pedicures... mostly because of the fact that I told him I was in pain multiple times and he ignored it. Bad service from the very beginning. This place is like any other bad nail salon. I had a rude nail tech. He was extremely rough with my nail removal. I only needed to remove 3 nails but my God, it was excruciating. Then when it came time to file and buff. The pain was intolerable as he overfiled my already thin nails. I asked for gel x since I was short on time. And this guy just brings out any gel x form. He was about to start sizing my nails when I stopped him. He never asked me if I wanted short almond. He literally didn't ask me anything. If he would have asked. I would have told him I wanted long square. But no he didn't ask. And when I told him that's what I wanted, he told me they don't make gel x in that size or shape. His co worker said she had them and quickly brought them. But they were medium coffin. I still told him that's not what I want and he again lied and said they don't exist... That was a very bold lie. When he just removed long gel x nails from my hands. At that point I was done. I told him, they do make it, you just don't have it. I don't know if he was too lazy to find the correct tips or this place didn't actually have them but I'm not going to spend money on poor service from an aggressive, lying nail tech. Total for my pedicure was $55 & my nail is not even straight after I asked to file it super square. I asked for a full set and the lady talked me into getting a hard gel set instead when I asked how much she couldn't give me a price. This was an unscheduled surprise to find an excellent pedicure during our roadtrip traveling on the 395. It was time for a coffee stop and we noticed this clean and comfortable Nail place. I had been planning to get a pedicure before we left so I popped in as I was waiting for my coffee. The kind man at the front desk said he could fit me in right away and the price was very reasonable. Tony did my pedicure and did a fabulous job! I simply went here because of its beautiful shop, and great location. Prices are great. Nothing crazy nothing cheap. All depends on what you want. But I can't complain about prices. I think it's great for the amazing service you get and the cleanest salon in the high desert. Helen is my girl, she does an amazing job and is very fast. I visited the Nail Bar in Hesperia two weeks ago. I was way past due for a fill and they were open. Since I was there I decided to splurge for a pedicure and they recommended a full set. Seemed reasonable. My $50 pedicure ended up being $80 with tip, as adding gel polish was a $20 upgrade!!! That's crazy. Unfortunately, I didn't ask the cost for the upgrade 1st. Most places charge less. Then, the man doing my nails spoke no English. He was annoyed that I just wanted an acrylic set, and was trying to get me to do the dipped nails, but they dip everyone's fingers in the same powder and I'm not trying to get anyone germs. They the man doing my nails was upset because I wouldn't let him upgrade me another $20 to put the Gel on top of the acrylic!!! That makes NO sense... I rarely do reviews unless the business is really good or really bad. Unfortunately it's the latter. I've been twice and the second time was the last. I paid over 100$ for a fill and pedicure and had to go back TWICE to have my nails and toes fixed. The gel on my nails was lumpy and not even on the whole nail and the previous gel color wasn't filed off all the way so you can see it. My toes needed another coat and chipped after 3 days. The first time I went back they were nice and "fixed" the issues but they were actually worse. The second time I went back (both times within 5 days of the pedi and fill) the man that helped me was rude and rough and did a terrible job. The polish was clumpy, my pedicure was below average and very rushed. I was just super disappointed in the quality especially for spending what I did. I also don't like that they don't wipe or sanitize the pedi chairs after each use. I watched several customers leave the chairs and nothing was wiped or sprayed to sanitize. Super gross. read more

I was looking forward to this place because it's new, and it's next to one of my favorite shopping centers around Hesperia. The place itself is beautifully decorated and very clean. I went in to get a pedicure and a full set, and my friend went for a full set. I was seated right away to get my pedicure. Chuy ( I believe was her name) did my pedicure and she did a great job. She was very friend and helped me with choosing my color when I asked for her opinion. My feet look awesome so thank you chuy ! Next up came my full set with Tina... when I get my nails done there's three things I always tell the tech I want; short thin, tapered square. My nails are definitely short, the shape is not what I was hoping for but it's not the worst... I told her thin nails because I like my nails looking natural and not bulky thick... when she was moving on I told her that they felt exactly that and if she could thin them out which she told me that next time I should get dip gel because it'll give me that natural effect. I understand that, but my natural nails are very fragile and they were short or I would've just went with a gel manicure. So anyways, she thinned then out a little bit but someone I still felt like they were thick ... I thought to myself ok maybe they won't look bad, still hoping for a good outcome. She proceeded to paint them and when we cured the top coat some nails didn't cure , and others were very patchy, and I showed her and she tried to fix by adding more top coat, and the same problem kept happening but the told me I was finished, she didn't even check to see if the problems were fixed. I was very open on telling her what I wanted and when there was a problem, but she didn't seem to want to fix them. I left and that was that. Now I'm home stuck with nails that I don't like at all and will most likely get them fixed elsewhere tomorrow and that's going to be an extra cost. Michelle did my nail manicure and pedi. I did the gel spa pedi $42 and regular polish full Set acrylic $35. Came out to 77$ total. The massage for my pedicure was great not rushed at all. The spa chairs are great very comfy with the massager too. My fullset was done really fast and exactly how I asked them to be and really reasonable price I couldn't be happier. I provided a picture and she matched it. Great new place the staff is really friendly lots of laughter happening here so apparently they enjoy working here. I'll say 3 stars because for 3 reasons. They took me in as a walk in #1. #2 they are decently priced. #3 they were super friendly and accommodating. However my nails hurt from both my pedicure and full set. My nail tech made my toe nails crooked! Every nail had a different shape , I took the file and did it myself after I saw she was done before she moved on. She insisted on me getting gel on my toes but I knew I wasn't going to like her work and didn't want that commitment plus extra fee on top of the reg pedicure. She also made me bleed when filing my toes she filed my skin and cut me open. That wasn't pleasant. My nail tech was so great but his work is also poor. My nails are not shaped for my finger size and he hurt me quite a few times he was very aggressive. My nails look decent I will say but the he did them too fast. He was super nice and easy to talk to so was my pedi tech. I gave these stars based off customer service and price but the work is not good. If you just want to go somewhere that's comfortable and clean and nice this is the place for you but the work is 2 stars for sure. read more
